The first time I went to get my nails done and they were so great and kind. I was so happy I called my Mother in law and asked her to go with me and get Pedicures. It was amazing!! I recommend Anna Nails to everyone. I cant wait to go back for another pedicure 😃

I have been twice now to Anna nails and my first time was horrible my full set looked so bad and none of my nails were even somewhat the same.. Iv always heard good things about this place so i decided to try them one more time and once again i am so disappointed! My husband normally doesn’t care for my nails and when i came home he noticed and told me they were bad.. Not to mention the pricing for what they give you is not worth it at all. Do not recommend.

I love Anna and Wendy I work graveyard weekends and I sent a message online and they replied within 5 mins and said I could come early so I could get to bed .... How sweet are they and I love my Mani Pedi.

The lady who did my nails cut me multiple times and they were crooked and bumpy. At first I said I liked them until I left and looked closer at my nails. I asked for a refund and they only wanted to give me $20, mind you I paid $50. She cut me so bad that I had to take pain pills the next morning because they stung and the lady who did my nails said I just have thin skin but Ive gotten my nails done many times and have never had that happen. I would not reccomend if youre wanting acrylic nails.

I just had the most relaxing pedicure. They took their time and were not rushed even though they had some customers waiting. The service was amazing. If your looking for a relaxing atmosphere and someone to really take their time to make you feel nice then this is the place. I have been to many nail salons here in Tooele and Annas is by far the best. I have no words to describe how great my morning was and I will never go anywhere else for my pedicures!!

Anna is wonderful! She took the time to soak off my old set of acrylics instead of just ripping them off like most places I’ve been too. She took her time shaping and sanding them perfectly and made sure I was happy with every step of the process!

Toys! Nails were uneven the gel polish was not applied even and hardened ugly. The nail tech was rushedMy nails were done as cheaply and I could have had better luck buying glue on nails from the dollar store. Will never go back.

Bad bad bad they have fake pictures of the work they do. They don’t put on the gel evenly and some of my nails weren’t the same length. I would give them a 0 if I could. Waste of money I suggest finding someone on Instagram that post their actual work. I literally was there for 2 hours and the nails were still ugly.

So I went here on Monday and got my nails done and one of my nails was lifting so I went back on Tuesday expecting to pay a small fee to have the nail repaired and they did it for free theyve done an amazing job every time Ive been in there and I highly recommend all of the people at the shop.

The lady that waxed my eyebrows did a horrible job. On eyebrow is half the length and half the width of the other eyebrow. Ive never been so embarrassed with the way I look. This place butchered my eyebrows

I decided to go here because of how high the rating was, it was a 4.7 star rating. I convinced my friend that already has a specific nail lady to come with me (her nails ended up bad too). My nails were crooked and all different lengths, they didnt even do the color I wanted, and one of them fell off by itself in 5 days, and 4 were lifting at the same time. All of them were off in less than 2 weeks. All of my natural nails were badly damaged, and they ended up grinding down my actual skin instead of my nail a couple times which hurt really badly. Im still surprised I didnt get some kind of infection or fungus! I payed $75 for that disaster! Wayyyy overpriced! Not satisfied at all. I will never go back. Not even a free set could get me to go back. I thought about going back to have them fix them, but i decided i didnt want them to do them again after what happened.This was also my first time ever getting my nails done, and after that, im not sure i ever want to get them done again :(

I had a great experience, and an issue that came up, my tech made me feel a bit better about the situation. I forgot to ask for her name, she was wearing a necklace with an initial K. I will be going back soon and taking my sister in law when she comes to visit!

They fixed me nails that I hadn’t had a good experience with. They helped me take the nails off and redo them. I think I found me new go to place :)

I was excited to try a new place that advertised stiletto nails, but was very disappointed in the end.They switched who was working on my nails halfway through, because only one person working there speaks English, then they were trimming my natural nails she was in a rush so didnt check where the clippers were and took a big chunk of skin out front under my nail and I bled all under my nail. Took my set off a few weeks later, and four of my nails are green, which is a nail fungus. Was told a different price at the beginning even after showing them the design I wanted, and by the end the price had doubled. My mom had nail art done and they couldnt figure out how to do it and they were so ugly I had to do a color change for her as soon as we got home because by that point we had already been there 3.5 hours. We received $10 off coupons but we will not be back.

Very disappointing. I have had my nails almost 2 weeks and they have already lifted or fallen off. I have had nails that stayed on for 4 and half weeks with no lifting. They will not fix it cause it’s past a week I had a nail fall off today and they would fix that one, great! But then rest look bad. I’ll take my business somewhere else.

I absolutely love this place! Its so nice to get free lotions and the staff are very nice! I also like how they offer drinks for u and all of that.

This was by far my worse experience ever with getting my nails done! The technician was super nice but in my opinion very inexperienced. I had 6 out of 10 nails break and totally ruined my own nails. I will never go back to this place and do not recommend it either, besides being expensive, by far my worse experience ever and this was the second time I went!

Went to Bella nails and I hated them. I came to Annas and she fixed them. She was very friendly and made sure I like them before I left. I also got a free hand wax which made my hands softer than they have ever been. I dont normaly get my nails done because I dont like how thick they are. She made them thin and they look like natural nails. I will never go anywhere else.

Beautiful place, but I had an appointment for today at 3:15.....they didn’t call me back until 3:45, where I then just sat there with my feet in the water until 4:00 when I finally decided to leave. The water was getting cold and I was getting annoyed. Disappointed because I took time out of my busy schedule, paid for a baby sitter, and I never even got to get my pedicure.Shocker. Tried it again today. 11 months later. Had appointment for 2pm.... got seated at 2:30 and now it’s 3pm just sitting here waiting to be helped with cold water.DONT ACCEPT APPOINTMENTS IF YOU CANT HONOR THEM AND STAY ON SCHEDULE!My niece is still waiting and it’s been an hour and 45 minutes.

The staff is very friendly, unfortunately the quality of the nails, in my opinion, isnt anywhere worth the price. I had one nail lift 3 days after I had them done, they kindly fixed it for me, which was awesome. Here I am a little over a week after having them, 3 have fallen off the integrity of the nails is slowly diminishing, the shape isnt keeping. And they look terrible. Unfortunately I dont think Ill be back. Staff is super nice though.

The lady that did my nails was rushing and if i did not understand her she would get mad and repeat herself in an angry voice. my nails are uneven and the side profile of them looks horrible. my acrylic nails are paper thin and they’re original price was 30$ but when i added 2 designs for 5$ each it ended up being 55 dollars total, never going back!
