I went in to tour an apartment and was instantly greeted by Wendi. She asked my budget and when I was looking to move in, told her I needed as soon as possible! We went a toured an apartment and she gave me a tour of the property and I fell in love with how the property was laid out. We went back to the office and looked up the availability for a one bedroom and she was completely full! She told me once she has one open up she would call me right away! I sure hope so because with how friends Wendi was, I’d prefer to live here then anyone else.

Property is always well maintained and clean. Wendi is always very helpful and goes above and beyond what she’s asked.

Just moved in with my roommate. Its normally pretty stressful moving with all that has to be done. The property manager Wendy made the move in super easy. She really went above and beyond. We are really looking forward to our time here.

Wendii is the most awesome property manager I ever worked with. I showed up and within hours I had the keys to an amazing new home. The community is great and Wendii has been taking incredible care of us! Thank God for Wendii

This was by far the WORST apartment complex in Tucson az to live in. The management is so terrible they are rude and don’t care about your needs they will lie and cheat you. It’s like they hire the worst people in Tucson and put them in that office. WORST PLACE EVER DO NOT LIVE HERE YOU WILL REGRET IT

If I could give this management 6 stars I would... it was amazing, I felt at home right away. With all thats going on in this world I felt nothing but positive energy and comfort entering The Enclave....all thanks to Wendi.She was very Professional and had amazing communication skills, and you can tell she really cares for her tenets.

Such amazing office staff. The best you can get in Tucson Arizona. Would recommend to everyone I know! My apartment was clean and beautiful. I had no problems while I was there. Best experience I’ve ever had!

I had such a bad experience with a former apartment that I wanted to come and say how AMAZING it was to live at the Enclave. I lived in Tucson for five years in several different apartments but this one was by far my favorite.First of all, Wendi and the staff are amazing. I think about them all the time. She made it a priority to have a relationship with everyone who lived there and I personally saw her try to help people out all the time. She was a no nonsense kind of person, but wonderfully kind.I can’t remember the main maintenance guy’s name, but he was a treasure as well. You’d be walking to your car and he’d call you by name and ask specific questions about things he fixed in your apartment.The Enclave is not on the best side of town, but I never felt unsafe. I am a young woman and I lived all by myself, I worked every night until 1 am, and I was fine. I never heard of anyone getting robbed, at least while I was there. It is the perfect place for people from all walks of life who need a nonjudgmental home. It’s certainly not for the snooty, but it’s a lovely place for anyone else.

The property is managed very well and kept up. There are times I see Wendi and her upper management picking trash from the wash and all around property. Everytime something is needing to be fixed, Wendi tries to get it done in a timely manner.

Living on the outer part of the property youll be subjected to cars beeping their horns every 10 minutes or so every time they lock or unlock their doors. And the garbage trucks beeping constantly. And the neighbors that hang out right outside your window talking loudly. And all the dogs in the neighborhood barking early in the morning. And the kids screaming and yelling from the school playground next door.Other than that, its great.

Lived here in 2017 and went the hottest months without working Air conditioning and i have so many health problems. I was sent to the hospital on several occasions. We were in a 2 bedroom and they never fixed it after 3 months we took the next available 1 bedroom because we were desperate for working Air conditioning. We rushed into the 1 bedroom and it want even finished but i really didnt care. After we lived there a few months they changed management and the new company didnt know what we experienced and wrote us up for all the damages that were never fixed because we moved in so quickly and then our frige broke the last month we were there and i complained and they said they would replace it. It should of been urgent because i needed to keep my insulin cool but they never brought one and hundreds of dollars were wasred on insulin and it was hard to get more precribed. In the end we finished our lease and had to keep our food in cooler and buy ice ever other day. It was so horrible and now i have a bad credit against me. I will not pay with all the money spent on hotels to keep cool and the money that was wasted on my insulins. I will say stay clear and yes the have a roach infestation i found that out trn minutes after i signed my first lease.

