Very professional, clean, nice enviroment, friendly people and great service!

Although the people in this nail salon are nice (reason they get 2 vs 1 star), their work is awful and inconsistent. I have been to this salon 3 times since I moved here from FL and now I will be searching again for a new salon. The first time I had severe lifting on almost every single nail (at the top where they fill in). The second time was better but I had a few still do it and one of my nails broke in half and I was missing the tip. The last time I was there, I walked in just before 7 since Google said they close at 730. (They close at 7 btw). They still took me since they had customers in there and werent leaving soon, which I was grateful for. I always get coffin shaped nails and this time the guy did not do what I asked. All of them are different. It looks more like square than anything. It has been 13 days and another nail has now broken in half opening a bag of cheese!!!! LOL Ive never had these problems with nails until I moved here and started using this salon. They also charge more than ANY OTHER SALON I have EVER visited (across 6 states and in Europe)!!! For an acrylic fill in and gel polish its over $40! Absurd!!! See my photos. Keep in mind they are supposed to be coffin! LOL

The salon has alot of dust. They have menu prices but change them at the time of checkout... so you end up paying more on top of your service without any additional services .. today I was going to pay with my debit .. they told me they only accept cash. So be aware .. unsure why services are not the written menu price!

I got my nails done in this place few days ago and I got a bad infection in one of my fingers that now I have to take antibiotic for 10 days. The place is filthy and nothing is sterilized. I choose this place only because the salon that I use to go was full booked for days. Next time I will wait for sure

I am ecstatic that I found BB nails! Clean & beautiful atmosphere. All of the technicians were very sweet & welcoming. Lynn gave me a manicure & pedicure to die for!! One of the best services I have had in a long time!! I have definitely found my permanent nail spa!! I highly recommend BB Nails!!

This nail salon is one of the nicest around. Not only are their prices affordable, the place is clean, they use clean tools, and they are the nicest and treat you like royalty. I was having a bad day and went for a pedicure. They offered to do my nails while I was in the comfy chair getting my feet done. Jean, Lynne, Tina and the rest are great. I LOVE THIS SALON!! ALWAYS clean, beautiful environment, and ALWAYS excellent service!! My pedicure and fill- ins are superb and look great until I return. Great conversations and very friendly staff. NEVER disappointed!! Oh, one more thing!! No appointment issues either!!!

Ive been going here for about six months. They are top notch in every way. Gel manicures and pedicures done to perfection; without exception; every single time. Their manicures last until they grow out. Very happy with this salon.

BB nails is always a great experience. The ladies are polite, fun, and professional. I have an extremely busy life and often go a month or longer between fills. I’ve never had an issue with lifting or breaking. Lynn does a fantastic job and beautiful nail art! Than you Lynn for making my nails so beautiful every time I come in. You’re the best!

My first time here was a little rough. I must have gotten a newer technician because she didnt do my acrylic nails properly. But I contacted them, they apologized for the inconvenience and agreed to fix them. They attempted to fix them without soaking them off, but I wasnt happy with that so they completely redid them at no charge. My fill in was done perfectly and I am beyond happy with my experience with them.

After a terrible experience trying to get a pedicure elsewhere I came across a review for this place and I got in immediately and what a terrific price for such an amazing experience and its so clean they actually open the autoclave packet in front of you while you enjoy the wonderful massage chair.

Used to love going here, but the last few times Ive had an appointment, my manicure and pedicure has been over booked, or they took a walk in at my appointment time. Yesterday I had an appointment for 6:30 with my sister, they took my sister and made me sit alongside her while she was worked with...meanwhile, I got a half-assed pedicure with lukewarm water...when I explained I was supposed to be worked the same time as my sister, I explained I made an appointment but apparently its better to be a walk in. The girl mumbled uh huh and took my money for the pedicure and told me to come back tomorrow for my nails. They need a better system, but I wont be back.

The manicure I got was OK. The shapes were all slightly different which I understand can happen, but I had to fix them myself. The person who took my payment didnt ask if I wanted to tip on the card and told me to go use an ATM and pull cash for the tip. The polish was slightly uneven and lumpy. For the price I dont think it was worth what I got, but the manicurist who did my nails was very sweet but did make a couple off color remarks about how certain races like their nails done. Overall the experience wasnt terrible but I wont be going back unless I have a nail emergency which requires immediate attention.

They do a good job, but having an appointment doesnt change the wait time at all. Each time I make an appointment Im still waiting for a long period of time.

I will never go back to this place ! EXTREMELY RUDE! The customer service is terrible! They speak in another language and make fun of customers then start laughing! No one likes to feel uncomfortable like that! The wait is terrible ! So not organized and so unprofessional

Didnt get a smile or any conversation but I did get a bacterial nail infection on my thumb. Worst nail salon I have ever been to!

This place is awesome!!! I went in for a pedi and the service I received was wonderful!!! The care and attention given was so impressive!!! I will definitely return. My feet are soooooo soft and smooth!!!! Love it!!!!

Today was my first time there, had a full set of nails put on but they are so short I should have left my own nails. One of the nails is crooked. Very disappointed. Paid too much for what I received. Wont be going back.

Great service, warm atmosphere and skilled technicians Jean does my nails and they are as thin as my natural nails.ive been going to her for over a year now.
