Love living at Lakeside Casitas! The maintenance team is very nice and takes care of the property in a timely manner. The office staff is nice and professional. The grounds are always maintained clean. The pool is always clean. I love going to the pond and being able to see and feeding the fishes and turtles.Thank you for everything

Lakeside Casitas has beautifully maintained townhomes and landscape. This gated community provides a sense of safety and privacy that you wont find at traditional apartment complexes. This property is always kept super nice! The maintenance staff is great about responding to any issues we’ve had, and the assistant property manager is the best (think her name was Amanda?) she made our move in really easy and has been nothing but helpful. Can’t say enough good things about living here

Apartments are dated, AC’s are old, but they’re okay. The property is okay. They charge a ton of extra fees and the rent is inflated. But the WORST THING is that the pond in the middle have fish and turtles is DISGUSTING. The poor turtles come out of the water starving, eating rocks and pine cones. The water should at least be clean as they are not wild fish and it is a man made body of water.

We had an appointment for 3:30 to get an in person tour. Show up ten minutes early and the front desk has a sign that says will be back 3:45. Just in case you wanted to know if management cares about you or your business.

I have lived at this apartment complex for years. Neighborhood is great and a safe place to live. The only issue I have is management. I have often felt disrespected and unheard. THE ONLY REASON I GAVE FIVE STARS IS BECUASE OF Amanda Provencher!!!!! She works in the front office and she is the only reason why me and my family have stay. When I have an issue or need to make a payment I go to her. She makes us feel respected and you can tell she loves what she does. If you decided to move here go to her. I hope she becomes manager one day.

After living up in Oro Valley for 5 years, I decided to move to Lakeside Casitas and it has been such a great experience for me and my son. Hello this is Mr. Rivers, Ive been at Lakeside Casitas for around 4 years; along with living here when I was growing up. Ive always loved these apartments and the staff. I wanted to share that recently during all of these hard COVID19 times, office staff Amanda P. has been outstanding. Ive had some concerns with rent and bills, and she is always so caring and patient and tries to listen to all of our concerns and Ive noticed the same with other residents. Amanda is always following up with us on our maintenance needs, and to see how our family is doing and if there is any thing ever extra she can do to make sure we are safe, comfortable and that our needs are being met. Amanda really helps make you feel safe, comfortable and worry free with everything going on and is very understanding. With office staff like her, Ill definitely keep renewing my lease. Besides that, the complex is safe, beautiful and a great place to live!!

I moved in first of the year, I want to say this a quite tranquil place to live. People are friendly and staff are wonderful, keep the place nice, clean and maintain. During this Covid-19 unfortunately Ive been effected with no employment and the manager Michael has been such a wonderful knowledgeable source of help, kind hearted and understanding young man. The manager went way above and beyond to assist me and gave me info to assist me in rent for this epidemic times. I cannot express enough how happy I am to live here and to have a management team that really cares. Communicating is the key and they are willing to help all they can. We moved in, in March of 2020, the process took awhile, the complex was going through changing staff, but...I couldn’t be happier. The office staff is very friendly, and the complex is quiet and I love the outside look. Our 1 bd apt is cute and is perfect for my husband and I. Our a/c went out on a Saturday after office hours. I was concerned that the maintenance staff would not see my request until Monday. Within an hour, Jose from maintenance came over and got to work. We needed a new motor, which they didn’t have. Jose provided a portable a/c for the night and came back on SUNDAY to install the new motor. He really cared that the apartment was nice and cool for us and worked hard to ensure that happened. I did email the property manager on Saturday night, before Jose came over because I do have an issue with heat intolerance. He emailed me back on Monday and was the nicest he could be. This effort from everyone I dealt with made me realize this place cares about their residents. Thank you Lakeside Casitas! Very happy tenants here!

Office staff is super friendly and welcoming. The units are large and spacious. Nice having washer and dryer in unit. The little portches are pretty cool as well.