First Id like to thank the girls Wendi and Brandy for being so helpful all the time and making the enclave home for me.They take such good care of the place and provide for the residents. Wendi makes us food and brings us snacks all the time. I see many residents help her and Brandy a lot that is a reflection on how people here care about them because they care for us. Both the girls confront trespassers and keep this place safe.Thank you Wendi And Brandy.

The Enclave is a very clean and well maintained property. Wendi and her staff are amazing, always helpful and friendly. The location of this community is fantastic, its close to everything you could want.

I have lived here for about 2 years. I have had no problems with anyone or anything. The staff is super nice and always very quick to help fix any isssues that may come up. Thank you guys love living here!

Great place, nice environment, and super great manager Wendi is the best ever . Ive been living in this property for over a year now so had any problems with my place . This place was nothing from the beginning and now its a great place to live in because of Wendi. Thank you God and thanks to the owner of the apartment of having Wendi as a manager of this great place God bless her and God bless who ever lives in that place . And who ever doesnt like this place I would say leave our community and keep it good for us .

We love living here. The manager, Kayla made our move effortless and helped in any way she could. She got us the perfect apartment for our needs. Quiet, clean, excellent place to live!

I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone.The maintenance guy cant fix a toilet for the life of him. Very bad attitude from him and from Wendy the manager. We had to fix the toilet ourselves and theyre trying to make us pay for a new toilet. And the maintenance guy raised his voice at us because he cant communicate what he needs to do and what he needs of us. Also about 3 weeks ago, when the maintenance guy was fixing the vent hood in the kitchen, he smelled of alcohol and it was VERY noticeable.I was bitten the dog of a resident on the property, and Wendy the manager seemed unsympathetic and made little effort to help in the situation. The dog had to bite a SECOND person for her to FINALLY give a 10 day notice to the resident owner of the dog (the second bite took place several weeks after mine). She shouldve done that on the first incident. Also we found dead mice in the pool.

Great place and Wendis been a great help to my family and I!!! Its an older building and needs an upgrade from owners such as cabinets & the popcorn ceilings but other than that the staff is great and the residents in here are very nice & respectful !

Wendi and Brandy are the best. Truly. Any issues i have they are always there and helpful. Theyre very friendly and i always make it a poimt just to stop in and say hello and chat. Best staff ever. The property is always upkept and clean and a beautiful sight to behold. Love The Enclave

I just moved in about a week ago and my apartment wasnt up to my expectations I told Wendi that I wanted everything to be corrected before I moved in she said that was fine she then had all my stuff done two days later! Shes really nice and her communication is amazing thanks Wendi for making our move in awesome 🙂

My goodness! The staff here is so incompetent. The new maintenance guy is so unreliable and never has any idea of what hes doing. Wendy, the manager, is the most indifferent, slow employee Ive ever met. Nothing is ever her problem apparently. It takes a REALLY long time to get anything fixed around here.

I was there for 3 months during my summer. The management people were good and responding. We really did not have any problems during our stay. The apartments were noisy at times during late nights.

Very poor customer service. Incompetent staff who seem to only care about filling up vacancies instead of the happiness of their customers. I would not recommend this place, its simply not worth it.

My little cousin found 4 dead mice in the pool. And she was smimming in it!! What does the pool guy do all day? And the office lady Wendi doesnt do nothing!

I been here for over a year and I love it very much. The landscaping is very beautiful and everybody that lives here are very polite its always a good morning or good evening. I also would like to say thank you to mrs.wendi, for being such a good manager she always has coffee & snacks for everyone and having such a good sense of humor. Always with her beautiful smile and helping you with what ever you need. She really goes out of her way for her residences to be happy, come on who will cook a delicious lunch for everybody that lives here. I also would like to say thank you to mr. Rohi, when I put a work order he is always in time and a very nice gentleman. THANK YOU AGAIN

I have lived here almost 20 years. This place is constantly being sold or forclosed, and not many of the owners care for the grounds or what goes on after the office has closed. One good thing going for it: convenient location, with lots of stores, banks, malls, and schools nearby. And free electricity, gas, and water...but thats about it.

