Purchased my Vespa GTS here and had a wonderful experience. Matt helped me navigate some tricky aspects of my particular order from Piaggio as well. I’ve also recently had 600 mile service and added an upgraded oil tank with their service department. I had a great experience there too. Price as promised and quality work. Highly recommend.

Good group of folks. They maintain and repair Vespa. They sell new and used Vespa. They do a nice job keeping my Vespa running. There are some cheaper places of course for scooter maintenance the sell and maintain the cheap China plastic scooters. But if you want to have your scooter maintained by an official Vespa dealer, especially if new and still under warranty, this is your local place and the only Vespa dealer in Pinellas county. Eeyore is satisfied with their service and prices. So I am also satisfied too.

My Vespa mechanic decided to move off the grid in the hills of Tennessee and I went and search of a new repair facility. I chose Vespa Clearwater because they have been a vesper dealer for 13 years 2 to 3 times longer than anybody else in the area. Vespa is their main focus in the scooter market. The service and price were excellent. I look forward to a long relationship with them in the future.

Worst service I’ve experienced. Not professional at all and did not acknowledge me at all. I asked how much an oil change was and the price changed 3 times.

Asked for some parts for a vintage Vespa (1961)....they sell modern vespas, but clearly they do not have any clue of what a vintage one is, since I am waiting 4 months an estimate. BTW, the vintage 1961 VNB is up and running again... not for their merit

If ya want to rent a scooter ...go here management gave a great deal and had the time of my life riding everywhere...will rent from them every year ...told them Id give a review because they went out of there way to make sure we would do business with them rather than the more corporate franchise type rentals...plus their name and number wasnt plastered on the bike making me a noticable tourist like the other competitive scooter rental places

Mr. Nichols was very helpful and timely in getting us our new Vespa. We called ahead of time and he took it off display for us and started to get it ready. He was very friendly and professional, and even stayed an hour past closing time to finish up our paperwork and the final touches to the bike to get us on our way. He was very honest and open in his advice. Thanks again, Mr. Nichols!

My scooter caught a flat and I went here and he said yes I have a tire. I watched him go to a scooter that looked junked and as if it were sitting in the same spot for 2 years rotting. He said i can give you this tire. I asked How much, he said $65. I rode my scooter, flat tire and all 5 miles down the road to Tropical Scooters instead and they charged me $45 for a NEW tire. Stay away, bad business practices.

Had my scooter for almost a month... the parts were on backorder. After 3 weeks I finally got online did some research myself, I found the part (in 30 minutes) then had it sent to his shop, still took a few days to install it… will not be bringing my scoot back to this shop. Nice enough guy, just bad service from start to finish and there are much better options in the area.

This place is a joke. I called the guy to ask for a tire for my Vespa. He told me that the parts guy was on vacation for three weeks. Which prompted me to think I was actually calling Italy once again. Quickly hung up and called and got it somewhere else.

Purchased a new Vespa. Paid cash!!!Owner said he would take care of getting plates and have them sent to me. Temporary plates are now expiring. Multiple phone calls later and still no plates. No follow up at all just excuses
