Excellent service, friendly staff. Especially the one in Truckee. Highly recommend
Only cleaner in town that could turn my suit around in a pinch. Stayed open late for me. Cant be happier!
Great job cleaning my chef jackets and I thought the price was quite fair. Will return again.
I am not a review writer. However, people need to know what they are getting into. There is no other cleaners to choose from in Tahoe City or Truckee so this place is really it for options.I have been going for 4 years with work clothes, sweaters, etc.I have had items cleaned and repaired. They used to have great staff. The young girls working there now are not friendly and seem bothered when you walk-in. You will find them on their phones and very unhelpful. They dont care about your needs. I have had to have things requested to be redone and I LIVE 40 MINUTES AWAY.In a nutshell, the costs are so high in itself and you are greeted with poor service and could risk coming back to have you things retreated and have to pay again. Apparently, they no longer do lint removal anymore on nice sweaters??This place really needs to step it up and firstly by hiring new staff that shows sympathy for the high costs you will pay. Im sure the owners mean the best but hopefully this review will help them improve. This is an update: When you think you couldnt have a more worse experience, well my family did. This company could careless about their Tahoe Truckee customers. Months ago we dropped off and paid for a small repair of buttons on a heirloom small pillow. We went to pick it up on multiple occasions and it was not returned, the time it was, the repair was not done, we paid too much for it to begin with. Dropped it back off and by no means is a trip to this cleaners convenient to where we live on the west shore. We have now gone by two more times to pick up this pillow and the poor gal at the desk is so apologetic and says that this company could care less about its clients. 4 months in and we havent gotten this special pillow back which we were told there will not repair which would take a needle and a thread and a few minutes. This company is disgraceful. You should be ashamed of yourselves.
I turned in my entire uniform line from the high school music department and the work was well done and completed in a timely manner. It was a bit more expensive than Reno but they were close and gave the school a discount. I am going back to them again.
Way over priced and the staff is rude and talks down to the customers if you call them out. Turn around time is about 5 days. You’re better off flying to Reno from Truckee airport to save on cost.
They are certainly incredibly expensive. They wanted $19 to dry clean my suit? Ive been getting suits cleaned for 30 years & have never paid more then $14 but perhaps Page is expensive because they send EVERYTHING out...?
Total rip off. $8 for a mens dress shirt. I dropped of three mens dress shirts and a pair of pants which cost $45 to $50.
Bobby Pages Dry Cleaning is a rip off. Save your money and go to Reno to get your dry cleaning done by real professionals. Its expensive and takes too long because they ship all the stuff to their hub in Reno. The dry cleaning is double the cost of any other cleaner I have ever been to. They provide horrible shoe shines for $20, and if you would like a repair on a piece of clothing, say a 1 inch rip seam, it will cost $15, which normally is < $5 (I was told the work would be complementary since they ripped my suit pants and the pants were not completely clean and I sent them back a second time. They would not give me them back until I paid $15 which was supposed to be free). I paid nearly $60 and went to the shop 3 times to get my suit and shoes done, it is outrageous. These people are grade A shysters and I do not recommend their business to any one in the area.
Thanks for the great job on my shirts and suits
