Like so many others in the Lansing area our basement flooded in the recent monsoons of 2021. I called On Demand in a panic to order a dumpster for all of the flooring, drywall and other debris we needed to dispose of ASAP. They could not have been any more rapid in their response (it arrived within 30 mins) and great to work with. Weve since ordered another 10 yard dumpster with exactly the same high quality of customer service and response. On Demand Dumpsters is an excellent small business that we love to support and will be offering referrals to anyone and everyone who asks.

I havent rented dumpsters before but Tracey made me feel totally at ease! We ended up needing a second dumpster at the last minute. She was able to get another delivery and pick up of the full dumpster in less than an hour on a Friday! I cannot say enough great things about this company and I highly recommend them!

Got their smallest dumpster for a front porch tear out. Dumpster was there early the day they said it would be, picked up the day after I called. No surprise costs. They were by far the most cost effective in the Lansing area.The driver even swept my driveway after he picked up the dumpster. Great company, will use again!!!

She also told me how to pack the dumpster to ensure full use. She was spot on in her advice. She answered all my questions and made sure I knew their safety polices and what couldnt be discarded.
