Went here yesterday after 2 years of not being able to find even a decent place to get my nails consistently done at and they were wonderful! They even got me right in. Im so happy to have found a friendly place who does an absolute beautiful job with nails. Ive found my spot finally! Thank you to Kim who did a beautiful set of nails on me.

I am normally really happy with Bella Nails. They normally do a good job. However, I took my granddaughter, my friend and her daughter and we did not have a great experience. I came in asking for the dip. I was told to wait for someone else. She told me that she was putting tips on because longer is better. I was trying to grow out my natural nail. She cut every nail down right away. My friend left with glue underneath every one of her nails. So, my advice is to make an appointment with someone you know.

This was my first time in this nail salon, my daughter and I loved our nails!!!!!! They did a very clean job. Though I was a sad that the lady didn’t ask if I wanted a design in my nails. :( i was really hoping for something different. I saw a picture in the reviews with flowers. So I figured they would be able to do something like that. Overall I did enjoy the experience the lady’s were very sweet.Definitely recommend them.

Very good service. My mom and I were super relaxed during our pedicure. I brought my 5 year old daughter in and they painted her nails and toenails and even did a cute flower!

They make my nails look fabulous every time. Theyre also very friendly and know what to do with my nails, even when I cant decide. They also are very good at fixing mistakes that other salons make and offer great recommendations.

Ive been going to nail salons for over 25 years now. Bella is my favorite for service, price point, convenience and cleanliness. Tiffany and Lana are my go to girls for nails. They are meticulous artists. Love their work! Mimi gives an amazing pedicure. I travel for work all over the wasatch front. Ive had to choose other salons out of necessity. Bella beats them all!

I normally love bellas. Been going there for years. But lately they charge me more than before with less care and quality! This last visit has left me considering a new venue. My fingers ache from the way I was being handled, and my nails look like I did them myself at home! I kept speaking up and was ignored!!!

This place is the BEST! Tiffany did a fabulous manicure and you cant beat Henrys pedicure at any price. My claws and paws have found a home!

The employees today (this is not the first) were having fun speaking another language about the snow falling and couldnt involve the customers in the shop. Because of that I felt awkward. I so wish I could have laughed with them. I showed a picture of what I wanted. Did not get that. I gave a tip wishing it could go to the one person

Huge rip off. This is my first time getting my nails done in Tooele County. I didnt know how much a full set of acrylic nails would cost. So I called Bella Nails and ask them how much they would charge for a full set I was quoted $30. I get to the salon for my appointment and I tell the lady that I would like light-colored pinkish nail polish on top of regular tips. She agreed. Then I asked for almond shape nails to what she said it would cost me an additional $20. I was surprised and said oh okay dot-dot-dot I guess I will just stick with square then. I then changed my mind about the color I wanted and ask for a whitish color instead to which she replied that will be $10 extra. To which I again replied oh okay nevermind Ill just stick with the pinkish clear one then. After all was said and done she still charged me $40 for a full set with not even a color on my nails. She had asked me toward the end of my nails getting done where we lived and I told her right next to the golf course. I assume she thought that I had money and thought that I should just pay extra money cuz I was a brat. If people are quoted $30 on the phone dont they think that theyre going to be a little bit suspicious as to why theyre charged $40 for a very basic set of nails? Do they not want returning customers?There was nothing special about the nails I got and yet they were an additional $10 for no reason at all. Theyre ripoff artists.

Terrible experience. They had to do my nails twice while I was there. The first time looked so terrible. They redid them and they still didn’t look good but they were better than the first time. Now only 1 week later they are chipped and coming off. I will never go back. Don’t waste your money here.

They are amazing!!! I went to nails this morning for a nude stilletto set and it was awful!!! They were crooked and way to ling, i didnt even let the lady finish, i went to Sallys to get some thing to fix them and the girl at Sallys recommended bella nails, theyre perfect exactly what i asked for so much better then nails!!!! Go to bellas Ill never go anywhere else

I have gone here the past three years and this time I was so rushed! I payed $45.00 for a pedicure that lasted 35 min! Um yeah, NOT ok! The lady that did my nails was so rude and slapped my hand and said switch. I will never return to this nail salon.

