I went looking with my mother for an decent apartment and what I was showed was so amazing we just wanted to move in right then & there, Andy the assistant manager was so amazing & wonderful to us she’s definitely a person lol she should definitely get a raise ! Overall Copper hill apartments are so nice & so beautiful would definitely recommend moving here ;) !!! 😁

Anyone looking for a nice good place to live this is the place. i definitely love it here. i can actually call this place a home out of all the places i have lived here in tucson and i have to move around due to my job. i love the staff! the women in the front office are what made this place feel so much, cleaner, safer, quieter, the are very polite, nice, easy to talk to always take of easy issue any of us tenants call upon on. The get the job done fast you don’t have to keep reminding them they put you down on their to do list because last management was a mess, rude, had favorites, and only took care of the issues and people that was easy for her. the new office staff is always smiling and friendly, have a smile on their faces even after all the they are taking care of from last staff but i would recommend this place to anyone and everyone. you will love are office staff.

If I could give lower i would. Roaches, not clean when I moved it. Multiple front office staff in the course of one year. Getting maintenance is a nightmare, they say they will put in an order and its never done. I have had an order in since I moved in for a dishwasher and it was never fixed. The walls are paper thin, Ive heard my neighbor snoring. The people in the complex are loud and noisey, fighting at all times of the night. Multiple police visits. My ac was broken for a while week during the summer and all the could give us was a portable ac unit that only cooled a small area in the living room, that is 100% torture. Also if you live here be prepared to pay for it to be professionally clean or forfeit 250 deposit. BEWARE AND STAY AWAY

ZERO Stars!!!! I have lived here for almost a year and have had nothing but problems with office staff. The manager is NEVER in which causes issues with arrangements because she leaves no notes for sit ins. I reported a broken fridge and stove the day I got my keys and they were not fixed or replaced till 8 months later. My vehicle was vandalized and the office refused to provide video footage for insurance purposes. To avoid addressing issues the office manager will block your phone number. I have been harassed and cursed out multiple times by the manager for simply trying to set up payment arrangements due to COVID. Even had to reach out to the regional manager to get my number unblocked so I can contact the office. Complaints about drunk and disorderly tenants approaching children are ignored. They claim there are breed restrictions but there are at least 5 or more pit bull breeders who allow all the dogs to run around unattended. A few have run into my apartment and attacked my daughter and still my complaints go ignored. The original manager who was meeting with tenants and coming to their apartments tested positive for COVID and the office did not notify anyone she had been in contact with. Some tenants are still under the impression that she is on “Vacation”. I personally have had to request that they wear masks because they still allow people in the office and are never wearing them. I have had to file several complaints with the regional manager due to the unprofessionalism that goes on in the office. Now I will have to file a complaint with the BBB because it has not stopped and has only gotten worse. Please do not move here! It is not safe by any means and any issue you have will be ignored. Prices are changing for tenants almost monthly at this point which is breaking lease agreements not to mention the rat problem they have and ARE aware of but they make tenants pay for pest control and blame the tenants if you report it. Summer nights there are rats everywhere running from one yard to another. I could go on and on and my lead isn’t even up yet. Please find a better safer place for your families!!!

I REPEAT DO NOT LEASE HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!from the beginning since I moved in in May 2020 I have had a massive roach problem caused by disgusting neighbors and management has done nothing about the problem even after recommendation from the exterminator. It has now been 3 weeks since my last request and still no scheduled appointment.When I first moved in I found an incorrectly wired outlet that was burning hot to the touch and a fire hazard and it took 2 months of constant requests, notes, text, phone calls before they even sent their maintance staff out to inspect it then another 3 weeks for the electrician to come and fix the issue.If you value your money and your families safety and health DO NOT RENT HERE go and find another complex like a HSL property.

Copperhill Apartments is one of the worst places in Tucson to move into it is not worth the rent, price is too high for poor conditions, rooms are caving in on upper story rooms, management is very unprofessional, uncaring, not customer service friendly, outrageously roach and bedbug infested, I Highly DO NOT Recommend to move to Copperhill Apartments.

My family and I have been living here, at Copperhill Apartments, for over a year now. Lot of families living here. Pool, Jacuzzi, and Work Out Room on property. Laundry rooms clean work well. Security cameras around property too. Pet friendly. We love living here.. Check it out...😎

Living at Copperhill Since of July of 2019 it has been amazing here. Things have been fixed and you do not have to walk on eggs when you come to the office. Friendly staff, and fabulous Maintenance people.

Visited family living at Copperhill and was so happy with the apartment. The office staff is super helpful and cheery when you walk in! The grass is really a nice touch in the desert environment!

