This place gets the job done and more!! This was my first time coming here and I’ll definitely be coming back. They were nice and helped give me suggestions on whether I should get dip or something else since mine are so damaged. When I told them how thin my nails were, they were gentle with my nails unlike other places have been. AND they did amazing with the nail art that I wanted. They have an insane amount of materials to literally do anything. I don’t know why they have so many bad reviews! They may not be that talkative with customers, but they know what they’re doing.

Here’s why I like this place .. they have lots of nail colors AND they can do almost any nail shape and design you can think of . Mine are simple but I love them !I was a walk in . When I was there I also got a pedicure with gel polish. I told the lady my feet were ticklish and she handled them with care ☺️ I would definitely go back here ! I am so disappointed with my nails. I’ve literally been crying since I got them done. I just had them done a day ago. The polish is peeling Which is supposed to shellac nail polish and my hands look like 2 totally different sets, Acrylic bulky, barely filed my nails polish was all over my hands and they still charged me $$$$102!!! I’m very very disappointment would never recommend them to anyone.

Every time I come here, service is great! The massage that you get with manicures or full sets and pedicures are everything (especially with the scrub)! The hot towel with the pedicure almost took me out! My go to person sits in the first chair on the right (sorry I dont know his name) BUT he is awesome! Nice salon! Nice Vibe!

Great staff. They have 15 deluxe pedi soaks. They have at least 200 color for cat eye nail polish.

Asked for a specific design they had on one of the show case hands.. got something completely different that I didn’t like. Tried explaining that wasn’t what I asked for. My two hands don’t even match. Fair prices tho. Just won’t be back!

Just okay…it’s very beautiful and clean inside but it felt very rushed and my nails are very misshaped and crooked. I had to point out multiple times how crooked they were and eventually just gave up. Maybe I’ll try again but with a different tech. It’s not as relaxing with the rushed atmosphere and pace. A little pricey for what it is.

I wish I could attach photos because believe me, I took them. I will never return to this nail salon. I went in for a simple fill-in. I left with poorly done shellac and multiple cuts. The lady was going so fast. I understand they are busy and trying to get people in and out but when you’re rushing through and cutting people there’s a problem. I pulled my hand away twice because I felt her cut me. She didn’t care, proceeded to speed race through. I’ve never been cut so many times while getting my nails done. I wish I didn’t have to give it a star because it’s a 0 for me.

I moved here from Cleveland last August and had issues finding a quality nail salon. I tried this one because I live close by and I’m always so grateful I found them. Prices are VERY reasonable and the work Lisa does is beautiful. Let it be known I’m very particular with my acrylics. SO many color choices and the cherry on top? They ALWAYS make time for me and I never have to book in advance . This is a true GEM!!! ❤️ Loyal customer here

Horrible experience. Tech cut my skin MULTIPLE times did not apologize. Kept rushing and did a horrible job!! Looks like i have press on nails not a full set.

The pedicure was rushed also the older woman who worked on me was rude and snappy. The place is clean however not a place you want to go for a relaxing pedi mani - both tv and techno music were on. Kids crying...

Poor quality pedicure along with polish poorly applied, i could do better myself. Had acrylic nails removed and they werent even fully removed, i have nail polish all over my fingers from manicure. $75 for this garbage. Dont go here.

I always enjoy the service when I come here. Some times they have a wait but it’s so worth it. They took me in late today and I really appreciate it. My nails are beautiful! Best nail rounding around! 😊 I’ll be back soon!

I normally come here a young woman does my nails they normally are perfect I always leave with a smile. But today they had a guy do my nails the shape is not what I wanted, he applied heavy polish coats making it look sloppy it was just rushed. I asked for a refund because I was not happy with the service she said no told me it looked good to her even though the costumer is supposed to always be right. I normally even leave a 15-20 dollar tip how happy I be today I was disappointed never again will I go back because how can you not refund a loyal customer that is unhappy for the first time or atleast re do them. 👎🏾

I go here every other week and Ive never had a bad experience. The staff is friendly, the prices are great and the salon is gorgeous! It looks like a high end salon without outrageous prices. I always get a manicure and an eyebrow wax, comes out perfect every time.

I’ve been to all sorts of nail places in metro Detroit, and I would have to say this place is my favorite. They have regular polish that has a matching shellac color and the prices are reasonable. It’s very clean and the decor is tasteful. The staff is nice and accommodating. Yu Lee is great!

