I normally go to a Sport Clips closer to home, but this outlet had a shorter wait time. I made an appointment and then drove to this Sport Clips and arrived to wait for a minute. The haircut was exactly what I normally have since all locations have the information from previous haircuts. Everything was good especially the price. I did have to wear a mask but I was prepared for it.

Ive been here a few times since they closed the location in Gainesville. I always go in when Im visiting my family in Palm Harbor. But I got to say all the staff is very friendly and they always do a good job thank you everyone.

Lacy is a world class stylist and always gives me a great cut. I definitely recommend coming to this sports clips specifically for any mans haircut need! I also highly recommend Lacey as a stylist shes who I would recommend.

With the limited hours it is already hard to get into get a haircut. Finally had the time and found the shop to be closed an hour before it was suppose to be. I was trying to use a coupon the I got from a friend who suggested I try the countryside location out for my son. I guess we will stick to our current place. No need to try and rush and drive further to have them closed before closing time.

Took my father to get his hair shampooed and cut. Called and asked if I needed an appointment. Said I would be in right after we finished lunch. Called a second time when almost there. Went in, signed in. At time we arrived both girls were busy. We sat down after signing in. Another person came in 5 minutes later, the one girl had finished up with her cut and she asked them if they signed in online. She had them then sign in at the kiosk and took them right away. The second girl finished her cut and then was cleaning up and took a break, gone. After another period of time, another person came in. The first girl asked them if they signed in online, yes. She asked them to use the kiosk to sign in. After several minutes the client asked that first girl to help her, while she was cutting hair. The girl quit cutting hair to help the woman use the kiosk and then told us wed have to wait longer yet. I then decided to leave. Even though I had called, signed in and was there, they kept taking people that walked in after us. My father is 95 and cannot just sit there all day in pain waiting for the girls to decide to wait on the elderly. I feel that this shop is very discriminatory towards the elderly and only wants to wait on younger customers.

When the barber outlines your haircut, shampoo and massage it sounds expensive but its the same price as most barbers. Do yourself a favor and try this place.

Can’t pay up front for a set price haircut? Makes no sense at all. Was told it’s timed and we can’t change the rules? Again if the cut is a set price why bicker over paying for someone in advance?

Chrissy just scored a client for life. I’ve been living here my whole life and have gone from barber shop to barber shop to stylists etc., and never found someone who could get it right. Chrissy spent the time to hear what was important to me and took the time to check the cut after the wash... I know it doesn’t sound like a big deal but it WOWed me because she didn’t have to do it, and I wasn’t expecting it. She is extremely skilled, professional, and a true pleasure to interact with. Usually get good haircuts here, but my last visit the hairdresser did not listen to my wishes and cut my hair in a different style of what I showed and explained. (The style isn’t great for my head shape) I know it’s hair and it grows back but I expected a lot better than what I got. I’m not angry, I’m just very disappointed.

I will only ever get my hair cut at Sports Clips located in Clearwater. Theyre in the Courtyard at Countryside - right across from the Mall. Cara is amazing. Shes always my go to when needing a cut. Her lines are on point. And shes awesome to converse with to pass the time while shes fixing your hair.In fact, Im due for another cut stat!!! And yes, Ill be going back to the same location; passing by the one thats closer where I live because I know I wont be disappointed when I walk out of her location. So get a great look from Cara at Sports Clips.

Not one posted sign, anywhere, that states they wont trim or cut a beard. If they did, I would leave to find someone that does. What is the difference between getting your haircut, sideburns trimmed, washed, messaged but a beard is too far. Once I received my haircut is when I was told they cant trim my beard. Not understanding this logic. Nothing on the websites about not cutting/trimming beards.

Centrally located across from Countryside Mall. Most of the stylists have been there a while, and all seem to provide excellent service and cuts. The MVP treatment is worth the extra few dollars in my opinion. Its clean and well kept. This is a busy location so you may have to wait if you dont check in online. Ive been going for a couple years. Id recommend them.

I brought my 2 year old for a haircut and it was by far the best experience we’ve had. Damon went as far as putting on a bear mask and dancing for my son. It was all around a lovely experience, the staff was very friendly and helpful. Will definitely be coming back!