Be careful after you complete your lease, you better tell them in advance.I completed my 1 year lease never late or anything. Well like any normal human whos lease is over and you didnt speak to management about renewing a new lease you would be good to to move elsewhere.Hell no not when your dealing with low down greedy scam artist who have no problem saying you cant leave because we want to rob you and destroy your credit and rental history with a broken lease that never existed.They charged me 3800 and put it on my credit.Also tried to take me to court to sue me, but the judged dismissed case and also was removed from credit because what they try to do is low of low evil. Sick, selfish, lazy, scammers. Criminals

My family and I been living in this apartment for almost 2 yrs been dedicated tenant with no late rent payment, everything changed since new management took over, everything went downhill, was not aware that we had a broken water pipe leading underground beneath the toilet causing a spike on our electric bill due to constant water heater running 24/7 and also cause molding between the walls of the 2 bathrooms which also lead to roach infestation. It took almost 1 1/2 weeks for them to fix the hot water problem leaving us cold water for approximately 2 weeks and a gaping toilet hole which was only covered with a simple towel and the toilet sitting on the front porch. Then we get charged for the whole month of April of $1200 when we turned the keys in on the 31 of March, we then informed them about the charges and they still want to charge us 1st day of the month when the contract stated that we have to be out on the 1st of April and the keys were already turned in on the 31st of March. I wouldnt recommend this place.

I have had a very peaceful stay. No problems with my neighbors or staff. I would recommend this complex to anyone.

I absolutely love living here and my apartment however the maintenance call line is always very rude. Maintenance requests barely get completed and some have been marked as “completed” even though they weren’t. I recently had a bee problem where they were coming into my apartment and they weren’t able to do anything so I had to get a hotel for the night. The maintenance guys are always cool though and very nice. Some of the office staff has been rude in the past as well. But overall it’s the best place I’ve lived.

My Experience has been a good one. I have been living here for a while now, and no this place isnt perfect, but I can see that there has been a huge effort over the past few months to clean up a lot around here. Management has changed a few times, but right now it feels comfortable, and stable. This community is definitely something you should come, and see for yourself. I come into the office often, and am always greeted. The girls upfront are ALWAYS busy, and they still make it a point to acknowledge my presence in the office.

Me and my family move two months ago and we loved here !! No apartment complex is perfect, and we understand that, yes they do take a while sometimes for fix something but they get it done, the people in the office is amazing!! Katrina is always nice and. All the staff they actually help a lot !! We don’t have any complaints, we love our unit and the best ( laundry ) we pay what we was told and we feel safe here even know you have to take care everywhere you go, the pool is really big and fancy, my kids already make friends for play and people is pretty friendly so we really recommend this place oh and btw the school that is just a walking distance if you have kids plus a lot of places for go and shopping and eat and a really nice lake you can go and get fun .

I do not live here but I wanted to take the time to leave a comment and review for the leasing lady Amanda. My father recently passed away and my mother has been having a hard time finding a new place to live and start over without my father. From the beginning Amanda was very friendly and inviting when we called for information about the lakeside casitas. She was happy to see us and show us around and was very knowledgeable with all our questions. We looked at apartments and condos all day long and the lakeside casitas was the best one simply because of Amanda and the welcoming we felt from the natural beauty of the place. Another person that lives there was in the office when we came back from seeing the apartment Amanda showed us and we commented on how nice Amanda was and they said they agreed and that she went above and beyond all the time. I am happy my mother will be living somewhere that has someone like Amanda around. Thank you to Amanda at the lakeside casitas

The office staff has been very helpful every step of the way and everyone from the maintenance team has been very responsive addressing any issues that have come up.

The staff at Lakeside Casitas are positive, helpful, and enthusiastic. I especially want to mention Jonathan, the maintenance manager! He is energetic, knowledgeable, and always has a smile on his face! He and the maintenance crew work hard every day. Everyone working here has been good to us. We’ve lived here for over 3 years and while things aren’t perfect — nothing is — they really try to make this park feel like home.

