Of all the things that went wrong with my appointment today, the worst thing to me was the lack of cleanliness or basic hygiene that should be expected from any facility that provides close contact service. Upon arrival you can see the salon is extremely dusty, like it has not been wiped down in a long time. I had called ahead and scheduled an appointment at 2pm with either Vivian or Lee(male). I arrived at 1:55 and was seen at 2:25, by neither Vivian nor Lee(male). I was shuffled between 3 different chairs before someone came and started wrapping my nails. The files used on my nails, the station I sat at, the pedicure chair, nothing was wiped down between me and the person ahead of me. They started working on my about 25 mins after appointment time and when I stated I was ok with just doing one service due to time constraints, the lady insisted that she would be able to do both my services and I would still be able to return to work at 3. That did not happen at all. I was there until 3:30 and left the salon with just a polish change on my toes and hands. No manicure/ dip or pedicure which are the services I had originally booked. My nails are brittle, cuticles flooded with polish and shaped completely uneven.

Honestly have not a single bad comment, if i got my nails done often i would go here without a second thought. i thought it was expensive but its just because they include tip in the price which i like. literally the nicest people ever!! i hope the best for them. and the place was calming and clean and pretty ! 11/10 would recommend

I had previously visited this location several times for years. However, since COVID started I maybe visited here once. Well this was my second time here since the pandemic began and I brought my mother for a relaxing experience. Not only were our pedicures priced higher than I’ve ever had $60, usually $50, my mother was basically tortured by her nail tech. Our nails were drilled to begin with (never had this done before) and both techs were VERY rough on our feet. My mother was not relaxed or pleased at all. My toes hurt really bad because of how rough my nail tech was. In fact, I had a red spot on my toe for a week after because he either cut me or irritated my skin so badly. I asked to speak to the owner but he had already left for the evening. Also, my mother was not happy with the lack of cleanliness. The cup spot on the pedicure chairs looked like they haven’t been cleaned in years, dust everywhere and doesn’t look like they sweep. Overall, very disappointed. And if the owner was there when My pedicure was finished I would’ve told all of this to him.

I got a dip manicure and not even two full days later, my nails have already chipped and broke off.

I do not recommend this salon whatsoever. When you get a pedicure it’s supposed to be relaxing. Mine was torture the technician hurt me and cut too much under my skin. I got the dip power the technician hurt two of my fingers badly. After not even a week my nails started to chip. I do not recommend this salon the reviews speak for themselves.

I mentioned that it was my first time getting acrylics so they already knew I didn’t knew what was supposed to happen. They made them soooo short, didn’t even use tips after I specifically asked for a certain height

Been going here for about 4 months now and I highly recommend Richard! He does wonderful work. He takes his time and makes sure you get what you asked for! Go see him and you will be pleased! 10/10 recommend

Everyone is SO friendly and welcoming! This place came highly recommended after I had a bad experience elsewhere and Richard EXCEEDED my expectations! He is SO nice and does such a beautiful job! I am so happy I found him!

This was the worst experience at a salon Ive ever had. Standing up in my sisters wedding tomorrow and my flower girl and my shellac nails peeled off hours after being done. They refused.to give a refund but told.me.i can make an appt to come back . Her wedding is in the morning and I m.devasted.

I normally do dip but I wanted to get acrylics cause Ill be traveling a lot so I can fill them wherever I am. Love this cateye look.

NEVER EVER AGAIN, this is the worst establishment Ive ever been to. Will never waste a penny at this place again. Shouldve listened to the other reviews in the first place. Over charge for a bad job that wasn’t even finished, waiting around for 4 hours just to be told they didn’t know I was waiting for my nails to get done MIND YOU I HAD AN APPOINTMENT! PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND GO ANY WHERE ELSE!

Service was okay. My feet still aren’t soft. My polish looks extremely lumpy. My toe nails are filed wide as well. I expected much better service at such a nice salon in such a great area. Very disappointed.

This place is just horrible. Terrible service. Workers who don’t even know how to do nails or toes properly. If i could give it 0 stars i would. Do NOT even waste your time at this garbage place.