They one have two workers.. husband and wife. Expect a very long wait but they do an excellent job. They do not offer appointments either..

I’ve been going here for a couple months now and I really like the work that the one guy does. However, I wonder how much experience the women who work with him have because each time they do my nails they make me bleed, and cannot shape my nails correctly. I end up having to fix them at home. It’s disappointing. They also charge you far more than the prices that are listed. I don’t think I will be going back.

This place is very friendly! Did a very good job on my nails and spa was relaxing. Very nice! I would come back here again.

Not only were they unfriendly but the tech stopped during my fill to do an eyebrow wax leaving me to sit for 10 mins. They also advertise a $14 fill in yet they charged me $22 claiming it was because my nails were long. I have an average length for acrylic, nothing crazy and in 3 years of having my nails filled no one has ever charged me extra for length. Really disappointed.

I was looking for a new nail salon. I did my researches on this place, read positive and negative comments, and decided to take a shot. I was in love the moment I walked in. They were really nice and they took their time. I was concerned about a post about them being late and asked them. They explained that they were getting nail supplies and new nail polishes for their customers. I thought it was very thoughtful of them. The owner said that they were there when that customer waited and let her in. He was going to explain about their tardiness her but she didnt gave him a chance and walked out. I felt like it was unfair for him. Their price was neutral compare to salons around the area. I had pedi/mani ($35 was their day special discount) and shellac on hands ($20). They were very professional and skillful. They took their time and didnt rush my service. They have a plethora of shellac polishes and mood change colors! I was amazed! Most salons I went to doesnt have mood change polishes. The place was beautiful and I would come back again! This is my new nail salon and Im glad I found this place.

Called to ask about eyebrow arching and the person I spoke with was very rude and hung up before I was done asking my question. Will not patronize this salon.

Only went here because it was close to the gym. On a Saturday afternoon there was on 2 techs. Waited an hour. And was worked on between other things. The salon was very nice. But thats about it. I paid 55 for dip on my natural nail. I would have been ok with it if the manicure was at least decent. I have had way nicer manicures for much less. The friend that came with me was charged more than she was quoted. Her nails ened up being much shorter than she asked for and they put some random design on her nail that she never asked for. Definantly will not be going back. If you are looking for an over priced basic manicure. This is your place.

I have to edit this because they have new owners apparently. I have been going to Be Nails for almost 3 years and I really tried to give the new people a chance but after leaving unhappy 3 times I wont go back. The last time I went in I said almond and got round amd a week later I have 2 chipped nails. Not nail polish. The whole nail. Save your money and dont go here.

The salon is very nice and workers are friendly. I got a pedi 3 days ago and both my big toes still hurt really bad. The girl cut my toenail way down on the sides. I’ve always cut my toenails straight across. I feel like I have an ingrown toenail the way it hurts. Both my big toes on the left side bled. I’m not sure if she’s had proper training. Anyway, I soaked them last night and I am now keeping neosporin and bandaids on them. Has anyone else had this experience?

The nails were not what I asked for and they charge a ridiculous amount of money for terrible service. Only good thing was my brows everything else was painful ans terrible.

The worst service, the old lady was very rude and not friendly, she doesn’t smile at all, I asked for shellac only but they gave me a manicure too I don’t know why just to charge for something I didn’t ask for 😡, plus the guy spend 10 minutes only to do my pedi, really . The guy which is the owner did a horrible shellac on my nails they chipped the second day. Never going back there again

Very neat and quick service, i got my acrylics done a few months ago and i plan on going for prom.

I was charged more than what was said in the beginning and she cut 3 of my fingers open on my nail then my nails where not fry and she did an alcohol wipe on them and polish cam off of them and i told her polish came off and she kept saying it did not when i could clearly see it on the paper towel would never go there again and no one else should.

Waited over an hr to get a mani and pedi!! Only received a pedi!! Had to wait while customers who came hrs after me to get a mani!! Left without my service!! Poorly managed!!

I cant get over the fact that this salon says it opens at 9:30 am, in their website, in yelp and with big letters on their door, I waited for more than 30 min and I left at 10:00 am, nobody ever showed up, totally unprofessional .

Had to wait too long on a Saturday due to being short staffed.