Signing a lease with Lakeside Casitas was a BIG MISTAKE and I would not recommend this place to anyone. I will give credit where credit is due and say the casita homes are nice and spacious, and having a washer and dryer in the unit is always a nice thing. However, the security of the place and management team and staff that work there are the biggest problem. The first day we signed the lease the office was broken into and all our personal information they had on record was stolen, causing our identities to be stolen and our bank account hacked and drained. The entrance gate of the community that is supposed to lock and keep the place secure at night is constantly broken so most of the time it is propped open. My vehicle was vandalized twice while in the parking lot there, costing me a pretty penny to fix. They also do inspections of your unit every 3 months, where a group of maintenance guys basically go thru every room in the casita to “look at the vents”. Every time I had to interact with the office and maintenance staff there, they were very rude and uncaring to me and even would mock me on occasion when there was an issue I needed help with. These are just a few things that I wish I knew before I decided to spend a year living here at Lakeside. Having a washer and dryer in my unit was totally not worth the high rent cost and horribleness you have to put up with while living there.

Office staff always friendly and professional. They dont wait to be asked, they offer. Maintenance staff responds to requests in a timely manner and are always respectful. Grounds are kept up beautifully. Having all buildings one story means there is no bother from upstairs neighbors. Walls are sufficient to keep down noise from nextdoor neighbors. All in all, a very pleasant place to live. That is why I have been here 3 years.

I have lived here for about six months and absolutely love it. Private, quiet, all single level homes. When I close my gate the world goes away and I am home. I am very excited that they are fixing the gate and resurfacing all of the asphalt this month. This place is great!

I so wanted to leave a good review for this place. Unfortunately the place was pretty dirty when I moved in. Sticky old grease on the floor around the stove which left your feet or bottom of your shoes black! The same gross black old grease around the stove was disgusting. I left that place a hundred percent better than I found it and they charged me $80 to clean lint out of the dryer wipe the top of the washing machine inside the lid and wipe down the outside of the dishwasher. The dryer never worked properly and they tried to fix it 2 X. They also said the inside of the dishwasher was dirty you figure that one out. They also entered my apartment without notification. The only way I knew this is because a friend of mine had spent the night and was still at my apartment while I went to work. They entered the apartment and didnt expection. She did not know that it wasnt scheduled so she let them through my apartment. Not a great experience at all!

Waaay too expensive. Especially if you have furr babies. They dont have 1 bedrooms either.Reply: So I called your call center and the 1st guy said you dont have 1 bedrooms. The 2nd time I called I asked How much are the 1 bedrooms? They are never available btw. She refused to give me a base price. I said Just tell me how much the lowest price is. 1 bedroom, no pets etc. She couldnt answer me. Im guessing $800-900? Still way too expensive. I found a better deal with Sunset Vista $555 free internet. No pet rent either.

They charge a lot for this apartments, but ask them.To fix something or order you a new items oh ya nope not gonna happen. Even though it doesnt work we will fix it again again. Never answer phones in office. Trash always over flowing. Wont let you use money orders to pay rent anymore. Dont cover any utilities... Its completely ridiculous! !!!

So far so good. Im on month number one. But the first day living here some low life decided there legs dont work anymore, so they used the Bed of my Truck as a dumpster . Not happy about that. But the people here in the office made it better for me and cleaned it out. Air conditioning is slow to cool my place down, Im afraid to look at the electricity bill. We will see.Very quiet and clean location.I like my good neighbors. They are all nice. Any issues that need attention its always handled in a reasonable time.

Wow people are either blind or kissing butt in this place $1,020 for less than a thousand feet!! I pay less for a thousand feet and it has been totally upgraded, two pools, hot tub, a real exercise room, monthly activities, AMAZING maintenance team and an AMAZING front office staff. Lived in Lakeside for two years and it was a joke the whole time.