Got my nails done 4 days ago, this is how they look. $80 for shellac on my nails and toe nails and this is how my nails look. Toe nail polish has completely fallen off as well. So disappointed and such a waste of money. Pealing, chipped, and snagging on everything.

Not satisfied. The lines on my nail design are crooked and un even. Waited forever and customer service was horrible. I would not recommend.

First time here and I loved it! $35 for a fill in acrylic with shellac gel. I told the nail tech I wanted an ombre natural look and he knew exactly what I was picturing in my head! I also had really short acrylic nails, but he added more powder to make them longer so he could do a better shape and ombre effect. 10/10 recommend I will continue to come here for my bi-weekly fill-in!

Making an appointment doesn’t mean anything here. Waited 45 mins after our appointment time for a pedicure in the middle of the day on a Thursday.

My best friend and I went and both got shellac pedicures and manicures and both had the best time! We only had to wait a couple minutes and the girl at the front helped us both pick out colors. Service was incredible for both of us. My friend had Connie and she was a doll! Talked to us like we had known her forever, and redid part of my friends nails that got messed up. I will keep going back here again and again!

I am pretty shocked. Came in the owner asked if I had an appt. I said no, ask asked if they have availability to do my nails and he said yes. I go to get my pedicure, never got offered a deluxe pedicure (didn’t know they had it but I always get it when places do) and as she finished up my quick pedi I watched the two teenage boys across from me enjoying their massage and not towel treatment. It was my day off and I so badly wanted to be pampered. Then they had another guy paint my toes, then the owner filed and cut my nails and apologized at the end of hurting me and explained he doesn’t normally do nails. I would have rather just waited. By some type of miracle he managed to file pretty decent. them even tho he most chopped my finger off cutting them. Then in order to get them polished I had to wait on a 4th technician. I asked for water they say they didn’t have any. I understand they were trying to accommodate everyone but letting someone touch my nails thst doesn’t do them is unacceptable. I will never go back.

Love this place. Clean, and they do good nails.But they suck at keeping there appointments.Multiple times now, i have walked in and they did not have my appointment, or when i call to reschedule, they dont have my rescheduled appointment.And the man that answers the phone can care less.Very rude.

I was so glad i did this place ! I walked in and was able to get a manicure/pedicure right away.The technician who did my nails and she did such a great job! The pedicure chair was really comfortable and the pedicure was probably the best one Ive ever had! She really pampered my feet and the hot stones and sugar scrub was so relaxing. She did a fantastic shellac manicure also and they guarantee their work for two weeks no chipping. The owner running the was very friendly and attentive and made sure I was well taken care of.Overall, I had a great experience and I will be coming back soon!🍂🍂🍂🍂🍂

Vivian is the BEST!!! The nail tech that originally did my nails rushed through them and when I went to the manager Bryan I believe his name was he did not care. Vivian took care of me immediately because she did not want me to leave the nail salon upset. She cares so much about the customers. She stayed late for me. Like I said before she is the best nail tech and her work is amazing. You won’t be disappointed with her I promise.

The salon is spacious, clean and pretty. I was greeted by the reception and she even chuckled and asked if I was the one that called. I was then told to look at colors and was greeted by my tech right away. Im not going to lie I was nervous. She was super sweet and handled me like a pro. She fixed everything that I may have complained about before I even opened my mouth. She checked all of the sides of my nails which I appreciated because far too many times I have been disappointed with my paint-less sides/corners.The vibe in the salon was very relaxing. And Im happy with it.

Just relocated from out of town, read all the reviews and decided to give them a try. I wasn’t really impressed. I wanted to change it up and do a design. The guy I’m not sure if he was new, he wasn’t even sure half the time and had to keep asking questions. He said he can’t do design. I said usually someone can, he said they don’t do designs. Which I find odd. Most nail salons has a least person that can. Then he was asking me about the powder to use?!! So the older gentleman sitting next to him had to clarify for him. All in all it was okay. I will continue my search.

