The ladies that work at Polished are great. I would highly recommend them to anyone who wants a manicure or pedicure!

Today was my first time having a manicure at Polished Nail Salon. My manicurist (Rachel), did an awesome job with my manicure and was very friendly. The salon was very clean and welcoming. I would definitely recommend this place. 😊

I have gone here twice. The first time was for a pedicure and this time was for a gel manicure...i had Rachel both times and she was great!! I love my nails...they are very nice and I love how they spend all their time on only you...and not between you an other clients...i will definitely be going for all my nail needs...also possibly for the massage service they have ...

Our first visit to Polished Nail in Troy OH and it was wonderful! Kalen was very friendly and understanding towards my mother in law who is in the beginning stages of Alzheimer’s. Clean and comfortable setting.

Kalen is my nail tech and does a great job. I highly recommend her. This salon has always been very clean and tidy, and the staff is very friendly and welcoming. They go above and beyond for their clients!

This is not your basic nail salon. The staff is so friendly and Hailey is amazing!! My nails not only look good when I leave but last until the next appointment. Hailey is very creative and talented at nail art. I can’t wait until my my next appointment to get holiday nails.

Absolutely wonderful staff, they make you feel very comfortable, and giggle a lot. the ladies there are all such wonderful people and erica did an AMAZING job on my nails :)

Terrible nail salon. Wouldnt send my worst enemy here to get nails done. Rude and incompetent employees did a very poor job. Nails fell off within a day and took two hours for them to try and remove it with a grinder. Theres much better places in troy with nicer service.

Had tips and acryllic(?) done before a Disney trip, and let me tell you, they have no business working with either. The nails they put on lasted a week and they were so crooked, it looked like a child did them. I dont know how they thought that they were acceptable for a professional nail salon. Do not go here if you want decent nails.
