I went in to the shop very optimistic based off of reviews I had read online. I really wanted to like this place because staff was very nice and professional, however I am very disappointed to report that my experience was less than ideal. The service I had done was an acrylic nail fill and gel polish design on my hands. Although the staff was very kind, the nail tech I worked with was not able to do the design I had originally picked so I had to choose something else on the spot. The design turned out okay, and overall I was pleased with the result. Little did I know that weeks later when I take the acrylic nails off, I would find a bacterial fungi that has discolored and basically rotted my natural nail. Like I said, I had really wanted to like this place but I feel the result of my experience is inexcusable. It’s a shame but I had to share this to prevent others from having this happen to them.

Loved my manicure! I believe her name was Linda? She was awesome! She took the time to file my nails and made sure I liked the shape and that is huge for me!! Absolutely recommend her to everyone that wants their nails done right!

They got started on my pedicure. I was waiting for 20 minutes, then 3 other women walked in who they said had appointments. They then told me I would have to wait an extra 40 minutes because they made a mistake. I was there before them and they already started my pedicure. But because I was a walk in and they had an appointment, I had to wait. I was so upset. I chose not to stay and went to another shop. I’ve been going to this shops for years. I won’t be going back.

Went based on referral was very disappointed. The lady did not say one word cut my fingers 3 times during manicure have several spots in my eyebrow where she stabbed me with tweezers. Will not be going back.

Went in on a Saturday at 10:00 am. It was busy but there was no wait. Amy did a wonderful job on my pedicure. Loved the massage and attention to detail in the polish application. This was my first pedi in what seems like forever and it was a great experience.

I got acrylic full set for Christmas. They were able to fit me on a busy day! Love my nails! I forgot the name of the person who did it but she was very friendly and talented. It’s been two weeks and my nails are intact. Would definitely recommend!

Overcharged me. I agreed to pay a price and when I checked out they tried to overcharge me. Almost double the price. I will not be back

Poor customer service lady who did my nails no hi no name no thank you. I wanted nail art asked if they do it all she said was yes and nothing asked after that..So I said on way out I guess you dont want repeat business. What a disappointment trying to treat myself all these places dont care abt that only the $$.. well on to find next one.

I could go on forever about how horrid this place was and have no idea how they have the reviews they do. It was not only unsanitary but the quality of work was so awful, I immediately went to a different nail salon and paid to have the shellac removed and redone.

Pedicure was fabulous! My full set of ombre nails not so much...employee was not able to do the ombre...I will return for pedicures...

They were so nice and the deluxe pedicure was amazing. Great for the price. They had great scents to choose from for your scrub. The leg and foot massage was so good i wanted to fall asleep!

Thu is the absolute BEST! I have been going to her at Poshe since 2004! I will always stick with Thu! She makes my arthritic hands look great and her pedicures are to die for! I would post 10 stars if I could! She is always prompt, polite, neat, clean and just a downright genuinely sweet person!

First time here and I have been a few different places which were not great at all. Came in and seen Tony. I have very thin nails and can not find anyone who will listen to be gentle and not file my nails and cuticles as they will bleed. Tony listened to everything I asked. He was so gentle and did a fantastic job! My nails are very nice and Tony was very patient and took his time using a nail file to manually file each nail. :) Thank you Tony, I now have a new place to come!

Love this salon after only one visit. The salon is so friendly and my nail tech is polite to chat to, she did precise onto my nails. I love that they take their time doing my nails. And specially, they have a huge parking – very important to me. You have to take on 5 star from me, so worthy!

This was my first time trying out Poshe Nails. There is a front & back door entrance. I waited about five minutes then was seated. He did a great job with the attention to detail of my nails. He cut them as short as I like them. I also got my eyebrows waxed. She did a great job. The shop was clean, friendly staff, very affordable even with tip & good customer service, I would come back here again.

I have been coming to this salon for years. They’ve lost some amazing employees throughout the years. For the most part the salon is very clean. The employees are friendly. Thu and Tina do a great job, and ensure your nails look the way you want them to. The previous owner Tim took care of any issues, repairs etc. it was always very reassuring if you left and something happened. I haven’t experienced issues under new management so I’m unsure how they handle issues now. The reason for my 4 star and not 5 star review, is how annoying it is when they all speak Vietnamese during your entire visit loud enough so you cannot even relax, tune it out, or hear the TV. Obviously, they are discussing things they shouldn’t be in front of their customers, or they’d just speak English! Otherwise, the actual service is good, just the experience that sucks.

I cut twice and it was not cleaned and my nails were done with cleaning it up. I paired for a full set of acrylics and didn’t get any tips.

I am so glad I made an early appointment, after I walked in there were 7 others who trotted in and the salon was already filled with 6 customers. And my service is wonderful and am pampered than ever! Love you Poshe Nail Salon Llc and will be back!

I went at the last minute on Thanksgiving Eve because the place I had gotten my full set at 2 wks ago turned me around saying that they were closing. Poshe Nail Salon, the gentleman who did my nails was really attentive, informative and nice to me. He did a wonderful job on my nails. This picture is a week old and my nails still look good. I will be going back for my fill-in next week and I will be going to Poshe Nail Salon from now on.

I loved this place the first few times but the last 2 times were monumental disappointments. I scheduled my bridal mani/pedi with ombré fingernails and asked for their best technician when scheduling. I asked for 3 specific techs. Lo and behold, I got the same man I had before who doesn’t do good work. He didn’t give me a manicure, so I specifically asked him to at least trim my cuticles. I scheduled a mani/pedi. My toenail polish came off the same day as he did not clean the nail bed after paraffin dip. There was still an ugly dry spot on my big toe because he hardly scrubs or rubs. Just so disappointed. I won’t be going back. Too many negatives to list with this guy. Will post pictures if possible

We had a last minute group of 7 people (brother&family in the navy unexpectedly came home)we called to ask if they could take us & they let us know they could we came in were sat right away& my son is a diabetic they did so well with all of us very thorough &great work we all got manis&pedis! Absolutely great service!

