They were so fast and so clean! I loved the service so much! The only reason I didn’t give five stars because I still had so much dead skin left on my feet after the pedicure. They women were so nice! I got nicked on my toe (which can happen & it’s completely fine) the lady was so nice and gentle after I could tell she felt so bad ! They were caring and so sweet ! If I’m ever in tooele I will definitely be going back ! I love my toes and my finger nails!

I got a gel manicure and my two daughters got regular polish. Their polish lasted a day. My GEL lasted THREE days. Then every single nail was chipping. By day 5 all of the gel polish was practically gone so I picked the rest off. I am so disappointed at the quality. Bit even last a few days. I will not return Herd. My guess is the technician didn’t put a top coat on to finish the nails.

One of my nails broke after three days. I returned to have repaired. I was told by the owner at front desk it is $5. I handed him my card to pay and expressed my disappointment in returning so soon for a nail repair. He told me “fine I will cancel your appointment for a fill and pedicure on the 21st. My nails and toes are both gel polish. This brings my appointment to well over one hundred dollars. I am flabbergasted! What terrible service. I did not expect free repair, I was simply expressing my disappointment in the quality of work from last week’s services, in hopes the owner would care and look in to the possible issues.

This is a great salon, they get you in quick, and they do a good job, I had some nails lift after a few days one time going there, and they gave me a great discount, and made it right. The prices are great here! I have only been disappointed once, and like I said they made it right. My nails are always perfect.

I have been getting my a manicure and pedicure every 2 weeks for 3 years. I was there Saturday to get a mani pedi for vacation. I woke up this morning with one of my nails with gel peeling. If someone could contact me today and make an exception to go in today to fix it before I leave that would be wonderful. Its a great place friendly service and very relaxing. I recommend them to all my friends. I really need this nail fixed though.Update : I received a call right away from Dan to fix my nail. Wonderful customer service. Love this place. 😀 thank you

Called in Saturday afternoon to see if i could hopefully get in last minute because my husband and i were going to wendover for our 15 year Anniversary and he said come right on over. He even picked a beautiful blingy color for me as i couldnt decide very kind and relaxing enviroment. I will be going back this is gonna be my go to nail place from now on! Van did my nails and helped me pick a design for Valentines and she did an outstanding job my nails are beautiful and very classy. They are perfect. Thank you Nails! If you are a person of color I highly recommend that you DO NOT come here. Although the women are quite friendly in the beginning as soon as you start to tell them the issues with the service that YOU as a CUSTOMER are paying for, they become quite agitated. A nail technician told a friend of mine “I don’t know why you’re complaining” and when brought to the white gentlemen’s attention ( which I believe is the owner) his only response was “okay, I’ll talk to her” no apology and no sincerity. Not a nice first impression on military personnel. AGAIN.. PEOPLE OF COLOR PLEASE STAY AWAY!!!!!

They do try to upsell you in the moment and if youre not paying attention you wont really realize it so be careful. But the older gentleman who did my pedicure was really great otherwise.

I have mixed feelings about this place. Sometimes they do great and sometimes they do horrible. I’ll ask for coffin and they don’t file them enough so they look oval, I have bled a couple times, I’ve asked for a seasoned technician and they just said they can’t, their prices are a bit high, but I usually get a great set despite me having to adjust them and file them to my liking

The nail techs were very nice. I took my daughters in with me for a girly day. It was my 10 year olds first mani. Her tech treated her so well. It was a great experience. The reason for only giving 3 stars, however, is because the gel peeled off within days. My 10 year olds peeled by day 2. Mine chipped at the tips and started to peel at the base within a week.

My daughter paid for a pedicure for me for mothers day the girl who did my feet barely touched them i still have very dry heels i could have paid my sister to do it and got a better job done on my feet and they are not very social just handed me a paper with prices thats about it the only part i liked was the calf massage. was not worth the 32 bucks plus i wanted the deluxe not the basic. I was in and out of there in less than 30 mins, I dont know what to say other than i want my pedicure done right and the deluxe like i asked please. I also gave a 5 dollar tip but didnt see how bad of a job she had done til i got home. I would put up photos but not sure how to.