Maintenance came in to my apartment to fix something, and notice my AC wasnt working. By the time I got home Alonso had been working on it and got it fix before the end of the day. All stuff is awesome!(:

So sad to see such negative reviews for Lakeside Casitas. These are old reviews, and with a new management team put in about 2 years ago, things are vastly different. The front office people are terrific, helpful and friendly. The maintenance staff is prompt and also very nice and friendly. They have been working hard to upgrade and modernize these older Casitas. I have lived here going on two years and am very happy with my situation. I have lived in a one bedroom. And am currently in a two bedroom, two bath which I love. My location is ideal, lots of trees and plants all around, and very quiet. I have always found that when I needed something via maintenance they are prompt and knowledgeable. This being an older complex, sometimes things need to be replaced and upgraded, which is being done.They allow pets, with certain breed restrictions, which is great for me, as I have a little dog.Yes, there are tenants here that dont seem to give a darn about throwing trash around, but I know you will find that at any apartment complex. As far as security is concerned, they have a full time night person who patrols the whole complex until morning. The security gate is old, and doesnt work often, but they do repair it; hopefully a new one will be put in soon.I feel bad about these negative reviews; things have changed over the last 2 years. People are often quick to write negative reviews, but unfortunately, often those that have had a good experience dont often take the time to write a review.So, Im doing it!

Everyone here is kind and very helpful and outgoing maintenance here is fantastic they are always busy and they try to get all the repairs done as fast as they can . it will take weeks to get them done . the complex is so quiet that the way i like it

I lived here for 1 year and paid one extra month rent to break my lease to leave. AC broke several times & they took forever to come out. When they did it was temp fixes till it broke again every few months. The appliances were trash. Extremely out dated & the stove top knobs always fell off or broke. The model shown for rent was not the model given. They are in much worse condition. Be cautious. Hopefully future renters read the reviews and reconsider.

Was a really good first apartment. Have yards and no upstairs neighbors banging around at two am. Laura in the office is fantastic and make up for some of the less friendly office people they had in the past. She always remembers your name when she sees you and details about you to chat about. I had an issue with a hornets nest one day and they came and took care of it within a few hours before I was even home from running errands. I lived in the one bedroom then transferred to the three and I like them both. Would recommend to anyone who doesnt need a hosue but wants a little more than your standard apartment and doesnt want to pay an arm and a leg.

There ok... front office girl Katrina is awesome. There town homes are kinda old, the gates NEVER work so much for gated community. The people are super dirty and throw there trash out side of the trash bins. Not the communities fault its the nasty no manner having tenants that enjoy living like pigs.

May 14th I left a message for the office that there were 2 wasp or hornet nests in a tree above the dumpsters at the western edge of the property. The very next day both were gone. On the 16th, I went to the office to personally say thank you for getting an exterminator on the property so quickly. It was then I learned from Property Manager Michael Lujan that the maintenance team removed them! A big thanks Maintenance team members!!

If youre thinking about renting here do NOT. Run FAR FAR AWAY from these apartmennts. My wife and I were loyal renters of Lakeside for over two years after we first got married. We were never late on our payments and kept the apartment in good condition.Recently they had a change in management and with the change in management seemes to have come a lack of care in their residents. Before the management change, if we had a maintenance issue it would be taken care of within a day of us putting it in, especially if it was a major issue. After the change, youre lucky if you can get a response within a week of putting in your request. We had a wasp nest being built (for the THIRD time) on our patio and it took 3 weeks of calling constantly to get someone to take care of it, always being told were sorry well have someone out as soon as we can at the same time we our dryer broke which means we couldnt dry our clothes. Took over a week and 3-4 calls to the office to get someone to fix it (which turned out to be a 5 minute fix) - and when you talk to them about these major issues (not being able to dry clothes is a pretty big issue IMHO) and how important it should be to get someone to fix your problem, they just seem to have a casual attitude about it and a oh, okay, well get someone there as soon as we canFast forward to today. My wife and I were recently offered a house at an amazing price. We are planning on starting a family hopefully and needed a bigger space. Naturally of course that means breaking our lease. Now with my old apartment (Canyon Oaks) when I was going to move into a house to keep an eye on it for some friends, they let me break the lease no problems, no extra charges, nothing, I didnt even have to pay any extra amount because they knew I was moving into a house. These guys? They hit you up with an EXTRA MONTH of rent. Despite the fact that they know you are having to make a lot of extra payments while going through the home buying process, despite our good standing with them as faithful renters. They just dont care about you.On top of wanting another month of rent, we were just hit with a THREE HUNDRED DOLLAR cleaning bill - for not doing stuff that isnt mentioned in the renters agreement. $300. So never mind that we have a mortgage payment coming up, or that we already payed them an extra month of rent (when they know theyll probably turn around and rent it to someone else as soon as we leave), now we have to deal with this. And when we tried to tell them how faithful we were as renters and on time with our payments, etc. over two years, they didnt care.So yeah, run FAR AWAY from this place they do not care about you as a renter or your situation absolutely no sympathy or caring or compassion.