I visited this location today with my five year old and I feel like the stylist Tiffany deserves complete recognition. I have been getting my sons hair cut since he was 8 months old, once or twice a month, and we have NEVER had the treatment that we had today! Carter enjoyed every second of his hair cut from the beginning high five, to the wash, to the shoulder massage. We will now be a forever customer thanks to Tiffany! Absolutely phenomenal experience from start to finish. This woman truly loves what she does and we cant wait to come back to see her :)

Cara is beyond amazing! My son (6 yrs old) has been going to her for a year now. He had staples in his head 7 months ago which left a very tender spot. Cara always remembers and makes sure to take extra special care of him. She also treats him like a grown up, which he LOVES!!! Cara is our go-to for all his haircuts!

Consistently good, and the most relaxing haircuts!

First, I have been here before and I had a great experience with a great cut. The girl who cut my hair was polite and did an awesome job. My last visit ( I have only been there twice) did not go so well. My hair was around 2 inches or longer on top when I went in. I asked for about 3/4 in. Total on top and fade it up on the sides. She made it clear that she didnt know what length to cut it by asking me to look in the mirror and tell her if where her fingers were looked like an OK length... I could have sworn that the combs had rulers on them. Either way I didnt think my request was complicated. I ended up leaving with my hair completely buzzed down to a 3... Because she messed it up that bad.Honestly I could have had a friend or even my mother give me a buzz cut.She asked me to pay then the manager came over and they ended up comping my cut.. Which i am grateful for.

Got my sons hair cut there. They do a full service cut, shampoo, style and massage. Dont get to excited about the massage, it is very brief and didnt every get both shoulders done. He liked it though and they did a good job on his hair. That is all we really went there for anyways.

I stopped in this morning (11-05-17) and had my hair cut by Tiffany. Not only was I very impressed by her friendliness and professionalism, but also with the quality of the haircut. The MVP upgrade was very nice, definitely worthwhile in my opinion. Overall, I am extremely satisfied and I recommend asking for Tiffany to anyone who reads this!

On the 3rd time I was here there was a pretty good line. Like a 40 minute wait. Then out of no where a lady that everyone agreed had not been in the shop before them, comes in with two kids. And apparently they need re-dos. Didnt care, what pissed me off was that she and her two kids get to jump the whole line. There was more than 5 of us in que. Wouldnt you decide your haircut needs to be fixed the moment you notice its messed up? And why do you get to skip everyone? Id change this policy sports clips, because you just disgruntled everyone in que.

Great haircuts

I went into Sports Clips by the Kohls right next to Countryside Mall. I went to this place because it was the only place open on Sunday. I walk in and immediately I am discouraged. The Barbers look unprofessional however I am an optimist and like to maintain a good attitude. I am guided toward the seat and I explain to the Barber what I would like.The cut was not that bad but my Barber nicked my side when she attempted to sharpen the edges and refine them which I didnt even ask her to do.*My back of my head was not even cut with a razor, leaving a scraggly look.*And finally it cost $18 for an unprofessional training haircut. Most expensive haircut I have had and it was a very amateur job.

First time trying Sports Clips and had a great experience. J J was very personable and easy to talk with. I appreciated him explaining what it is that he was doing and made me feel at ease. He was quick but very thorough. His hands were well manicured and maybe to some its not important but when working in hair I find it pleasing.Update 7 months later and still receiving great cuts. I enjoy the online check in and I am able to see when my favorite stylist is working. JJ books up quickly but no extra waiting since Im in the que.

Haircut was fine, but I have not been back over a year since went in with coupon and when was offered a second hot towel got charged another $5 negating my coupon. Already a bit over priced.

First, I have been here several times for a great haircut, but...when the only male employee there cut my hair, he did not listen to my wishesand then argued about the results. He attempted to fix it and really made it worse.I objected to this and he became very defensive and argumentative with me and even took pictures of my haircut (why?). He attempted another fix which was only acceptable . When I checked out I tipped him and he continued to argue and defend what he did.Somehow I was wrong for asking for what I want, and not what he wanted to do. Finally, disgusted, I asked for my tip back; got it and he continued to disagree with me and eventually walked away from me as I was speaking.I am going back today for an MVP haircut, but it will be done by one of the ladies or not at all.The ladies there do a 5 star haircut.