Ive lived here for two years and loved the landscaping and the proximity to parks. Thats all this place has going for it. The management changes so often they cant keep track of anything and seem to not care about anything. For the past three to four months Ive had to listen to loud conversations outside about heroin withdrawals and just getting out of jail and other very exciting stories.My neighbors right next door had loud parties every night when they moved in, and it took three weeks of writing complaints and eventually calling the police to get them to just quiet down. On multiple occasions I was up past 3am from the noise. They started harassing me and one of them started sitting right outside my door when I take my dogs out and wouldnt move when I asked, which I recorded and turned in to the office. Its ridiculous to not be able to sleep for weeks and then be verbally and physically harassed and have management do nothing about it.They are back at playing loud music again after ten and since the management doesnt seem to care I just started leaving my living room at ten and going to my bedroom to try and avoid it. You will need a rather loud white noise machine if you happen to get lucky and move into my old apartment, as Im leaving when our lease is up at the end of the month. I heard from a neighbor in the opposite building that he can hear loud music late into the night as well so it might just be endemic now.These neighbors and others have little dogs they let wander around without leashes and someones little dog keeps peeing on my door mat every night. When I tell management I just get a stupid, ineffectual look and, Im sorry about that.The maintenance was told about vomit from a young kid at the bottom of my stairs three times right after Halloween and it just laid there and is now a dark vomit stain. I still step left or right to get on my stairs. People stomp up the stairs and if your apartment is near a stairwell it will shake and rattle your apartment.An apartment with an elderly couple was broken into and they were beaten with a bat and the older gentleman died at the hospital. There are a lot of really creepy looking people who wander about and weird things that happen late at night. One night I heard a thunderous roar and looked outside and saw a guy pushing a shopping cart while roller blading through the apartment complex. They say they have night security, but it doesnt seem to matter.In short: If your looking to live among animals youll find a home in this zoo, but if youre looking for human habitation you should look somewhere else.

The staff is very friendly they go above and beyond their goals. They are here to help us if we have a problem and to put us in the right direction We have security on the premises to watch over the property

I think i got food poisoning because they are not fixing my fridge. It has been broken for two months and they lied and said they fixed it (seriously they sent me an email saying its all done ). But i dont think they eavin looked at it. Its leaking water, so i cant have any food in there or it gets soked with water. Its not cold enough so my soggy food is not safe to eat anyway and a shelf just broke as soon as i placed a gallin of milk on it.i dont understand how they can just ignore this. My lease said there would be a fridge provided, guess not for me.This has been a bad place to live so far Wendi the current manager just laughs at me every time i go down there to remind her my food is not safe to eat and my fridge is broken. Like its some kind of joke.This is not the first time they have done this durring a roof repair my kitchen light fell off and part of it broke. They said thwy would fix it, i was happy to see an email saying they fixed it within a timely manner, yet when i got home they just riged the broken one back up.I have multiple other issues that are not my fault and need repair. But im giving up since they cant eavin fix simple things.This has to be some kind of rule that makes sure they fix the essential things we need to sirvive. Within a timely manerDO NOT LIVE HERE

My exp was horrible, have times with no heat, went 3 weeks no maintence, ended up with fleas from my neighbor, bed bugs, moved in with carpet from previous tenants lived there 18 months and now charging me for new carpet, they changed management often I dealt with 3 different office leasing persons in 18 months .

Management has no customer service skills.

The worst apartment ! Were still living here and I literally can not wait to move !! Theres so many stuff thats breaking here and they refuses to do anything about it ! My mom has told the landlord about it but the mainance man refuses to fix it because my parents are deaf ! If anyone is planning on moving here ! I suggest you dont live here at all !!