Before we had moved here I was around 7 almost 8 months pregnant and we needed somewhere to move in quick. We came across this place and the outside FOOLED me. the cute lake with the turtles and fish got me. The models that they show you is WAY nicer than the real apartment. There was some issues on my behalf that was stopping us from moving in but I got that resolved with in 5 hours. I remember that i kept calling and calling and calling NO ONE would pick up the phone. Finally I had my son May 12th and was able to go home (old apartment) May 14th. We finally got some one on the phone May 15th and told us that the front desk put down that we decided to change our mind and not live there! I wish i would of seen that sign that god was telling us but nope! My boyfriend drove 40 min to get the keys to our new place. He had to keep going back to the office 3 times because they kept giving him the wrong keys. We brushed that off. When we seen the inside it really wasnt cleaned the bathroom counter tops had nasty white film all over the place it stunk like poison for about two months, our oven burners were broken then one of the burners sparked and almost catched fire, there was HUGE dead roaches all over the the house and the carpet not even a month later showed its true colors...... They fluffed up the carpet so you cant see the old stains. It took them two days to get out and fix our oven burners. Next issue is our A/C. We been here for a one year lease and our A/C broke FOUR times since we been here. It has took them 2 days till a WEEK to get it fixed. (they did give us a portable A/C but we were packed in one room with a 3 month old baby at the time.) Another issue, I was cleaning our master bathroom shower using a sponge and a toothbrush (hardly pushing hard on the wall) and a couple tiles broke off the wall, that took a WEEK for some one to just look at it, not even fix it. Now please dont get me wrong the maintenance team is great when they come out, i really think its the office fault for having everything unorganized. We are NOT dirty people at all and we are still having issues with the biggest roaches i have ever seen. they craw EVERYWHERE i remember one of the nights/ mornings we were stuck in the room (with the A/C broke) My baby was crying before i grabbed him for some reason i had a feeling to look up and WHAT WAS IT??!!! A FAT roach on the ceiling. you are paying for pest control but you NEVER see anyone spraying outside or asking to spray inside. These places are so ran down and if they would acually sink in good money to fixing it up it could be a nice place. It is not worth the cost to live here. Try not to be optimistic like how i was and think maybe we will have it better you wont. The office staff is so rude they cut you off when your talking and NEVER follow up with anything. They are just there for the check and not help you live in a peaceful community. they give you a notice that they are going to check your apartment for the smoke alarms and all that, you cant cancel and if they cant enter for whatever reason you will have a fee to pay. When I gave them the notice that we will not be renewing our lease they also gave us a notice that they will need to enter the house for future repairs when they came to do that i was in the middle of cooking dinner and there was FIVE people that came in to look around, it was completely uncomfortable and unnecessary to have that many people to do a one mans job. I wish you the best if you still decide to come here just know that i would never ever EVER tell anyone to come live here.

The rent is affordable, The grounds keeping is awesome overall neighborhood is amazing. i leave my car unlocked and house too on accident sometimes and ive never had to worry, one time my stove broke and maintenace fixed it same day. The staff up front are all around great and caring people! I love living here and would recommend lakeside casitas to everyone!

