I’ve never been nicked/cut so many times in one nail session—I lost count. He was going way too fast, and cut a nail so short that it bled. Then when he slowed down, he still continued to get the tool against my skin multiple times. He forgot to take the excess dip off one finger, so then had to drill it off when it had dried. Now that I’m home in better light, I can see how terrible of a paint job it was too. 😩 There’s even a fuzzy stuck under the paint and a chunk of dip/nail missing on the side of one finger.This was my 2nd attempt with the owner. The first time, I just wanted one broken nail fixed, but he took the polish off 3. I had to pull my hand away because I told him 3x and he wasn’t listening—just kept removing the gel nail polish. This time I had to repeat myself over and over too, and ultimately he still didn’t paint what I’d asked. I hear “Van” is good and two other good ladies left and opened their own salon in North Salt Lake. Good luck!

I called and made an appointment for 5:30, I rushed home and got there at 5:25. They sat me in the chair with my feet in the water and was told it would be a few minutes. 10 mins he said just a few more minutes. 40 minutes later I asked for a towel and he said no no I have someone. Yet they sat 2 more people and started on them. Trying to book as many people as possible is not good business. I would have rather he said sorry we are booked. Customer service doesn’t mean grab every dollar you can get, greed is not the answer.

Terrible quality,, the workers always trying to rush and end up doing a terrible job. I’ve been to this nail salon a few times, thinking the next time will be better if I get a good nail tech, but always end up with bleeding cuticles. This time I got three bleeding fingers, one of them was bleeding so much, the old lady doing my nails kept putting some liquid that was making it hurt more, I asked her if it was alcohol but because she didn’t speak English she just nodded and kept applying that stuff until my cuticle started getting black, then she managed to cut a chunk off my cuticle off another finger.Is the next day and all my cuticles feel really tender and the one finger still looks a little black and swollen.

These guys are great. They are good at getting you an appointment on the same day and are very polite. They are very clean. They are also very fast, which can be good and bad. If you want a quick appointment it’s awesome. If you want to relax and not feel rushed that is not something you will get here. Even with the rushed feeling, I love these guys and will continue to go back.

Ombre Dipped Nails are Great! Same day appointment was awesome! I called early afternoon and was able to go in by late afternoon. Very busy salon... I dont recommend walk-in unless, its early morning. Ive been there a couple of times now and all techs are equally, talented.

I always get great service here. I love their pedicures and dip and powder nails. It is also lower in cost and they do their best to get me in even when they are busy.

I just got done getting my nails done and they are horrible. I have gone here multiple times and I have always loved them. I got the one man and he was one rough, and two made two of my fingers bleed. My nails look like I just did them myself.I went back into the ivy after i sat in the parking lot wondering what to do and saw the guy that did my nails leave. I went in told them, and they looked and one of the lady’s said go sit down i’ll fix them, other than the shape, she really did fix them, and i ended up being satisfied for what I could. I seriously love ivy, but I will make sure NOT to get the man.

I have been to Ivy multiple times with good results. One issue that I have noticed in their business is that they repeatedly offer lower services to younger girls. I have seen young girls peddled around the shop, lectured for their choices, and treated much worse than any lady is. My sister went in for her birthday with a friend and I expected a high quality due to the fact they always do so well with me. They messed up every hand, doing less-than-par designs, and switched her 4 separate times. I was shocked that the owner kept letting people walk in the door for full sets despite the fact they were telling people with appointments to wait. An exceptionally bad business day with a 45 min appointment turning into a 2 hr and 30 minute nightmare.

They have the best pedicures around! I highly recommend the deluxe. Its worth the extra few dollars!

I have been going to Ivy once a month for about 3+ years. All the techs are great, but Van and Natalie are the best of the best! They are both very talented and quick about their work. This last time I went on 12/20, I am so completely in love with my dip manicure. Natalie did an absolutely beautiful job!! My gel pedicure was also very beautiful.

I’ve been happiest with my nails done when going to Ivy Nails. They get me in and out in a timely manner. Pedicures are great!! I was a regular at my nail salon back home for 20 years, I am a regular here!

Get the dip! Good for your nails and very rarely breaks in between visits. You can make an appointment or just walk in.

Ivy Nails is always the best. The very cleanest salon in Tooele. Very classy decor. Only the best nail tecnitions. I wont go anywhere else.

Well, all I can say is they have redeemed themselves! I’m so happy with the new management very customer service oriented. The new techs they have ARE ALL SO TALENTED! Appointments are taken back on time, rates are cheaper then the usual 45-50 I use to pay. I’m so glad the old Ivy Nails is back! :) I will continue to give them my business!

After years of nail biting and picking I did not think my nails would ever look nice. Astonishingly Mira with her talent has made my nails beautiful. In fact another client came in and thought they were natural. I love my nails and they are lightweight and feel so natural. If you are a biter visit Ivy Nails its such an amazing experience.

They do a great job, I made an appointment and only waited about 10 minutes to get in, they also made sure my sister and I were sitting together for our pedicures which was nice.Some of the lines on my toes were not very straight, but overall the job looks good. My sister asked for a certain design and told the woman which # she liked. The lady wouldnt look for the design and just did it in her head. It didnt look good or what my sister wanted, so someone else came and fixed it before we left, which was a little extra time, but it ended up looking better than it started.

It’s a very good place, the staff and the workers are very nice. I go there almost every month to get a pedicure and they do them absolutely great. I totally give this place a 5 star rating and I recommend you all come here.

Best place in town to get your nails done. I visited a couple before I found ivy nails. Amy has always taken good care of me. She is very skilled in her work. I always love my nails! The owner really cares about great customer service.

They do an amazing pedicure. I love the deluxe for only $36 but their regular pedi is still great at $26.