I love this place! Lots of good nail techs! I get dip powder and it lasts forever, have never had any issues here. Have been going there for over 2 years now.

Still the most amazing deluxe pedicure around. The staff are familiar faces with a smile. They are always happy to see me and my hubby. Stellar service. I relax and rejuvenate regularly at this calming lovely place. My hubby gets his deluxe pedicure tomorrow after his massage. Never neglect your feet

I got shellac done for the 1st time in my life.never getting it again,atleast not here. Went for a change and the lady literally shaved my nail bed off, split my nails,3 out of the 5 fingers. And they charge you $10 just to remove the shellac. I asked for a refund and ran from there. I have to cut my beautiful long nails now,wait for my nail bed to get better. That may take months!! Never coming back here

I was very unhappy with this place. I asked for same color nail polish on hands and feet they changed color within 24 hours. Nails were not cleaned correctly just a garbage job.

Went here for the first time and I really liked it! The lady I had was super friendly and always said thank you. She did a great job on my nails and even made sure I liked the color, which not a lot of places do. The staff seemed to be enjoying the day and were super nice as well! I will be back!

I was in this salon a week ago. Ive had my nails done there for over three months. Always leaving very happy and satisfied with my nails. Unfortunately this was my last visit. It took nearly two hours for the nail tech to complete my manicure. After leaving I noticed my nails were very uneven and thick. I had to go back to get them fixed. Now spending another 20 min of my time. The same tech attempted to correct my nails. They didnt look any better when he finished. He then looked at me and said I really dont know what your complaining about. He could have turned this into an opportunity to make a customer happy.

My go to nail tech is Linda. I love her work, that’s who I’ll be seeing every time I go there. I’m so glad they are open after work because I can never get my nails done because I get off late but they’re open and literally a half mile from my job so it’s a perfect match! In and out service but your nails look beautiful well that’s if Linda does them lol I can only vouch for her but a few of my girlfriends go here as well and seem to be pleased with the service from other nail techs as well. Also it’s beautiful and clean inside.

Great service, very friendly! My daughter and I have been here a few times now and its our favorite. Have always been seated right away. They have nice selection of colors and they do a great job!

Edited rating. A year ago, 5 stars, but I went last week & its really gone down hill. The place itself wasnt as clean as it used to be. No more free water, or friendly atmosphere. It was busy, but the work spaces were messy & unorganized. Dusty, dirty floors, workspaces. Some of the massage functions on the pedicure chair I had didnt work. Most all the nail polish on the polish wall were old, running low & unorganized. Luckily, I brought my own polish because I wouldnt have wanted to use the polish that had obviously been used by a lot of people! The polishes were just stacked behind the counter in boxes, & in places I couldnt even get to. Even the techs looked wore out. (Sorry) They used to dress & be neat, clean & such, but most were sloppily dressed, their own nails, hair a mess with no effort to look professional. It used to be fresh, clean & happy. It just seemed to be a really stressed atmosphere. Im not sure if its under new management or if it was just due to a really busy day, but I dont think Ill be back for a while. After 1 week, my polish is already chipping off. :(

I have been going to this salon for the past 6 years and always thought my nails just always chipped whenever I had shellac regardless of where I would go. I recently have been going to other salons for dip and my nails last over a month without a single nick. April 27th I went in for a dip manicure (first one at this salon) and my nails are almost bare from chipping and peeling up. I am extremely careful to make sure my manicures last as long as possible. Anytime I go elsewhere for my nails they last so long but whenever I go here I am lucky if I get a week out of them. I have never had a problem at another salon which should have been my first clue. Its unfortunate to spend so much money for something that lasts for so little. The staff is super great and always accommodating but am not sure why the products never last long.