They have no integrity or courtesy. It Started from the very first day the apartment was grimey and not ready for move-in had to wait for them to clean it came back still wasnt clean and we spent 3 hours scrubbing the entire place. Our parking spot was occupied for the first month and a half and after notifying them several times and them even putting a tag to tow it they still never moved it I had to tie rope to the tires and pull it out of the parking spot next thing you know the car was gone an hour later. The staff will do everything to reassure you while having no idea whats going on and charge you every penny they possibly can for anything. And what finally tops it all off is having a conversation with them about our final bill and what was owed to them and confirming it over again to make sure we were giving them everything they needed so that we can move and be done. I even wrote them a letter along with our final rent payment telling them if we owe them anything at all to call me and I will handle it. Here we are three months after moving out just getting a letter from a collection agency for over $1,000 that we owe them and nobody called us. No explanations, reminders or hey by the way as to what we owe them for as far as I know its just Phantom charges now delinquent. Its really hard to have respect for them as human beings when you do everything to communicate as much as possible and they do nothing for you in return other than empty words that dont mean anything. But their maintenance guys, dealing with them direct was awesome they were straightforward and on point. Although this is a nice little area their security gates hardly ever function as theyre supposed to. I had my bicycle locked on my patio someone tried to steal it so I put another lock on it thick cable. Somebody stole my bike took off my two year olds seat and threw it in the dumpster. It was just a very disappointing six months.Do yourself a favor and do not live here.

Worst apartment ever. I didnt get to see the apartment until i signed the papers and when i did see it it was horrible. There was a HUGE hole in the bathroom and when i told them they said it has been there for years and they wouldnt repair it. And they said the counter top in the kitchen needed to be replaced. They didnt think about replacing it before i moved in! They said to stay out for 12 hours then the smell will be gone. When my boyfriend and 3 month old came home the place smelled like crap and we had to find somewhere to spend the night. We called the next day and they didnt care about putting my 3 month old at risk with the orders and fumes. After so many things going wrong and they had no interest in improving i broke my lease because i had enough now trying to get a new apartment and they are saying horrible things about us. Do not live here. Worst mistake i ever made.

Since New Management took over the people that work in the office seem to have their heads someplace besides where they should be. For the past 3 months we have had nothing but problems with rent checks being lost, being charged late fees for rent check being lost. Rent check was found in July and although it was dated for May and we had not paid our July rent yet (mind you it was not late), they processed the check that they lost and then found from may for our July rent. This when the amount of the check from May was not the amount we were being charged for July. Tried to talk to Manager and he stated that they just took it out of the drop box. I didnt just put the May rent check in the drop box in July, I guess it must have been our DOG!

The parents should be outside​ keeping an eye out on their kids. The parents dont care about what their kids do. Alot of the times the kids like to lie to their parents and the office staff. Alot of people get kicked out because of these kids lying about things. When people get kicked out of their apartments​ because of these kids lying all the time. Its hard for people to move into another place when you get kicked out of your apartment. Its hard to get into a places​ when you dont have any money to move. I dont recommend anyone to move into this place. I wished I never moved in here.

Im a current resident and have lived here going on 2 years, and the longer that Im here, the worse it has gotten. Our a/c broke At the beginning of summer, roof leaking, etc and it took them forever to finally come fix it. When they did, all they did was cut a big hole in our ceiling and rig a hose from the a/c to the tub so it wouldnt leak all over the floor and kept it like that, marked the job as complete. I Was told they just needed to replace the panel and it kept switching between them having to order one, to any and every other story under the sun. Months later they finally replaced the a/c unit but did nothing about the hole THEY made and left in my ceiling. Everytime I called, they would write up the order but then the job kept being marked as completed although no one ever came to the apartment. It took over 5 months for them to finally come and patch it up AND IT STILL ISNT DONE.I refuse to let them come in when were not home and have let them know repeatedly that someone must be home because none of them are trusted. Someone is always home, but I was told thats why it takes so long for repairs, because they cant just come in and so when theyre told they dont have permission to just enter, you get moved to the bottom of the list.And the gate for this gated community is a joke. It hasnt worked correctly for longer than a week or two consecutively since Ive been here.It makes me cringe when I see new, perspective tenants in the office wanting to move in. DONT DO IT!! As a current resident, whose lease is almost up (thank God), I do not and would not ever recommend this place. Its not worth it. Its the worst experience Ive had in my renting history.