Locally owned and operated. Naik techs do a wonderful job listening to how you want your nails done. VI always does my wifes nails and they always look great.

Nails! Was a pleasant experience for me, updated and comfortable, lots of nail technicians to work with as soon as I walked in. The one I got seemed new, messed up a little and cut me pretty bad it hurt for a few days after, but Im not one to fuss. I appreciate her time on my nails and the work she did.

I got the technician Ann or Anna? Maybe Annie. She was so sweet even though we had a language barrier. We sure tried to talk and understand one another! She did a great job on my nails! Cost was a little more $ than I was hoping to pay, but overall I’m very pleased with my nails!

We had a group of 6 and we were RUSHED in and out, I felt as though they were more interested in leaving for the day then providing good service. The young lady at the desk wearing a bandana was RUDE and acted as though it was a problem to have such a large group. Within 4 days my gel manicure is peeling off. I do NOT recommed this business and will NEVER return.

There are ups and downs to every place and this is no different. Love the way that my nails turn out and it’s super inviting but I’ve gone to them multiple times and everyone have gotten ingrown nails, I don’t normally have that happen so I checked out another nails salon and it didn’t happen with them. Just an experience!

Nails is on fleek! I havent been there in awhile and I am so impressed. The customer service has always been amazing- the owners run a tight ship and its awesome.I got my nails done, an acrylic set. Instead of peeling them off, they soaked them off, totally ensuring the health of my nails. I decided to a pedicure too and OMG!!! They have started using disposal pedicure tools, also ensuring my health.My toes are cute and my nails look great! And best of all... No blood was shed! Thats right! No nicks, no cuts! Nails has my love and loyalty back 💕

Ive been twice to this salon now and their quality of work has been great for me both times. The problem I have is that none of the nail techs really converse with you, but with each other in another language. And you can tell if and when they talk about you by their facial expressions and the tone in their voices. Not the best place for quality customer service

I needed a manicure, so I went to Nails! I didn’tWant gel nails because my nails have been weakened by gel nails, so I just wanted a simple manicure. When I told them I just wanted a regular manicure, they acted like I was asking for too much. They continuously asked me if I was sure I didn’t want gel nails? After the 6th or 7th time, I said,” I just want a regular manicure! You still do those, right?”The woman who did my nails was sick and kept coughing and had on a dirty shirt. The design she did on my thumb nails looked terrible!This used to be my favorite place to go over all others. Sadly, it’s time to find someplace else to do my nails.

Customer service is absolutely amazing. I wanted to get my mother a gift card the day I was working late, 7:30pm to exact, and I know nails also closes at 7:30 so I called them up and asked if I could purchase the gift card over the phone. Me and the owner talked and he eventually offered to drive down to my work, after hours, to get gift card to me the same day.These guys are great!

The salon is absolutely beautiful. It has a great atmosphere and I have enjoyed my services. The older gentleman that works at the front desk is however very rude and unprofessional. He treats guest as though he is doing us a favor by allowing us to be there. I am a licensed cosmetologist of 10 years and have worked at high end medical spas and salons. One of the most important parts of a guests experience is how and who greets them upon arrival. Very sad and disappointing.

I came in and sat down at just like at any regular salon, I started of impressed at how good everything looked and I had a women start my nails and then she later asked for someone to finish the base, so I showed him the picture of what I wanted and he said that they could do that and proceeded to paint what the underneath of the design would be. Than, when it was time to paint they told me they could no longer do that design. I ended up with ugly nails that I hate and paid $50 for. Big waste of money

Ive gone here for a couple years for occasional pedicures. Ive always been satisfied with their service. They have pedicures ranging from 25 to 40 depending on how much pampering you want.

