Great First Trip to this nail salon. I really enjoyed my visit an will be back for sure. Thanks to Tony for my Alabama cute toes. Love the pedicure chairs there also. 👍🙂💯 Great work. Fully staff in there also and nice polite people.

They’re never on time for their appointments. You can be on time and still have to wait 30 to 45 minutes before you’re even seated in the chair.

They done my nails in all different shapes, I have lumps in my nails, I didnt get my designs because it took them two hours to get me done and charged me $80. No lie. They get a HUGE 0 STARS from me. First time there and my very last. They wouldnt even fix my nails the way I asked because they were tryna g t out of there instead of satisfying the customer in which again I paid $80 for a basic full set and pedicure mind you again I didnt even get designs on my nails

I asked for a full set of acrylics. Before the man started I said “I want them to be veryyyy thin! I know they could break and that is okay.” He finished sanding them down and they were ridiculously thick. When I said something about it he got a nasty attitude. The nails ended up shaped awfully. They are thin on the tip and thick in the middle. He didn’t even put polish over the entire nail. The edges are exposed completely. I do not suggest this business. Also he stopped in the middle to walk to the back and hit his vape.

I love this place. I wont go anywhere else to get my nails and toes done

Great place been going for years..

They don’t know keep track of who comes in first they just pull people. Which isn’t very professional.. some people scheduled appointments to work around other things. So they should take that into consideration.

Great customer service

Not good. My acrylics were so thick that they hurt. My nails were lumpy and very uneven. I told him to fix it, but only made it worse. On top of that, i got by brows waxed and he burned my right brow and it is very sore and red. I know i will leave a scab. Not professional. Don’t recommend

The only place I could 100% trust with my nails. I never left here disappointed. My nails grew tremendously and were very healthy when I was coming every 2 weeks for gel manicures.

I have went a total of 3 times. The 2nd visit I got my nails exactly like the 1st, however; it was $35 more. I spent a total of $85 for the full set.The guy couldnt explain the difference in the price. Also, acrylic was under most if my nails and one finger was cut. Then several of the nails was lumpy.

I travel for my job and therefore I have been to numerous nail salons all over the United States, and I can honestly say Trojan Nails in Troy, Alabama is one of my all time favorites. They do an amazing job and pay very close attention to detail. My nail tech even went the extra mile to make sure the underside of my nails were perfected and gave extra attention to strengthening and fortifying them after I told her I am very careless and prone to breaking them. They still look perfect (with the exception of inevitably growing out) after a week and a half. I consistently get the dipping powder everywhere I go and I have never gotten more compliments than I have from the work that Trojan did!! Many of the negative reviews on here mention the long waiting time, but I disagree; I arrived mid-afternoon on a Monday and didnt have to wait more than five minutes, if that! If I was not constantly traveling I would definitely make Trojan Nails my go-to for a great customer experience and perfect nails every time.

Staff was friendly, prices reasonable. Will go back.

Worse experience... I waited almost 2 hours and still never received service! If you have time to waste without being serviced this is the place! Believe the reviews when they tell you they’re beyond SLOW!!

The male nail tech had no knowledge on up to date techniques, my nails are all uneven and lumps, after complaing and asking to have them corrected they were even worse. He was more concerned about getting to the next client,people that looked at my nails were even disappointed, never going back