This place is terrible. The office people make it sound wonderful, newer, and safe... Its not, Dont be fooled by the pretty model apartments they show. I had to sign the lease before they would even let me look at my apartment, which was completely different.The carpet was nasty, old, and very worn already. The appliances were also very very outdated, the newest one was probably the fridge and thats still 80-90s... stove, dishwasher, dryer, and washing machine were more like late 70s-early 80s... the bathroom was just as old. We paid almost $800 for a 2 bedroom no utilities included... you would think with all that $$ from every one they would actually do something to make it nice...The maintenance guy was nice but slow as hell... We pay extra to have our own washer and dryer, but then our washer quit working right after we moved in, it took over a month to get fixed; a month of have to lug our laundry to a laundromat and pay.Once you sign that lease, they couldnt care less about you. I paid my rent in person every month and when I would come in, they would be busy talking to each other and leave you to sit out in front of their office for half an hour.Like someone else mentioned, they seem to be doing construction all the time, and it starts early in the morning. Im not sure what they are doing up on the roof, but more than once I came home to find that dirt and dust had been knocked down from the skylight in the bathroom and was all over the floor.Maybe this doesnt apply to all of the apartments, but our ceiling would leak a lot. Every time it rained, we had to put buckets in the kitchen and water would drip down the walls in the hallway near the door. The windows are so old, they are not properly sealed and leak heat and a/c outside like crazy, and every time a plane or helicopter pass by (which is all the time) the windows shake and bang because they are loose.Also, the gate is completely useless. When its actually closed, someone who wants in only has to wait about 10 mins for someone to come through and follow them in. a few times in the year that we lived there, the cops would get called and once there was a guy who shot his gun in his house. There are always some punk little kids hanging out in the parking lot, who liked to wipe their fingers all over my new car.Bottom line, dont move here, I promise you wont like it after a few days, but by then its too late...

This is the worst apartment unit/complex I have ever lived in! They showed me a model, I rented it thinking the model was an example of what unit would be! Boy was I not happy when I arrived from California with movers there to empty truck! Every corner in baths/kitchen was dirty, cove base installed unevenly and poorly! Vinyl installed in baths by cutting around toilet, then caulked 1/2”-3/4” wide! Paint drippings everywhere, awful smell eminating from cabinets on sink side of wall. They painted inside of cabinets so you have no idea where smell was coming through! Never found it, painted inside of cabinet with orange smelling stuff that just makes it smell like orange BO! Took me 4 weeks to have dripping faucet replaced! Front door frames is rotted, kind of fixed that, but can still see daylight! Place is a mess, regional manager says they didn’t promise me a new apartment! No, you didn’t, but you showed me a model & Lessing agent told me it was an example of units for rent!!! NOT REALLY!! I know it isn’t new, but when you update unit when people move out, don’t do half ass repair work, and pass on poor workmanship & standards on to new residents!!

I would give no rate if I could..#DONOTRENTHERE#BEDBUGS#HIDDENFEESMy move in date was to be 11/16 butt I wasnt allowed to move in until 12/1/17.. which I already made arrangements to move on 11-16 but I was toldunit wasnt ready,, tenets are still there etc..I wanted to walk my unit prior to moving in.. they denied me that and just showed be this BEAUTIFUL model unit.. my carpet was old and had BED BUGS!!!!!!!!!!!!!It looked clean when I finally got to move in after I paid my deposit fee along with first months rent and water bill is WAY OVER... AC always broke on us.. my stove didnt work for 4 months out of my 6 month lease and they only came when I was not at home due to work... I felt vialated...KOn top of everything else we had bed bugs.. I threw away everything I had!!! My bedding my clothes.. stuffed animals.. MY BED, my sectional sofa....I paid renters insuranceI gave them proper 90, 60, and 30 day notice in email but the FACT I DID NOT write it to them and hand it to them and the rotation of staff it ended up nasty,..THEY ARE STILL REBTING OUT MY OLD UNIT AFTER I NOTIFIED TGEM OF BED BUGS IN THE CARPET...THEY STATED THEY DO NOT HAVE TO REPLACE MY OLD CARPET BECAUSE THEY ARE IN GOOD CONDITION THAT THEY CAN WASH THEM AT MY EXPENSE...Im worried a nother FAMILY will move into that unit #84 and kids be bit by bed bugs and all their furniture,, stuffed animals,, clothes will be destroyed.Screw this place and management!!!!!