Sorry for the long review,I have been going here for a couple of months now. When I first went there they did a good job at doing what kind of nails I wanted. The white tips where good and the color set that I got for Christmas where good. But when I went in there today, I told them that I needed to soak the nails off cause they where grown out since the beginning of December. As I sat down at the table they didnt soak them off like I asked for. They started to remove the nails with a Tip that they normally glue to your finger. I looked at the tech and I said Are we going to soak them off? she looked at me and shakes her head yes. She got three nails ripped off I finally had to pull my hand away and tell her They need to be soaked, you ripping them off like that really hurts!! She looked at me in a horrible way. When they got the bowl of acetone to have my nails soak they left them in there no longer 2 minutes. She had another nail tech come over and finish my set of nails I wanted. The next tech decided to drill them and proceeded to get a tool and still rip them off. She finally got down to the last thumb and as she was ripping it off on the edge of my thumb it wouldnt come up cause it was still stuck to my finger. she decided to rip it off and it toke my Actual nail with it on the side to where it started to bleed. I finally had to take the clippers and cut it myself cause she was just hurting my finger. When I went to pay I made the decision not to tip for the fact that what I asked for with soaking my nails and them still ripping them off with a tool and having her rip all the layers of my real nail off to where it started to bleed, I was upset when I left. I definitely think I will be going out to Salt Lake from now on.

I got the perfect nails! I showed her a picture of the nails I wanted and they looked EXACTLY alike! And it took less than and hour. They were super gentle, and the costumer service was amazing!

The prices are a bit on the expensive side but when you leave you will not regret it customer service is pretty good I do feel rushed at times but I leave happy they take there time the family that owns it are so nice and talk to you. Me and my mom have been going for ever and never regretted it.

Really not impressed I paid 55 for this the first time I went here I was impressed with the service however the last three times I have been back I have not got what I paid for sadly I will have to take my business elsewhere. The last girl who did a French tip on me did a phenomenal job she made very thin lines and asked me before applying any more gel.

I am visiting my sister and wanted to get my nails done. Shouldve waited to return to Salt Lake. I am appalled at how poor the service was. Immensely uncomfortable, made me feel as if my opinion was invalid. Definitely dont recommend this location.

The honor at this establishment is positively the least concerned about customer service anywhere I have ever been. When we walked through the door he did not Gretas or smile in the least he simply said what do you want as if we were ordering some type of soft drink then he said go get your color and when we did I asked that I could sit next to my daughter to which he did not respond the whole time we were getting our services done he simply walked around not talking to anyone the service itself was extremely fast we got the regular manicure and pedicure We were done in record time and it wasnt because the service was good it was because they wanted us in-and-out of there I thought it was something of a chop shop as I had to remind my technician to scrub the side of my foot with a pumice stone and also to treat my gel nails with alcohol at the end. I definitely will not be going back and I also want to mention that my friend down this street received a terrible infection from Nails.

I asked for a short stiletto and received a mess. When I told him I didnt like it he yelled at me. I will never go back.

I usually dont go here but my regular place was booked. The air conditioning wasnt working & it was 97* out. Then I noticed that the girls Do Not sanitize their utensils or callous removers in between clients. They just keep using them over & over. Now Im afraid Im going to get some kind of fungus! Next time I will totally wait for my regular place to have an opening!

Lady who did my nails acted like she didnt care to be there gave me uneven nails didnt trim right. Wasnt happy when I asked her to even them out. Lady who did my peddie was amazing tho. No for nails yes for peddie.

I do not recommend. I’ve been here many times and have not felt like they’ve done a good job. They’ve used dirty tools on me to the point where I reported them to the health department. I’ve had close friends share experiences of them getting infections and things like that. Low quality for a high price.

Paid $90 to have my toes and nails done. Got treated like garbage, my nails look so bad. my toes the gel is just slapped on, it is all over my skin and ready to peel off any min. got them done 2 days ago. My nails the color is see through and brush marks all over them. Half my nails do not even fit my nails.... guess i will take my money eltes where.

Every time ive been here they have either filed my nail bed to much and end up hurting me or they cut my actual skin with the electric files they use! They come out bimpy and uneven and when I asked for my ring finger to be a seperate color than the rest they charged me an extra $10 without even telling me it would be extra!! Horrible service.

I have going here 15+ yrs & tried a few other salons in between. Nails surpasses them ALL with NO exception. Dont waste your money by going to others.

By day 2 the Polish was completely off of 2 nails.The girl that helped her was like a dead fish. She never communicated with my grand daughter and acted like she was annoyed she had to help her.
