We moved two years ago to Saranac and obtained Ionia Unlimited for Internet coverage. I work from home so reliable, and fast coverage is vital. I cannot say enough GOOD things about their services AND people. Grateful we found a small town business we can support who provides exemplary services. Id rate a 10 if I could!

We live on a dirt road in the woods where nothing is available and what is does not work. Called Ionia unlimited and after a lot of fine tuning and patience on their behalf we have a great signal! Thanks Adam!Definitely recommend!!

At first internet was great then we started having problems. We have to un plug modem and let it reset multiple times a day. Have been waiting for about a month maybe longer for new modem. Only response we get is it has been ordered. It is not going to work to well for my childs schooling.

I cant say enough great things about this internet service! Not only is the service very affordable, the customer service is amazing! We live far out in a weird location where little to no internet service exists, but we were able to get internet service through Ionia Unlimited. Due to tree coverage surrounding my home, Ive been using the LTE service provided by Ionia Unlimited. When we initially moved into our home in a rural area, I explored all of the available internet options and was unable to find anything that allowed for the remote conferencing I needed to work remotely. When we switched to Ionia Unlimited, I was not optimistic about the LTE service, but its exceeded all expectations. Service has been fantastic. Ive had very few disruptions in service, but when we did have an outage lasting several days, Adam was responsive to the issue, very communicative, and addressed billing appropriately on his own accord. Would absolutely recommend the service.

Ionia Unlimited has been great! Adam has gone out of his way to find the best solution for my needs and location. Their options are vast and allow for practically anyone to receive internet from them. I have tried two other local WISPs one with great customer support but slow speeds and the other with decent customer support and decent speeds. Ionia Unlimited has great customer service and great speeds! Every time I have reached out to them they have responded that same day. Give them a shout, you wont be disappointed!

Being out in the country we have limited options for high speed internet. After using another provider based in Ionia, we switched to Ionia Unlimited and haven’t looked back.

I have called and called because Im looking for a different Internet provider. The site doesnt show prices and cant speak to anyone on the phone. So how can I even find out if I want to go with them? They have good ratings but Im wondering how? If you have a problem then cant get ahold of anyone?