Had my nails done on Friday for a wedding. Had an appointment with the rest of the bridal party and we were rushed through and brushed aside because of overbooking. The lady who did my nails didnt listen to what I wanted and now not even a week later, the gel is peeling off my nails. I work in a salon and know that this should not be happening. It was a rushed job and very careless. Im mad I wasted money on something I could have had done at my own salon with much better quality.

I was so pleased with how Kim did my nails, she really listened to what I wanted, super thin down to how I wanted them shaped, she made sure all of the tips were straight and took her time to make sure it was done right

Was really disappointed. I usually never get my nails done just because it’s so expensive. My husband surprised me with a gift card here and I was super excited to go get my nails done finally. I tried to make an appointment 3 separate times and each time they told me to come later. I called and finally got an appointment. I picked out a picture of how I wanted them. The worker just started doing my nails without asking what I even wanted. I stopped her and asked her if she could do it like the picture and the worker just looked at it and said we can’t do that (it was super simple too, just two different colors, not any fancy designs) so she gave me the nail polish colors and I picked on and she said we don’t have it and just handed me the colors again. I finally found one they had and it seemed like they just rushed me through as fast as possible. The worker didn’t say another word to me other than wash your hands and put your hand under the light and your done. Really bad customer service. Didn’t feel important just felt like they wanted to get me in and out as fast as possible. Would’ve walked out if I didn’t have a gift card. :/

I wanted acrylic nails in purple. She did the acrylic and gel nail. They were very think and I hated them. She scraped the file on my skin two different places and ended up cutting me. I went to Anne nails to get them fixed.

Called ahead to ensure they were open to run in for a last minute Christmas purchase, told them I was leaving now. They said they were open, but wouldnt give me hours. Sure enough I got there and they were closed. An hour on Christmas eve wasted. Thanks.

This is the only nail salon I have gone to for a year in Tooele and I usually get the same lady every time but I went in yesterday and I’m not sure who I got but she was getting so frustrated with me because I was asking for colors that I guess they don’t have and I would ask her to do a design that she can’t do not only that she rushed so fast on my nails all of them are different shapes and sizes and I’m so disappointed because I love going there.. I don’t think I will be going back after that she was so rude and I just am so upset about my nails

They were quick, nails are ok, but the service was terrible. They dont really talk to you, which is fine with me, but when they do speak to you they are extremely rude and make rude comments

Bella Nails-I called to pay for my daughter getting her nails done ( it was a surprise ) and was told I could not pay over the phone cause the fees are to much. I would have paid the stupid fees and you nail tech would have had an amazing tip. Now due to the inconvenience on this you have lost two customers.

Ask for Amy I usually have her do my pedicures and she does such an amazing job and takes her time!

I used to go to this place all the time but then 3 separate incidents happened and it changed my opinion of them for the negative. The 1st time was when I made an appointment to have my nails done for my birthday when I showed up Tony my nail technician started doing my nails but then he said Oh, Im sure you dont mind me switching you off and having someone else do your nails because I double booked another customer. Well I did mind but he had already walked away and was sitting at the pedicure area while I was still sitting at the manicure area so I just thought that it was strange and it upset me but no one seemed to care. I went back a second time but the 2nd time I went back he told me I needed to wait for 10 minutes and he would be with me I told him that I had a very important appointment in town and that I had to be done on time he assured me he would only be a 10 minutes -- well it was a 45 minute wait and I did talk to him about it and said that I was not happy at all. The 3rd and final time that I went there I asked for my card to be punched as it had never been punched for the last 2 times and I had almost $200 worth of services that needed to be entered on my card I asked Tony to remember to punch my card well he didnt remember and that was it for me I feel like the more that I went there the less and less and less well they treated me. I feel that the old saying is true, Familiarity breeds contempt.

My friend and I waitied for 40+ minutes and they helped 3 other women who walked in after us, before they helped us. Disappointed. The lady told us to sit down and shed be with us in 5. She kept looking at us while she helped the other women and sat them down. Pretty bitchy if you ask me.

Been going here for a long time for acrylic nails and pedicures but NEVER AGAIN. They DO NOT allow service dogs. They will treat you like garbage and rush you out if you bring in a service dog. The service is horrible and you are not welcome. DO NOT GO HERE. AVOID!!!!
