So so so satisfied with this business. They are clean and make you feel very comfortable with COVID precautions. I got my nails done today and not only are they AMAZING but they were so nice to me and made my day a whole lot better. I would 10/10 recommend KB to anyone who needs nail service!!

Such an awesome business. They take great covid precautions while working to accommodate everyone’s schedules and needs. They squeezed me in very last minute at the end of their busy day to get my nails done in time for graduation and did a great job. Love them and recommend everyone go here if they want a friendly and talented environment.

They are so nice and they do a great job! I love that theyre taking covid precautions too, its by appointment only so I didnt have to worry about over crowding. Ill always go back when Im in town. (also my pedi has lasted like 4weeks and counting)

I was visiting home from Texas over the holidays and I had a broken nail that needed fixed so I called into KB Nails to confirm they did SNA (dip). They were able to get me in right away during a busy holiday season. Even though I hadn’t gotten my nails done there originally, I was able to find a color match to the rest of my nails, the staff was very welcoming and professional. The office itself was extremely clean and modern/well-kept.I didn’t get a name, but I told the female nail technician I was from out of town and appreciated them being able to get me in during a busy time of year. She did not charge me anything so I tried to give her a $5 cash tip (& pretty adamantly at that 😂). She repeatedly declined the tip, told me thanks for visiting, and they hope to see me again.Very sweet and impeccable customer service. I will definitely be back when I am home during holidays.

B and Li are wonderful people! I get pedicures and gel polish/manicures here. I have never had my nails chip. The polish wears well and looks good for, at least, a couple of weeks. They dont take appointments but there isnt much of a wait.

The staff here is amazing! So nice and they do a great job. Ive visited several nail salons over the past several years in the area and this is my favorite. Their quality of work is great and they always fit people in regardless of what time they come in.

I’m new to the area and have been looking for a nail spa to go to. Another salon was packed so I came in here and they helped me right away. They did a great job on my gel nails and spa pedicure. The pricing is very reasonable, and they suggested a different color that ended up looking way better than my original pick would’ve looked.

They do excellent work here. my friend and I come here every couple of weeks to get pedicures and we are always happy with the results...they work extremely hard and it shows in their work...we wont go anywhere else but here.

I love coming here! The atmosphere is always so welcoming and you dont feel like youll contract anything from unsafe utensils. Ive been here for Bridal parties and more and its always a great time! And not to mention the pedicures are a great pick me up! Theyre very quick and personable. I love it! I would recommend them over and over again!

So sad because this used to be a great place to go. I dont know what happened, but customer service has really gone down hill. I think they are very good to their regulars (people that come in biweekly), but maybe not so much to people like me that come in the summer. If you come in the evenings or at a busy time you will wait. A LONG time. Even though I was the first person in the last time, I was still there 3 hours because a lot of people came in after me. They work on several people at once. Good for their time, not so much mine. My biggest complaint though is I really like to get nail art. My friends that are regulars come, get really nice nail art, no problems. Everytime I ask them to do nail art it is met with rude abruptness. Ive asked for a Chevron pattern several times. She asks each time, are you sure you want that? I cant redo it, so you have to like it. She does a beautiful job on it!!!! But gives me such a hard time about doing it. For my birthday I found a simple nail design and she really tried to talk me out of. It was so disappointing. Today I went in again. I keep giving them more chances because I remember when they did have that good customer service. I asked for a simple lotus flower. They said no because it was a sticker (it wasnt). But this was a VERY simple design. I could have recreated it myself. But they refused. Then I said, Ok, just do something with silver on it. Like a swirl or something. They said, We cant do silver. It wont look good. It was very frustrating because I felt like I kept giving the wrong answers!!! If you just want the basics and arent worried about time, they do a good job. But I want a little more than that, so I think this will be my last visit. :(

Best place to get toes and hands done !! Staff is so friendly and helpful, good sense of humor!! Great pricing..but most of all honest, they will tell you if something else is just as good and save you money, they will not loose my familys business as long as they are here !!

I have to give this a poor review in spite of recommendations from friends. I understand that there can be an off day, and they were busy, but that is not an excuse.After asking how long was the wait 3 times we were told an hour. We learned that meant an hour before you were moved to a manicure table to wait another 30 minutes. Just as we decided to leave, we were moved to a pedicure chair with COLD water and left for another 40 minutes, during which time they looked at our nails, said we didnt need cuticle trims or nail shaping (we both did), dumped a lot of cuticle oil on our hands and left us to sit. This left us unable to even read a magazine much less touch a phone.Finally our turn comes... and the guy tells the whole salon how bad my feet are, then proceeds to cut my toenails so short that 2 of them actually bleed and he cuts into the corner of the flesh of my toe. My toenails needed trimmed and/or shaped. They got butchered. When i complain he just stops leaving me with shards in the corners where he cut deep. He moved to my heels (which were admittedly not smooth and pretty) where he very energetically scrubs away with a grater to the point that AGAIN he draws blood. When i pull my foot away he gently uses a pumice on my other heel and is done...ecept for dumping a half cup of oil on my legs while he works on my friend.I ask about getting the oil off my hands and feet so I can put my shoes on (no polish) and he actually gets OFFENDED saying he doesnt understand why I need the oil off. We are talking slimy slick from wrists down and shins down with oil, not a drop or two to work in. My friend politely stated that we are not getting into her new car with leather interior covered with oil so he PETULANTLY wiped off the oil.Now, $40 later, i am going to have make an appointment with the doctor to make sure the shards that were left in the corners of my toes are properly removed and dont become ingrown or infected.

Had nails done did gel waited over 45 minutes. And in less than a week they chipped and they wouldnt fix it.

Very good job last longer than the other places I have been.

Went in and gel nails. Next day, one piece chipped off a nail and I went back in. They fixed it by filling in the missing piece and not by just redoing the nail. Two hours later, one a different nail, a chunk broke off. Never going back there again.

My mom got her nails done here with gel polish and the next day (while on vacation) two of the nails peeled off. The rest followed shortly after.

10 out of 10 never go they have no clue what they are doing and my nails looked awful when I left, could have done better myself.

Never coming back, rushed experience, dropped tools on the floor for extended periods and didnt clean them, put the hot towels on for 2 seconds, dirty salon, extremely disappointed
