Absolutely the WORST customer service I have ever encountered. Deplorable. Unacceptable.

Worst internet service by far

Welp I give this company a 1 star, Id give them a 0 star if that was possible, but 1 star is the lowest I can go.but Drac... why would you give a net provider with such affordable prices a 1 star rating?!Simple, this company provides the internet service to Alta Tec that they then provide to residents who choose Alta Tec over crapacom.What do we here in Alta pay? Well far more than any of you in storm lake.We pay $80 for 30 mbps download, while upload is like 1 to 2 mbs.... that is the best deal we can get as RESIDENTIAL internet, but the small ma and pa shops can get some better upload speed just costs more.So yeah sucks to be in Alta if you wish to be a streamer and such.

If you want reliable, fast and easy access, play video games and watch Netflix at the same time. This is not for you believe me, dont do it better of going to a different company, bad service with 30 mins plus calls, and cant even run one internet user at all. Save your money and dont bother with this garbage company.

Best internet service in town, hands down.

They closed too long and the payment that was made by phone was not efficient as they left me no other option than to change companies
