Walked in and received service immediately. He took is time. Shaped them perfectly. Love my nails

I’ve been to this place twice before and had a great experience with Nick, who did my manicures and pedicures. However, I walked in for a mani and pedi yesterday and had to wait 1.5 hours for service. The man who did my nails did not trim my cuticles or remove my hangnails. He also kept on smudging the nail polish and was extremely slow (it took two hours for my mani and pedi), when before I was done in just an hour. I also saw him go outside, smoke, and return to finish my mani without washing his hands. I drove 45 minutes to get to the salon, and was very disappointed with the results. Unfortunately, I won’t be back.

Absolutely love this salon. I go there to get my nails done every time. The people that work there are so nice and kind. Always a great experience.

I am sorry but I don’t think I am coming back. After having my toenail trimming and pedicure done at your spa, my toes got skin infection and I couldn’t sleep due to the pain. Now I am using a lot of antiseptics and bandaids hoping it would get better without a hospital visit. I think the water they put my bleeding toes in was the problem. Very clean, very bright and comfortable atmosphere. Very kind employees who make you feel like a regular customer even just after one visit. My mani pedi looks awesome and I will be back. I’m happy to say this may be my regular go to place. Absolutely no complaints and I highly recommend. I used google reviews to find this place so I am contributing my own review for others to see. Crystal did a great job!

This nail shop is the best nail shop ever. The whole staff is great. Kevin and Tracy will always do a phenomenal job. I’ve been coming here for about 4 years and I moved and I still drive an hour just to come here because they are THAT great. If you’re ever considering to get your nails done, come here. Best decision you could make.

Ask for Kim! Shes the best, but everyone there does a great job and is super nice. Make sure to make an appointment, that spend quality time on each client and there are only so many hours in a day! Will likely get turned away if you walk in during busy hours.

This was my worst experience at Lulu salon, don’t ask for the wife Tracy to do pedicure, and I’ve been there before with swan and Kevin. They do a great job. From experience, you know what you will get coming to get a pedicure, the wife Tracy skipped to cut the corners, lotion the feet and the message was horrible, I just wanted to leave, I even canceled my shellac for my nails Because of her. And when I asked the her to cut the corners of my toes like they normally do, she had an attitude and said we don’t do that. What kind of a pedicure place you ever go to, that doesn’t cut the corners of your toes? she lied not realizing that I’m looking at my sister pedicure being done amazingly like what we expect. Very rude and not client friendly at all! She skipped so many steps even the message was so terrible, didn’t relax at all. I was looking forward to this for a whole week when I made my appointment with them, what bothered me the most and made me upset is that she didn’t apologize!

Kevin and his wife run this shop. ALWAYS clean, you get your own bag in the pedicure basin and always new sterilized tools. Friendly and inviting staff. Been coming her for two years on a friends recommendation and will not go anywhere else.

I made an appointment, but they still had be wait 20 minutes even though there was only 3 people in the salon. That wasnt my major concern however. My nail tech did not ask me what length or shape I wanted my nails. She just did what she wanted and the end result was too short and too round. The supplies she used were not new AT ALL. The nail clipper has yellow spots on it that looked similar to ear wax, and the nail file was extremely shaved down and barely usable. I was grossed out the whole time. Its really cheep - $18 for shellac color and $27 for shellac manicure - but you get what you pay for. Will not be retuning.

The best nail salon around (and Ive been to a few), and they have the best prices. The staff is friendly, and the service is great. The pedicures and shellac manicures are always well done and last for weeks.

The nail salon I used to always go to closed recently so Ive been in search of a good nail salon. My friend goes to Silver and she loved it. I on the other hand hated it. The whole time I was there they kept trying to get me to do more services that I kept repeatedly telling them I didnt want. Then the nail technician charged me for things that I didnt ask for or want. It was really irritating. My fill with white tips that should have cost $20 ended up being $30, Im a college student trying not to spend a lot of money so that was really annoying considering I kept telling him I didnt want any of the stuff he did.

My mother and I just went to Silver Nails for the first time today and it was fantastic! I had shellac and my mother had a manicure, the technicians were very friendly and the salon was very clean. We will definitely be returning for mani/pedis in the near future and this is going to be my regular nail salon. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone!

Only had a lip wax but it was spotless, quick, and a perfect wax for $5.
