The worst experience I’ve ever had at a nail salon!!!!. I’ve been here twice and was very disappointed both times. I’m not sure why I wasted my money. I waited over and hour, the tech rushed, tired to over charge me, the tech had me on FaceTime without my consent. The first time I went, the mail tech yell at me because I complained about my nails not being even. Horrible service all the way around! I had to go to another salon to get my nails fixed. There’s better places in Troy. I said it was hard to mess up square nail. I was proven wrong.

One of the ladies did my toes the wrong color after I told her TWO times I didn’t like the color! They expected me to pay for something I didn’t ask for and when I asked could they change the color the refused to change my color they also threaten to call 911 on me because I didn’t want to pay! After they realized I wasn’t paying the man took the file and tried to mess my toes up and he rudely snatched the towel from underneath my feet and told me to get out I will NEVER go there again!

They are wonderful, very professional and always friendly. I use only them for my personal care needs.

This was my first time going and they did an amazing job! I got a full set(gel polish) and deluxe pedicure (w/gel polish) . The only thing I could possibly complain about is no one talks much. But I understand in these Covid times. Also no one is at the front desk much you’d have to wait for someone to assist you. Which may be a little while with all the business...

Hannah is a great business owner who cares for her customer. The place is very clean and staff wants to make sure you are happy. They have worked hard to promote customer satisfaction with their service! Beyond service, their pedicure chairs are out of this world! The cleanliness is a top priority for me and they have always passed the test. They make me feel like a queen every time I walk in the door!

I was very extremely happy with the work that John did on my nails today it was my first visit and I have been looking for a salon here in Troy to my liking. All the other establishments that I had been too, I was not happy with.I have finally found some where that I am content to go back to. I will no longer have to travel back and forth to Ozark to get my nails done.John was very friendly and helpful and of course did a wonderful job. I was really in need of having all my acrylic taken off and redone due to separation.

I got gel/acrylics and they started lifting severely two days afterwards. The gel was put over my cuticles, without them being pushed backed or trimmed, and when my natural nails started to grow out, my cuticles were being pulled severely. They were busy when I went but I still expected good service.

John And Hannah are wonderful. They are always so pleasant and keep their business so clean. The wait is never long and they really do a great job.

Im a truck driver and only come around the area every weekend and today was my first experience. I am very pleased on how they took care of me and how gorgeous my nails and feet turned out. I got a deluxe pedi n full set nails. I was very relaxed and they display a positive hospitality.

I got a gel manicure not even a week ago and they started to come off not even 2 days afterward. I know they were busy when I came in, but I wasn’t too happy with losing the polish and it not covering the nail entirely. Gel usually lasts up to 2 weeks and mine didn’t even last one.

I have been be coming to Hannah since she first opened for my eyelash services. Shes a very nice lady, her staff is nice and a very pleasant atmosphere. Im always happy with my services I get. Go see Hannah and her staff today, you wont be disappointed!

It was great. My nails look wonderful. I like Hannah and John the best because whenever someone messes up my nails they fix them and make them look perfect. It’s been two weeks and my nails still look perfect. Such great costumer service and a clean environment and very friendly!

By far this is the worst nail salon that I have ever been to, if you want the staff to yell at you over the messing up your nails and you confronting them then by all means come here, but if you want to enjoy and relax on your spa day visit DO NOT ENTER!!! I went to get my nails done on February 10,2020 and first time there... I will never be back. My nails were rough on the edges and the polish was all hanging on the under side of my nails.... not to mention that my fingers were so sore because (Jennifer, as she calls herself) glued my fingers to my skin and when it started pulling away it was very painful and the skin had open tears in it. I will never be back. It’s the absolute worse job I EVER had done in my life. Yea it cost me 50.00 .Windy

Very poor customer service. Had a friend of mine who is 7 months pregnant go in for a quick polish on her lunch break. After she was seated in her massage chair and the lady started painting her nails, she was then approached by an older woman who worked there who proceeded to snatch her chair screen from her and told her she was stealing from her by using the massage feature of the chair because she was not receiving a full pedicure. My friend left there in tears! I will not be returning to this salon due to the lack of customer service. Such a horrible and senseless way to act to PAYING customers!

Loved Ethan. He was friendly, seemed to care about the customer. I did notice that it seems as if the husband and wife only give manicures/pedicures to certain people and spend more time and attention on those customers.

