After 4 years after purchase, I needed some information and original paperwork from the sale of the 50LA-12BK4RG. A very professional young lady named Ireland did everything possible to solve my issue. After sifting through records in another warehouse and fighting off a huge spider, she called me back within 20 minutes with everything I needed.I was most impressed by her above and beyond positive attitude to satisfy the customer. Very unacceptable. I arrived before they opened at 8am and they were completely unprepared for 4 truck including myself...they didnt have any room nor space for the loads and they had no fuel in there forklifts to make space so it delayed the process and my time .

Worst buying experience everI order a trailer from this store and they told me it was going to take 10-12 weeks to build they took down payment on it. It’s been 7 months and they still can’t get it done and they don’t even know when the trailer is going to be ready.If you’re looking to buy a trailer try somewhere else!

Bought a new 70TV-16 Vanguard. Fantastic trailer, well built and was in pristine condition (no shipping scratches, dents, etc.) Angelo and Victoria were very professional, prompt and efficient. I checked all lug nuts, lights, cables, couplers, etc. and everything was tight and ready for the road. Got a great price. Angelo even swapped out the stamped receiver for the forged 21,000# version (more expensive) that I prefer at no extra cost. Couldnt be happier!

Needed a hard to find hub for an odd ball size dexter axle that most places dont carry and they had it. Knowledgeable staff and friendly but the part was good bit more than I expected after looking at prices online. But you know the old saying supply and demand. If you need it right then I guess its worth it just to get you back on the road.

Called out of state in the morning to check on car hauler availability. Was told they had gotten 4 in that morning. Arrived, after a 2 1/2 hour drive, to find out they had put 1 together for me. Several issues occurred that were my fault and they overcame all of them. Had me back on the road as a happy customer. Highly recommended.

Went in having a few questions but was after first one was asked if I had a license? Not sure if they asked due to me looking Hispanic. Walked out and headed to trailers plus.

I have been calling around to find the best trailer that I needed. I spoke to Johnathan Towns he was the most friendliest sales person I spoke with all day. He didnt hesitate on answering any questions I had. It was a couple hour drives but well worth it. I highly recommend Big Tex Trailer World of Marietta and make sure to get with Johnathan Towns he was great.

Do. Not. Buy. Here. There there was a zero star option, I would select it. After two visits, many calls with the sales office, and hours of research we purchased a tow dolly to pull our cross-over behind our RV. We were explicate with them about the vehicle we were pulling with and the vehicle we were towing. We purchased their number one recommendation for tow dolly and hitch. When we got across the country but the fenders were completely cracked and all the electrical compromised. The surge breaks were malfunctioning randomly on the road causing the tow hitch to bend.We originally werent too worried, since our sales guy and even our contract said there were over 70 nationwide locations that we could take this to for service and assistance should there be any problems on the road. Upon arrival, we immediately took it to the Mesa, Arizona location and we were promptly dismissed. They said they don’t carry that line (Tow Master), they didn’t sell it to us and there was absolutely nothing they could or would do. Mind you we had all the paper work with us- At this point we are out $1600 and stranded across the country with a broken tow dolly.There was a family owned store, Diversified Trailers, a certified Master Tow dealer, directly across the street who graciously did an evaluation of the trailer for free- they said we were oversold and they would never have allowed someone off their lot with this tow dolly for the vehicle we were towing and the vehicle we were towing it with.We then called the Marietta location and explained the situation. After 20 calls and voicemails with no return phone call, we finally got through. We were dismissed again. The store manager on duty explained that once the tow dolly left the lot they are no longer responsible and the only thing that we could do was take it to a certified Master Tow mechanic and have it fixed according to the warrantee. So now we are out $1600, stranded in AZ over 2000 miles from home. Diversified Trailers was a certified mechanic for Master Tow, but couldnt do anything under the warrantee as it was now null and void due to the capacity in which we were using the trailer at the guidance of Big Tex Marietta. We were forced to abandon the tow dolly at Diversified Trailers and sell our car in order to get our family safely back to Georgia.We were stunned at the lack of response from Big Tex and their unwillingness to work with us. We asked for a refund or replacement and were flat out denied- with zero accountability or empathy. We would have been happy with a partial refund or money toward an upgraded trailer.

I was in the market for a dump trailer . Called a few places and talked to Marietta big Tex . I live about 1-15 min away in west ga . I spoke to Angelo which is the store manager . And told him it would be about 1-1/2 hours before I could get there . He said he had to put a trailer together for me it would be fine . About 12:45 rolls around as I’m on the way . He says they close at 1 and wanted to know if I’d be there in 10min . I told him I was 45 min away but on the way there . He basically told me he was not going to wait that long . And he would contact me the following week . Completely unacceptable to do a customer that way . Especially when it’s a sales based business and someone is on the way to purchase something for $10k guaranteed. He did follow up the following week . I told him not to worry about selling me something now that it is convenient for him . Also if one of my sales guys treated my customers this way. I’d fire him without hesitation . Incredibly unprofessional !