WORST experience I’ve ever had, would never recommend any friends or family go here. They are so unorganized, and over book like crazy. It took me 4 hours just to get my nails done. The receptionist, Ryan, who really doesn’t do nails did my sister’s nails, and it he got up and walked away every few minutes, she was so upset. They expected her to walk out with uneven and half done nails, and said they looked good. I asked for short tips, and a calcium dip, and left with massive claws. My sister did not ask for a manicure and they did it anyways. 3 different people worked on my sister, because not one person could give their attention to her, of the older women had an open wound on her hand, and visual pus. So unprofessional!! I tried to talk to them nicely as we waited 4 hours to leave the salon, and didn’t even leave happy with what we asked for. I used to always get my nails done by one of the other older ladies as well, and they change prices to whatever they feel. They usually always said it was $55, when Ryan asked her what the price was, she said I don’t know her she doesn’t know what she is talking about is $70! I have worked retail and worked in customer service for years, and that is NOT how you treat people.

My cuticles were cut too deeply and started peeling the next day. It was very painful. One of my toes nail beds is also swollen.

THE WORST NAIL SALON. They don’t know how to schedule appointments and have messed mine up FOUR TIMES. I have driven all the way there for them to tell me I never had an appointment or the nail tech wasn’t working that day. And there are only 3 good nail techs out of all of them so good luck just walking in. I’ve given them so much of my money and they still can’t seem to make an appointment properly. I will never be going there again, a horrible business run by people who don’t know what they’re doing.

First time here and it was such a great experience! They did my power dip nails! I can honestly say this is the best nail job Ive ever gotten before in Troy. Defiantly will be returned again soon!!!

I had very bad experience with Teresa. Initially she was forcing me to get gel manicure, when i said i did not like it she started telling me that the one I chose will chip out in one day. But I said I was okay with what I wanted. When she started doing pedicure she was not concentrating with what she was doing.She did No massage, did not file the nails properly (my toe nails look so ugly ) polish not fully covered in some nails. Then she started doing the Manicure without the concentration... result.. she made my cuticles bleed badly and it still hurts. Very bad experience.

I decided to try a new place for my mani/pedi on Sunday. My expectation was a relaxing experience. This was all but that. The first gal that worked on my pedicure was very argument when I asked her to be more gentle with my feet. It was to the point of embarrassing and I had to ask for the manager. The manager did resolve the issue and assigned another nail tech to finish up with me. The 2nd nail tech (Vi) was wonderful and did a great job. With that said I probably won’t return as I require a more relaxing experience and there was to much going on in this place. They could also spend some time tidying up the place (floors, less clutter). Added Note: I only initially questioned if pedicure area was clean due to another person moving from the area claiming there was something wrong with the seat. I wasn’t sure if she had already had her feet in the tub. That was part of the initial commotion when I arrived.

Its a very pretty and clean nail salon.

I really wanted to like this place. The first time I went they were a bit rough on my nails and cuticles. My friend who was with me got cut and ended up with a skin infection which required antibiotics :( I returned once more before a special occasion to get a gel polish change on my hands, and the woman doing my nails used unsanitized tools, not to mention she used the drill on my BARE NAILS and then proceeded to buff them with the rough side on her nail file block. When I asked her not to do this, she said it was necessary and would not harm my nails. A week later upon removal of this gel, my natural nails are ruined and feel rough like sandpaper and thin as paper. Very sad that I will have to wait for my natural nails to grow back out to fix the damage that was done here.

One of a kind experience with amazing staff who aims to please. Ask for Maira or Tricia and you will get your nails done from the best. On your way out get the nail + cuticle salve to keep in your purse, totally worth it!

I wrote a review on yelp but felt the need to write one on Google too. Best salon Ive been to. Super clean, super friendly, and amazing at what they do. I got a pedi and full set. I like my acrylics to look as natural as possible and he made them thin rather than super chunky so they looked like my real nails. It was fantastic! Ill never go anywhere else again!

I don’t think I’ll ever stop coming here. Everyone is very friendly but the only person I trust with my nails is PD. I text her when I need an appointment, I go in and she takes me right away. She knows exactly what I like, she’s just a perfectionist!

I recently moved, and had concerns about finding a nail salon I would feel comfortable with, due to the fact that I loved my nail salon . I can honestly say that made me feel very comfortable and I have continued to appreciate the services I have received there.