I have been here since August of 2014. From the moment thatI saw the community and my apt. to be, I was hooked. The leasingstaff were so kind and made me feel this was home for a long time.The staff has seen me through my tough times of Chemo. Karla andRyan go beyond in making sure my needs are met as well as myneighbors who also speak highly of Copper Hills. My family came out here from Canada in 2017 and were impressed with my apt., grounds and staff plus maintenance. If I need an item repaired, its done as soon as possible with a follow-up call to make sure it was done. The apt. is well worth the rental amount. I encourage potential residents to live at thiscommunity that is a stone throw to various stores, etc. In fact, I amrenewing my lease next month.

Great new management! The manager is super friendly and very sympathetic. I have not had any issues at all. The maintenance guy is also very tentative and friendly! Definitely recommend moving here

The grounds are nice, the staff are friendly, and the apartments are very well maintained. I give Copper Hill 5 stars as, to date, these were the nicest apartments within which I lived. I as never embarrassed to show my place to my friends or family, and always pleased with the price I wa given to rent it.

I really like the location of these apartments because I feel like it is close to everything, but at the same time, its not right on a busy street where you would hear all of the noise. Karla has worked at this property for about thirty years and keeps the place always looking clean. I noticed a lot of bad comments toward the manager, but in my experience she has only been very kind and helpful over all the years I have known her!

New management is outstanding I was very intrigued of the apartment and the employees are exceptional. Anthony did a fantastic job answered all my question and was very detail about the apartment. You should really look into this place!!!!

Manager Chistina is very knowledgeable of the properties needs and very polite to the tenants. I moved in to the Copperhill apartments in December and I love it here. Its a clean,safe and friendly place to live. Maintenance is comepleted quickly and effectively. I highly recommend Cooperhill Apartments.

Poor management and the apartments are infested. I had rats and roaches everyday and my refrigerator was broken and they didn’t even fix it. Neighbors loud stomping over your head.

My Daughter Jill Thompson and dranddaughter Aliesha Miletta been living since January 15th 2013, they never had any problems with the old management. When the new company took over December 1st 2018 the management never called or put a notic on my daughters apartments to sign the lease last year. The manager signed without them and not knowing they have section 8. The manager when the new company took over was very nice and friendly to my daughter and granddaughter, specially extra nice with my granddaughter. When we found Anthony was changed out with the manager they got back in June of last year. She was kind nice to them but never smiled just looked like she didnt care at all, I dont remember her name but since November it has tooken her to deposit the rent check my daughter Jill Thompson fills put every first of each,month 2 weeks to deposit. My daughter Jill is worried cause she cant afford a late fee. My granddaughter Aliesha Miletta put a work order in on January 10th between 11am 12pm for the heater. They didnt come in until January 16th in the afternoon all the maintenance man did was looked around and said they need the company to approve for parts. So he left and my daughter Jill Thompson and granddaughter Aliesha Miletta waited 2 weeks for the manager to send some one. So,e repair man comes in on January 29th looks into the vent fiddles around kept asking were the fuse box. Then he kept going in flips the switch in the fuse box on and off. Then he said need parts again for the second time so he left and they waited until February 5th fiddles around in the vent asked were the fuse box was again. Going in out of my granddaughter bedroom and was watching him saw him messing with wires that was making feel uncomfortable. Then he said it was working and it stopped, my granddaughter felt no heat and smelt burning. Then he said need the company to approve for parts for the 3rd stinkin time. He cleaned up and left. So my daughter Jill Thompson and granddaughter Aliesha Miletta has been without heat for a month and 3 days. They r not fixing the heat in my daughter and granddaughter apartment. They lets 3 guinea pigs., and I dont want them to die. The management did give them a heater back on January 16th but it doesnt work, so I provided a heater for my daughter and they went out to guy small heaters. I just want the heater to get fix so they r not cold and before a hard freeze. I made to se them move from chopper hill that complex has been good to them up to now. Please some one come that knows what they r doing before this guys does something bad.

Leasing staff, Carla and Sharon, were very nice. I feel like this is the place for me. Apts were roomy and clean. Thank you ladies for the cookies and I look forward to being your neighbor!

WORST PLACE TO LIVE by far!!! I lived here a year and the whole time my upstairs neighbor and her kids where extremely loud at all hours of the day and night. I complained to the office manager but nothing was done because the manager and my neighbor where friends. She would drop nasty cigarettes butts in my yard, take pictures of my animals, dangle a hook on a string and dangle it from my yard to pick up what she had dropped, even though I had 3 kids in my home who often played in the back yard. She would stand on her balcony and stare down anyone who came to visit me even despite her and I never even speaking. The women was crazy and I even called Corporate to complain a few times and the last time I called they said Id have to take my complaints to the office despite the fact they knew the manager does nothing. When I moved out I cleaned my apartment and it was spotless, despite that the apartment manager tried to charge me for a couple things that was already wrong with the apartment when I moved in. She tried to say that I replaced the tile because one half of it was a slightly darker color then the rest. It was the worst year for my children and I. The manager should have been fired a long time ago. The women was very nasty and extremely unprofessional. They have been through 6 assistant managers in the year I had been there. Id rather sleep in my car then ever live there again.

