I went in to get a fill the lady told me she couldn’t fill them so i had to get a new set, She cut my natural nails all off without even asking me, they ripped me off and made my nail bleed. I went back today and tried to get them fixed but you can’t really fix bad nails not to mention they couldn’t give me a refund and no where in there does it say NO REFUNDS

I am absolutely obsessed with this place! I researched a bunch of places before going and I wasn’t disappointed. The dude I had, I think his name is mil, gave me exactly what I wanted. There was a little bit of a wait but it was well worth it.

I have been coming here for 14yrs, both previous owners were great and I love Lori and Trinh. I am very picky so Lori makes sure she does my nails the way I like. I havent been to anyone at Q-Nails that doesnt do a good job. I recommend then to anyone looking to get pampered with nails and a pedi.

Not very pleased. I used to enjoy going here...will not be returning. Some rush through the process...not paying attention to detail and customers wants. I will not accept sloppy work and turn around and pay $50- 70🙄 I miss the old owners😔 new owner is good to but even then I have had some sloppy work.

They take walk-ins, but I scheduled ahead for me and my grandmother. This was only my second time ever going to a salon to get my nails professionally done, and it was a very nice and clean place. I got a pedicure and it was a little over $40 without a tip, but this included the cuticle being cut back, nails being shaped, feet being soaked, scrubbed, and moisturized, and then of course the nail polish bit. Worth the money for a little pampering, even got to sit in a massage chair while the gentleman took care of me. It was a really nice experience and Ill definitely be going back if I ever have nail care needs again or just feel like treating myself.

I had an appointment scheduled at 4:00 and I sat and waited until 4:40. As I waited, they took another customer who walked in after me who had an appointment. When I finally got started my nail tech kept leaving from doing my nails to do something else. I understand it was a busy time but they made no effort to take time on my nails. The work was completely rushed. It’s been one day since I got my nails done and they are already chipping and the nail polish is peeling off, and I am not hard on my nails. This was a horrible experience. Completely unprofessional. I will not be returning and do not recommend this place to anyone.

Trinh and Mio took care of my daughter and I today. They were very kind and patient with her since shed never had a mani/pedi before. They made the whole experience so relaxing and a lot of fun for both of us.

My nails are incredible..but the customer service left something to be desired. I would have been a repeat customer as I just moved to Troy but honestly with as rude as they were it wasnt worth it.

I absolutely love Q nails 💅 their prices are great, the staff is very friendly and their work is very professional.

I waited for an hour and thought that once it was my turn, theyd do a good job, but no. I had just simple polish. They didnt file the nails evenly or clean off the cuticles fully or properly and didnt even clean off the excess polish. They rushed and definitely was a waste of my money and time. I went home and took it off because it looked messy. Definitely wouldnt recommend this place to anyone.

If you get an SNS manicure, be sure to have them trim your cuticles BEFORE they start dipping your nails, or they wont do it at all. The lady who did my nails didnt do a manicure and it cost $43.80 + tip. I wont ever be going back to this salon.

I had called them a few days in advance to set up an appointment for my bridesmaids and I first thing Saturday morning. When we got there, we waited for well over 40 minutes to finally get seated. They did a pretty good job on the actual nails, however. Some of mine were crooked, but overall the quality of it was good. I work a lot with my hands and they have lasted me for a while.

Myself and 2 friends made an appointment to get gel manicures. Place was pretty busy but they got us started right away and I noticed they managed to get their walk ins seated and worked on soon after us. Friendly atmosphere and all the manicurists seemed relaxed and happy to be there. Ryan did my nails and he did a wonderful job. Very precise and careful to do good work. Im always afraid ill end up with sloppy hurried nails but I couldnt ask for a better result. Only took 45 minutes for the whole appointment for all three of us and we all left pleased with our nails. Excellent color selection also. Total paid $32 for the gel manicure. Will return for sure!

I got my nails done, and they were really crooked. My middle finger and ring finger nails on both hands are both bent straight up and different from the rest. The under nail on one of my fingers there is lots of acrylic power and not like the rest. I will not be going there again.

Just took my daughter there n she waited an hour to b told they cant get to her today why not tell her that when she got there an hour a go that they will not b able to get to her ..... NEVER GOING BACK AGAIN

I have went there a couple different times and have been disappointed every time. And prices went up, gel nails everytime chip the very next day and they wont do anything about it

Hate to say it but not great service at all. Made an appointment and still got seated 30 minutes late, ended up with a color nail I did not want, and my nail tech got visibly upset when another employee had asked her to redo them to. Not worth the money.

I moved to the area a few months ago and have been searching for a good nail salon. Out of the few I have gone to I can definitely say this is by far the best in town! Good prices, welcoming and friendly staff and also very professional! I would definitely recommend this nail salon :-)

Waited 30 minutes patiently gave the girl the polish she filled my nails then told me if she used regular polish I could only wait 3-5 minutes for drying! Wow what a way to upcharge at the last minute! I could wait to get nails done but not let them dry... That is the craziest thing I’ve ever been told. BAD customer service 🤨

This is by far the best nail experience that I’ve ever had. I was a walk in and came with four of my family members (visiting from out of state) wanting both pedicures and manicures. The staff was so friendly and professional. They were making conversation with us and we’re quite personable laughing and even apologized that some of us had to wait just a few minutes for a tech. They cleaned each pedicure basin well after use and use a liner with each client. They were gentle and did a great job on my toes and a phenomenal job on my gel nails. Love it. We’ll be sure to go back next time we come up here to visit.

I enjoyed getting my nails done for the first time ever, for a mock prom. I was happy with them the first few hours then started to actually look at them and realized that they were way too thick (which I also didnt know you had to tell them a certain way so that is my fault) then I also noticed that they were pointing at an angle instead of going straight, and the guy I had who i thought name was David, did not even put my fingers together to make sure they were the same length so both hands have two different lengths, he also did run the dremal over my skin on my thumb many times. He also did not cover up most of the acrylic with nail polish. The atmosphere was very nice but he did not talk at all and just seemed in a hurry to get done, all in all if i went again I would want to make sure I had a different person. The person I had was very tall with tattoos on his neck and wore a hat.

Me n my friend went n got our nails done for homecoming. i loved my nails other than they werent the shape i wanted. and my friend wanted coffin but however they were more squared. I still go every month for my fill in .

The towels they used for your feet have toe nail clippings on it but they were very nice and didn’t have what I wanted but she Frye’s very hard to make it work was not a fan of the tub or the hot towels.

Very rude and not welcoming. Why this place has such a good rating, I dont know. Wont be going back.

My nails looks great but the nail tech cut my finger and made me bleed, after I told her to try to be more careful she nicked me 3 more times after that.

HORRIFIC!!! I just left there after making an appointment, waiting for 25 minutes without anyone beginning my pedicure and I was on my lunch hour. I had to leave!!! BADLY managed. I furious. My entire lunch break was taken up because of their mismanagement. Plus, it looked very scummy so maybe I should count my blessings.

As of now i am not happy with them. I went and had my nails filled and painted with gel. My total was $32. I got home and recieved a reciept for $38. The locostumer copy inrecieved at the store said 32.. I did not give a tip this time. So either someone over charged me or put in the wrong amount. I have been going to q nails for 2 years as i have found that that was the best place i liked. They are refusing to refund the over draw saying they didnt charge me $38. I called the bank and they confirmed that they did. Untill they return my money that they stole i will not go back ill pay a little extra somewhere else. I am really upset about this. I will drive two hours back home to indy for all this. Im very picky who does my nails.