Took my girlfriend Marca as a part of her birthday weekend experience. She absolutely adored both Amy and Vee. They pampered her on my behalf. I plan on enjoying the experience myself. Thumbs up 👍!

Great technicians! The gel manis last almost a month!! If you make an appointment, you will never wait. They are super clean too! I can’t say enough good things! I got a mani and pedi for my wedding here and the service was out of this world!

This was the worst nail salon my mother and I have ever visited. We walked in, not a single person said hello or asked if we had an appointment or what services we wanted. We decided to wait a little long and see if anyone came to talk to us. Three nail technicians walked by to put nail polish back on their shelves and never said a word. One technician pulled her phone out to not make eye contact or communicate. We wanted for 20 minuets with nothing. Absolutely poor management and poor staff. Would not recommend to ANYONE!!!

Some of the people do a really great job, but too many of them do not. I have made several appts with specific people and when I get there they put me with someone else, who does a less than great job. Then today I called to schedule an appt, after asking for specific people who were unavailable, the gentleman told me he will put me on the walk-in list for whoever is available. I will not be back. So rude. Horrible customer service.

Troy location: Worst manicure experience to date. Spent the first 15 minutes of my appt being sold the dip polish which I said multiple times that I wasnt interested in, then she clipped my thumb it gushed blood, and finished with the polish job of a 4 year old (not to mention she had me rest my hand on a Pringle can while she worked.....tacky). I do not normally complain but I was extremely disappointed. I will not recommend or be going back.

Went to Bloomfield nails to have a manicure/pedicure was expecting that Bloomfield Nails was the best, well they were the worst. They ended up having multiple people work on me, they ended up not communicating and one hand ended up with a manicure and the other a dip gel manicure. They were rough both in attitude and physically. This is probably the worse place I’ve ever been close to 3 hours of my day was used to have a terrible job done. And even their manicure peeled and they did not do the edges of the nail. Be aware and stay away. (My gf got the mani/pedi, she was too shy to post but I want to share her story)

This is by far the best nail salon in Troy! All there services are filled with professionalism and great attitude towards the customers!

I would give no stars if I could. I got a pedicure here and ended up with a skin infection (paronychia) that needed treated with antibiotics. STEER CLEAR from this place!!!

Went here for mani/pedis for a wedding. There were 6 adults and 2 children getting services. When my mother went to pay for the services at the beginning of the appointment to avoid getting her nails junked up at the end, digging through her purse, they threw a fit. One worked accused us of changing our minds on what we wanted, despite the fact we were all very clear up front as we walked in, with exactly what we wanted. We had two kids polish hand and feet, four pedis (one of which was a French finish), four manis (two regular polish, one shellac, and one French finish). Pretty simple, standard services, if you ask me. I get my nails done every three weeks. This is NOT a place I will return.

Beautiful relaxing setting, they take as much time as possible to make sure that you leave happy. The massage chairs are great and help to get you relaxed while having a peticure. Most of the staff was helpful and friendly. Definitely make an appointment as they are usually busy. Its great for a larger group as they have enough people and seating to accommodate. We went for mani/peties a few days before my sisters wedding. They did a very nice job on each of us. I had an issue with the way my manicure was done, but the owner stopped what he was doing and took the time to redo my manicure. He was really great as were most of the staff. Really the only issue was that they charged the same price for my 3yr old niece as they did for the adults. I took issue with this because she didnt get the full mani/peti she really only had her nails painted.

Called at 5:32 p.m. on a Sunday and the man who answered the phone said they were closed. I asked why their business hours state 6:00 p.m. He didn’t have a good answer. Huge turn off.

Bad reception desk one time I took my anuite to do her nail without call them, I went there lady said I’m sorry we couldn’t take you because we have a short staff and no one was there waiting and I asking her if we will wait she said no I’m sorry left an hour to close even if they are short normally it will not take more than 20 mints to do each person’s nail I’ll not go again to this place and my friend called me they told her we don’t take any people after 6:30 and they are close 7:30 which too bad 😞😞😞😞😞😡😡😡😡😡