This place is the worst place Ive ever resided in my 42Yrs. Of life. The TRASH DUMPSTER IS SOOOOO DISGUSTING AND SMELLS WHICH HAVE ALLOWED MICE TO ENTER THE HOMES. 95% OF THE BASE BOARDS ARE COVERED DUE TO CORRODING AND DETERIORATION OF MICE IN THE WALLS AND UNDERNEATH THE NASTIEST DISHWASHERS. THEY HAVE REFUSED MY CALLS ATTHE MAIN OFFICE TO EXTERMINATE AND I HAVE 2 TODDLERS THAT ARE AFRAID TO PLAY ON THE FLOOR DUE TO MICE COMING UNDER THE KITCHEN SINK AND FROM THE CORNER OF MY FRONT DOOR. I HAVE CONTACTED FAIR HOUSING AND WILL CONTINUE TO FIGHT THIS LEASE. THESES TOWN HOMES ARE ANYTHING BUT A PLEASURE TO LIVE IN BOTTOMLINE. IF YOU ARE READING THIS PLEASE DO NOT CONSIDER ANY PROPERTY BY THE PROPERTY MANAGEMENT OR OWNER BECAUSE, IF ONE PROPERTY IS THIS WAY EVERY OTHER PROPERTY IS SKEPTICAL. AND IF YOU ARE THINKING MY HOUSE IS NASTY AND NOT CLEAN WRONG BECAUSE I AM VERY OCD ABOUT MY HOME. AND BY THE WAY I AM CURRENTLY STILL RESIDING HERE HOPPNG TO BREAK MY LEASE WITH MY ATTORNEY. I HAVE SEVERAL PICTURES OF MICE TRAPS AND MICE IVE CAUGHT AND EVERYTHING THAT ISNT WORKING PROPERLY AND I KEEP RECORDS OF MY CALLS TO THE OFFICE AND NO RESPONSE. IF U HAVE KIDS AND WORK HARD TO PROVIDE FOR YOUR FAMILY THIS PROPERTY IS NOT THE PLACE FOR YOU TO PROVIDE SHELTER FOR YOUR FAMILY. THIS IS THE HONEST TRUTH NOT AN ANGRY TENANT OR BEING VINDICTIVE IN NO WAY AT ALL BECAUSE MY RENT IS ALWAYS PAID ON TIME. This 5 star is for Luis the maintenance person, this man came over on a minutes notice and found out the issue and got it fixed before i could shake his hand and thank him.

Bad experience. We moved out and apparently the office did not charge us the correct amount at move out. So instead of contacting us to pay the amount they send us to collection and received the bill from the collection company one month later.

The maintenance crew is amazing and it’s the only reason we have stayed

A bunch of the cars in the lot got broken into and management did nothing, this is not the first time it has happened, and to top it off, they havent even been closing the gate at night so anyone who wants to can just drive in, my husband and I have lived here for two months and so far we have had people walk on our cars multiple times wearing air jordans and break into one of our cars to steal an itouch, which cost us hundreds to replace the window and itouch, management here just does not care about security at all. I regret moving here so much, its very un-safe for my growing family.

Could not sleep due to neighbors drinking and partying all night long. Contacted on site property manager at leasing office and their security patrol several times. Now same neighbor late at night purposely banging on bedroom exterior wall so hard that wall vibrates. PROPERTY MANAGER STATES SHE CANT DO ANYTHING ... if you like drinking and partying all night long, this is the place for you. Im out of here.

I have called to request to get my AC checked up on at nine in the morning I am here at 4 o’clock no one has come and my AC is leaking through the pain by light fixture and there might be mold in the wall no one is here this apartment complex freaking sucks I’m done!