I am just visiting Detroit and dont have any family or friends here to get a recommendation so I read many reviews on the 3 or 4 salons around my hotel. I was going to wait till I got back home to get my nails done but had 3 break on my trip to Detroit so I couldnt wait till the following week. I chose Poshe because of the reviews. The staff seemed friendly enough upon arriving and one tech jumped up to help me as I was trying to explain what I needed done. Made me feel like she knew exactly what I wanted. Price posted for dip nails was $40, nothing posted or discussed about shaping cost or an ombre up charge, or soaking off the old nails, isnt that part of the process?!?!?. If there were extra charges for what I wanted they should have been disclosed and discussed prior to the service being started. Not only did they chagre me $60!!!! None of my nails are the same shape!! She was also very rough when filing, twisting my fingers in uncomfortable positions and still didnt shape them well. I felt rushed through the entire process and like I was not allowed to comment on my satisfaction at any step of the process. Needless to say they did not make me feel comfortable and I left very disappointed and dissatisfied for spending $60!!!! $20 more than I normally spend for the same exact service but much better skill. All I can say is they better last at least 4 weeks for $60!!!! I should mention, home is Dallas, TX; a large metropolitan area also so prices should be comparable.

Great experience, went on a Saturday morning at about 9:40, plenty of staff available, no wait at all. The pedicure was very relaxing, great massage chairs! Only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is the actual polish job was acceptable/moderate, but not outstanding. Even still, this could be a new go-to for me!

It was seven thirty,and my sons birthday following vacation the next day.I called at least six places, that were closing including my regular salon i have been a loyal customer to for years, i called Poshe by chance even though i knew they also were closing. To my surprise the man on the phone, Tim ( the owner) said he would take me!He waited for me, and the first thing i noticed was the very clean, and well decorated environment. Tim and his wife were very friendly and also greeted me quickly. I was the last one there, he provided services on nails and toes for me, it did not take too long, the prices were reasonable. And also my nails looked great, no imperfections or flaws. He paid very close attention to detail while working on them.Even after waiting close to twenty minutes for me (The drive) after hours, He refused to take a big tip. This place is truely an example of a great business ran by a caring,respectful,grateful owner. Your experience will be nothing under wonderful satisfaction.

Absolutely love [Poshe Nail Salon Llc]! I finally found here! I made an appointment with the young girl, she did very thorough and gently on my pedicure. I honestly wont go to anyone else now.

My whole experience was off. When I walked in the door the lady locked it behind me when it wasnt even close to their posted closing time. I got a shellac manicure and the lady didnt even paint my whole nail. When I left it looked like my nail had grown out for at least a week i felt like they were rushing me out of the place so I didnt even have time to make a complaint. Very disappointed in the quality of work cant say I will ever go back. They did have a large selection of colors that was the only positive part of the whole experience.

They are AWESOME!! I have been going there for several years and I am always very well taken care of... and ALWAYS HAPPY with my nails...

After each step she would meticulously check every nail to ensure there were no issues. I like that in a nail salon! I fell in love with this nail salon & I will be back.

It gets busy in there. I had Julie, a young lady working on my nails for my wedding. They turned out nice because she asked questions to shape them and paint them exactly the way I wanted. It took longer than I expected, but didnt mind b/c I was happy with the results.

I used to get the $40 nail dip all the time from the male nail tech. I stopped going for a while and came back to a mess. DO NOT go here during their busy hours or near closing. They will half-a** your nails or rush the process. I paid for a deluxe pedicure for 36 instead of the 20 and the only thing she did differently was rub my legs longer. she barely took care of the toe nails. I had to file it down more when I got home. It sucks I have to find a new nail salon because their service level dropped.

Went today for my 7th or 8th time. Outstanding service! The manicurist were fast and precise. They treated me with much love like as a bff. The utensils are sterilized after each use. Super pleased with their finessed results. Place is busy so call ahead for an appointment!

Brought them a simple manicure design… Nude base with a reverse manicure of gold sparkles. What they did looked awful, my nails werent even filed straight. When I said I didnt like it, they quickly took it off put the nude base back on with no basecoat and told me to leave. Never. Going. Back.

Selection of colors isnt the greatest but they are quick and my shallac has stayed on for more than two weeks!

Its good nail service for a little bit cheaper.

Will not be returning. Made an appointment days ahead for 1:30, got there on time and had to wait 30 minutes while we watched people walk in and get served right away. The staff were all rude. I got a full set and I have what look like are air bubbles in my nails. I mentioned to the guy doing my nails Ive never gotten them done before and he instantly tried to upsell me on a bunch of different things. I paid $36 for a just ok acrylic job and for terrible customer service.

I went to poshe before and i honestly did not care for this nail salon. I decided i would give it a try again thinking oh maybe I had gone there on a bad day. well no I think they need to improve their work. I felt rushed both times i went. I get acrylic done and let me just say ive had way better at other salons. I got an acrylic fill in on a tuesday and it was already lifting by wednesday. That should not happen that quickly. Im very dissapointed. Also they need to take their time while doing nails because the lady was filling my nails and ended up breaking my skin which was painful. Also youre better off creating/filling your own nails because i dont believe they care enough to make sure your happy with how they look/turn out. I will not be returning.