I have had pedicures in some top rated salons and the quality and price for service at the Ivy Nails in Tooele has far surpassed any experience I”ve had elsewhere. My husband and I have a pedicure each month and have absolutely enjoyed the service and care provided.by Lynn and Cindy. I highly recommend this nail salon.

My wife asked for pricing beforehand for exactly what she wanted. Was told 45 at the front. At the end nothing was added and was charged 50. So much for a tip and the final straw for them and our business

Came in and got my nails done, they turned out great other than the lady who did them. She was very rude and rough and kept being alittle aggressive and shooing my hands away and kept pulling my hands. And the other lady doing my friends nails made her bleed more than once. I’ll be sticking to going to nails.

10 workers on floor and still no one acknowledged my presence when I walked in. I stood looking for someone to give me eye contact and ask what I needed done. Even though there were a few technicians that walked by me, nobody asked...not even to say we will be with you soon.I looked on the front desk and there was no sign in sheet? I stood for a few minutes waiting for a greeter....or even a hello. I decided to sit and wait. I waited another 10 minutes before a technician finished her customer.She asked me what I wanted, and then another lady came over just to tell me they were no longer accepting customers. Why did they both ask me what I wanted, and then quote me different prices, and then tell me they were no longer receiving customers? They should have said that when I walked in the door. They have a big bell by the door, they heard me come in.I was the only person left and they still had one hour and 30 minutes before close. They couldnt even do a simple acrylic backfill with a polish in a hour. Its $30 for a $15 back fill !wow. I cant believe people in Tooele pay these over prices for this ridiculous customer service. Get some work ethics, hospitality, and class like all the other nail salons. Woman should come here to relax and your job is to help them feel good about your product and your service. They shouldnt walk away feeling like it was a waste of time.

Purchased a deluxe pedicure gift certificate for a very pregnant friend which she used immediately. She says they treated her like a queen and the guy did an amazing job. The pedicure included hot stones, a scrub, paraffin and some kind of perfumed leg rub. Wish I couldve been with her!

I went here two months ago and it was ok. I came back recently and they really changed! They had great new workers and service. All these bad reviews are from months ago but they really changed! If you are looking for a good place, this is it! 5/5

I have been to this salon several times and only had positive experiences. I was pleasantly surprised at how much time they take on each customer and the quality of the work. I get a basic manicure (no tips) and spa pedicure. Mediocre nail places just focus on the nails, but Ivy nails takes time to really make the cuticles look nice. The environment is pleasant also. It is relaxing and does not smell strongly of chemicals, like some places do.Because they are good, they are frequently busy. But, they never make anyone wait for a long time.

I love this place! I have always had great experience with this place. The ladies are very talented! I always recommend ivy nails to friends and family.I went today and the ladies went above and beyond expectations! My sister has a stalker and he showed up and they offered to lock the doors so he couldnt get in. These ladies are amazing! Will always come back!

They cut my every single time I go there! I’ve been there twice and never left with a good experience. The Ivy nails is way better and has way better customer Service! Everyone I know that has gone to this place has hated abs can say the same about they cutting you. They don’t care .

This nail place does novice work. They don’t listen to your design ideas, they are really bad with stickers, they charge a different price every time for the same product, and don’t think about asking for a design cause they are horrible at it. The only good thing about this place is, that is open the latest

Me and my daughter went here for a girls day out and she got the princess pedicure and manicure they treated her AMAZINGLY!!!!! which in turn made my experience very amazing! They are amazing!! I wont go anywhere else!!

My daughter and I drive from Salt Lake a few times a year just to have pedicures at Ivy Nails. The salon is clean, the staff is friendly and the pedicures are reasonably priced and the best weve had. Highly recommended.

Had a few issues with some of my nails, I went in and they fixed it to my liking and I’m very satisfied with the results!!

They do a great job, but I feel like they jack the price up o and me every time. I tell them no manicure and I still soak in the bubbles and get lotion (guess thats the manicure) then get charged the additional $10 for the manicure

Salon was clean, and employees seemed nice enough. My major problems were that when the man was trying to scrub my foot he cut my foot because he was scrubbing so hard and my gel pedicure looks like it’s weeks old after just a few hours. He failed to paint all the way down to my cuticle and cover my whole entire nail. I really wanted to like this place but it was definitely the worst pedicure that I’ve ever had.

Called in and lady was very rude and hung up on my while I was trying to make an appointment. Their nails are usually great but if they want to keep a customer I’d recommend having better customer service.

My FAVORITE place to get a pedicure and Ive been many places. You get way more bang for your buck. They offer awesome services and the staff has always been nice and (most important) CLEAN!! I live in Orem and I come all the way to Tooele to get my toes done.

They all were so sweet and did an amazing job they really take their time to make sure you’re 100% happy I really loved their work and customer service! I will always go to them now and I live an hour away!!

Best pedi ever. I have gone to salt lake for nails and pedis and no one comes close to the quality and service at ivy nails.

The nail job they did was bad. Crooked nails and the acrylic job made my nails bulky and fat looking. I would go back to get them fixed, but I saw them refuse to help a girl fix her crooked nail job saying that it was her natural nail that was crooked.

Today she did my nails perfectly, thank you.

Ive gotten my nails done here a few times, good nails, nice people, a little pushy with the up sale but its okay.

The worst pedi I have ever had. I have been going to Ivy from the day they opened because of todays experience, Up until today they have been really great, but now they want to rush and let people that have no idea how to give a proper pedi half a** do it. The chair was constantly making loud a noise and didnt offer to change chairs because they had just cleaned the others. The mopped the floor and then turned the fan on high. They left half the Polish on my toes. Cut them so short I have nothing left. Good place for nails, pedicures all! On star rating for pedi is -5