Update: After contacting the owner of the salon (via Facebook) about the dip powder and nail tech, she offered to redo them to make things right! Wonderful experience!

Very unsatisfied with our visit today. I dropped my grandmother and mother off today to have an enjoyable afternoon. Only to get a text saying they are making fun of a certain condition my grandmother has with her hand. Not only were they snickering but mimicking with they hand what was wrong. As a self employed person I of all people understand how to treat the public. Today was unimaginable. Only to top all of this, the gentleman doing moms pedicure starting throwing items- calling her a liar repetitively. Never will I step foot back in this salon. NEVER.

Poor nail technicians... I’ve used them twice for gel nail polish.. The polish didn’t last 4 days before chipping.. I believe only one person is certified.. Will not return.. Rude by speaking in Vietnamese around customers. Horrible skills.. Your money will go down the drain using this establishment 😠

So I go in to get my niece nails and toes painted and myself a pedicure. As Im waiting he call someone that came in after me back to get a pedicure so I asked did u forget us. He says one min so after still waiting he called back another person to get a pedicure. Once again I asked him why did u skip us he then say lady first. Terrible. Don’t go there for your eyebrows!! I went in and the lady was going so fast when it came to waxing my eyebrows. And before I could see them.. she told me that one of my eyebrows were “beautiful” and he other was small. My eyebrows were uneven and there was a big gap between them. I believe she didn’t even know what she was doing.

They’re always very welcoming and kind. They treat my 5 year old like the princess she thinks she is. It’s always a good time.

Got a manicure. nails are uneven. he cut my cuticles on 3 of my nails and as they were bleeding, he poured alcohol on them wich hurt like crazy. I now have 2 infected cuticles. do not recommend.

Terrible customer service. They rush and do jot do a good job on pedicures. Your feet will still feel rough and cuticles not cut. Dont go there!

Went there and experience terrible service . The entire staff is friendly however, the nail tech immediately ask me to wash my hands (I had just washed them), he then proceeds to forcefully through my hands & after the 6th time I asked him to stop. Then he cuts my nails without asking me for the length. He got upset and sat me at another tech, because he said it was hard to file my nails. My next tech was great & everyone apologized, but I will not be returning .

When I went to get me gel nails filled in they seemed okay but had paint all over my fingers and three days later my paint is coming off... kinda pissed bc my paint has never came off with jel.. need to improve on the gel nails... The worst experience EVER !Let me start off by saying I am a hard working person who goes to school and works full time. Therefore, my time and money are both very valuable to me; however I still make time every 2 weeks to get my nails done (acrylic with gel polish).I have given numerous nail technicians and different salons a chance over the years and when this salon opened up, it was no different. Both times I visited this hell hole, I left feeling unsatisfied and frustrated. The first time I entered satan’s den it was the grand opening weekend, even thought they were brand new everyone still seemed like they hated their job. The most recent experience was Saturday (1/27/2018). I, again wasn’t greeted, was the first to enter and had to wait for a technician to arrive. Waiting wasn’t the issue, when he finally did arrive he just sat down and started to work. Before arriving, I looked at the price list on the website, so my total should have been about $33 bc I had a broken nail. Overall he did a decent job but once he was done and explained my total was $45 for a FILL IN, gel polish, repair, and length, I was furious because he stated that it was the length and the only time i’ve paid for length if it is a full set which I could have gotten for this price. Fast forward to today (1/31/18) @ 11:00 am. I go back because I broke another nail which I didn’t notice until I was taking notes in class so I obviously wasn’t doing any strenuous activities to cause this break. So he states that it wasn’t his fault and he has to charge me $3 for the repair. I did not feel as though I should have had to pay 5 days after spending almost $50 on a fill in. After re-explaining that I shouldn’t have to pay but I would like it to be fixed I sit down and tell him to soak it since I have to pay $3.....he then says “oh honey it $5 for length”. At this point I am so pissed I say well just forget it and leave without getting the repair. I DO NOT KNOW WHAT THEIR DEAL IS WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE OR IF THEY JUST ARE SO DISAPPOINTED IN THEIR OWN LIFE TO WHERE THEY HAVE TO BE SO RUDE TO PAYING CUSTOMERS TO FEEL SOME TYPE OF SATISFACTION....I have no clue. I advise you to waste your money somewhere else !!!!