New management is super great and they are kind people. Definitely recommend these apartments!

No one ever answers the phone when you call. I have had a hole in my ceiling for months that was caused by a child of a drug abuser who lived above me. Diabetic needles found all over the ground. Bugs, mice, everywhere if you have small children not the place to be.

I am sincerely regretting moving here. They raised my rent $30 when I renewed my lease so Im paying almost $700 a month and yet this whole summer Ive gone most of it without an air conditioner because they cant seem to get it fixed. I keep getting excuses that the idiot that they send to my apartment to work on it says that its fine, its practically brand new but yet over and over and over again I have to keep it shut off to avoid water damage because its leaking from the roof. I have 2 kids and they dont seem to care. Its time to get legal.

Good location. The appartment are not well insulated from noise.

I have no words to describe how horrible this complex is. Office ladys are crooks. Living here you are just another number. Walls are thin as paper can hear TVs and talking...kids outside constantly in stairwells yelling or in grass areas being unmonitored constantly and cussing like sailors. Bug fumigators are here left and right spraying for bed bugs. Theft is an issue as well. Floors sqeaked everywhere i walked. Wish I could give less then one star they dont even deserve that. Please let me save you the trouble of not moving into this place. You will come to regret it.

The qualification process was unmistakably overrated and demeaning especially if you are of different origin. Marian was wonderful, her supervisor is not one of tact. Her personality and customer service is undesirable rudeness. It was always thought if you dont take care of your customer someone else will.

DO NOT MOVE HERE IF YOU VALUE YOUR SAFETY. My car just got broken into for the SECOND time in a little under a year!!! the first time I doubted myself, thinking I didnt lock my vehicle but since, I have been extremely adamant about take, lock, hide. Again, my personal property has been violated. Management is aware and doesnt care. I spoke the the management company, NorthStar, who told me it was my fault and that it can happen anywhere. Janelle from the management company told me What do you want? You want someone standing by your car 24/7?. All I asked for was more lighting and perhaps security cameras or signs warning thieves that there is supposed security on site. (I have he emails if anybody cares to read how condescending they are). This complex does not require renters insurance, but since I was not allowed to break my lease, the only way I felt safe was to pay for insurance on my property. I have already signed a lease elsewhere and cant wait to leave this terrible neighborhood and be done with incompent and condescending management.UPDATE: My brother lived here and a stranger came knocking at their door at 1130 night. When my brother answered, the guy started talking but the neighbor came out yelling. My brother saw his neighbor get shot multiple times and closed his door before the man could shoot him. The guy shot through his door several times before fleeing.I’d REALLY like to hear what Northstar says about this. Especially after I was told security cameras would NOT be placed, there was a “security guard late at night”, and “what did [I] expect? A security guard at [my] door 24/7?” Then, nobody from the complex reaches out to my brother!!!! They expect him to keep living in a place that he almost died! This place SUCKS. These recent 5 star reviews are paid for!!

We had some issues living here but overall it was a good experience. The apartments are extremely large and have a good layout plus the huge balcony was amazing. There were some noise issues you can hear some things through the walls and there is a lot of kid noise. Personally I like kids but if your a crabby old bag that hates kids you will not enjoy it here. Some reviews complain of issues with neighbors but mine were very nice but keep in mind thats an issue anywhere you go it depends on who you get stuck next to. We had some pest issues. Saw a limited number of cockroaches... about a dozen over a year and also at one point there were some mice i saw which somehow climbed up to my balcony. EWW! But staff was good to us, pool and spa were generally clean and nice and grass always freshly cut. I would recomend this place if you need a cheap place to live that offeres a lot of space. It was very cheap rent. We paid 615 a month for a 1000 sq ft 2br 2 bath

When I lived here at the Stella and pantano copper hill apt. I had the worse experience. The neighbors kids wrote on the back of my new car with a sharpie. When i told management Kathy she said they couldnt do anything. We only lived there a year and in the year we spent a month with our bed king size at that sleeping in the living room because we had a leak over the bed in the light socket... also the front bathroom smelled like mildew. You could see the leak in the wall behind the faucet.When we did move Kathy did a walk through with me and everything was fine she said I would get all my deposit back. She said I didnt have to sign anything saying all was good. I Paid over 600.00 deposit and expected to get it all back since that is what I was told. I got 345.00 back. I even had pictures. But she refused to give me the phone number to the main managment company. So I wounder where over 300.00 went. The Apr was cleaner when I moved out then it was when I moved in.she (KATHY)said I had left a tarp on the balcony. Which I didnt. The managers on the property are liners and thiefs.

The place has more police calls than Ive ever seen and they discriminate

They charge for all utilitys and if you want covered parking it is $15.00 extra. That sucks.
