Best nail place I have been too! Techs are amazing and very talented. Will not go anywhere else!!!

This place looked very professional and I love how my nails turned out! They are exactly what I asked for! I went with my friend and they made sure we could sit by each other! I showed them a picture of what I wanted and they did an amazing job at recreating them! One of my nails is a little slanted but you can only tell if you’re looking close. They were very careful and made sure the nails weren’t stuck to my skin and there was no color on my fingers. Would definitely recommend!!

Literally worst nail salon to come to definitely do not recommend coming here I wouldn’t even rate it 1 star. I came two days ago and they did not even do the design I wanted my nail broke so I came back in today to get it fixed and they where so rude and not helpful and wanted me to wait a whole hour to fix one nail. And definitely not worth the price I paid.

Everyone should come here! Ive been coming here for almost a year now. Everytime is an amazing experience! They take their time make sure the nails are done properly. They take care of you. Its the best nail salon Ive been too! Next time Im going to do an art on my nails. Soon Ill do a pedicure. Itll be my first time having one. Cant wait to do it at Jennys Nails! Can I make a suggestion? Put the nail colors on the website? Its made it easier for my mom and I to know what wed like before we get there. :) Words cant express wow amazing Jennys nails is.

I generally love this salon and have always had a good experience with them until yesterday. I took my daughter there for a feel polish manicure and I got a full set. I had a picture of what I wanted and the guy didnt make my nails look anything like the picture, I tried telling him and he basically ignored me and finished in a hurry then stuff up and walked away. He charged me $55. I have never paid that there ever. My daughter was charged $35 for fell polish that ended up coming off later the same day.

I recently started coming to this nail salon. Its biggest one I ever seen. They are quick at what they do and very talented nail technicians. They have been able accomplish all of my requests so far. It will be one I visit frequent.

Anna does both mine and my SIL nails (both pictured) and she does a great job. It usually takes her about 40minutes to do a fill with a design.

Walked in and got a a seat with a friend for a pedicure. I struggle with hearing and the face masks made it extra difficult, but thats a Covid problem. They were able to recommend to me what kind of pedicure I wanted and it was a whole experience. Included leg exfoliating, massage, and beautiful toes. I had to buy new sandals so I could show off my feet. I highly recommend.

I go here every few weeks to get my nails done and I love having Anna do my manicures. Shes awesome

I went there for the first time and really liked how my nails turned out. The ladies were super sweet and nice! I will definitely be coming back! It was a little more pricey than I thought it was but it was worth it!

I’ve come here a few times for pedicures & they are always busy which is great for the business. But the last time my friend & I went, they had us soaking our feet for almost 45 minutes before a nail tech was able to get to us. Then my tech rushed through my whole “luxury” pedicure. I didn’t feel relaxed at all. At the end, she put my feet in parafin wax & left me at my seat for 20 minutes until I finally just took them off myself so I could go pay & left.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE Jennys Nails! Everytime my daughter and I go with received great service. All the nail techs there are professional and does outstanding work, and Jenny is just awesome shes gives amazing service and takes great care in her service and customers. I am originally from California and by far the BEST nail salon salon out here and I will never change nail salons. My daughter and I are customers always!😉

My sis in law and I just went and got 2 pedicures and 2 manicures. We both had prior gel on our toenails and I got charged an extra $5 fee to have it removed when she did not. My sis in law had a wonderful technician helping her with her pedicure and manicure while I got one person who did my toes and then had to sit and wait 15 minutes for another person to do my nails. The technician charged me an extra $10 to freshen up my cuticles while my sis in law didn’t have to get charged extra for hers. Inconsistent pricing is very frustrating and seems unprofessional. Very different treatment between two customers who showed up together. Just glad my sis in law enjoyed her time there.

Great service here! This was my first appointment and my tech Sonja was so friendly, kind and lighthearted! She did an amazing job on my powder dip manicure!! Very efficiently run shop!

This place is AMAZING! My mother and I have been coming here for years. We love the atmosphere, and how professional they are. Kim is really good for acrylic nails and Jenny runs it really well! Prices are great and affordable. If you need nails or a great pedicure come here.

I would never ever recommend someone go here. They were very unprofessional and rude today. I had called and tried to book a birthday party for my daughter and her friends to get their fingernails and toenails painted. I requested a Saturday and was told that day is too busy and to pick another day. I understood as it is a business and I’m sure they make more doing pedicures and larger procedures. Found another date and called back. I was able to make an appointment for 6 girls and was told Friday at 11 would be fine. We showed up at 10:58 and did not have one good interaction while we were there. Had it not been a party for my daughter I’d have left. The lady working at the nail desk in the front got a lady to come over to our group. She ushered my daughter to the first chair and said she’d just get them done one by one! What!?! So I told the other lady that I had made appointments for all 6 of them to be done together and it would take too long to do one by one. They started talking so I couldn’t understand them and then other workers started coming over. The lady that got my daughter was the most ignorant of all of them. (Her name is Loan) She didn’t talk to my daughter at all and honestly just pushed past me to get a file, pushing me forward into the other girls! Trying to turn the situation around I walked up to my daughter and this same lady helping her and said “it’s her birthday today. She’s so excited to be here.” I was ignored. Nothing. So I asked if there was a problem. Ignored again. Asked again more firmly if there was a problem and was told no. Another lady grabbed a shoe out of one of her friends hands and scolded her for trying to help with the shoe. The entire experience was a nightmare and I would never ever tell anyone to go there. There was another customer waiting that was so upset with how they treated us. Lots of cute customers smiling at the girls and asking who’s party it was. But not one single nice staff member.... except for when I paid my bill. And their nails are sloppy without top coats or anything! So disappointed! 1 star is honestly too many.

I brought my wife here to get her nails done. What was very disappointing is that the lady who did her nails did not take the time to clean the tools she used. My wife tried to ask about that but the lady said she did not understand. In hindsight we regret continuing with the service without confirming that the equipment was cleaned. Please check the desk you sit at carefully to ensure tools are cleaned before use. Disappointing service

Worst experience ever! I came in to get my acrylic nails off and they didn’t use any technique i had ever seen before. They ended up scraping my actual nails off, leaving them bleeding and way too short. My nails were a good centimeter grown out above my finger tip, and now they are nothing and bloody. they tried to paint over and you could see the blood coming out from under my nails through the sheer paint! I would seriously never send anyone I know to this place, and recommend you not to go here! HORRIBLE! TERRIBLE! WORST PLACE EVER!

I went in today to get my nails done for a late birthday present for myself. I made an appointment and got in at 10:30, right on time. I waited a little over 10 minutes, which wasn’t bad.I than sat down and young man was available to do my nails. He asked what I wanted and I showed him. He begins doing my nails.When he got to the acrylic part, he only did one layer. They were really flimsy, so I asked for another coat of acrylic. He tells me that it will be thicker after he applies the gel.He applies the gel and it didn’t really make a difference. They are very thin looking and they seem as if they will break easily.I than noticed that my middle finger nail was bent upwards slightly and they looked nothing like coffin nails.I’m slightly disappointed as they do not look like $40 nails.He was really nice, I just am not a fan of how they turned out.

I have been here twice now. Both times I have never had to wait even though they look busy, they have many chairs and many employees. Everyone is very friendly and they do great work.

I have gone to Jenny’s Nails multiple times. I’ve called to make appointments in which appointments aren’t actually recognized. I’ve stopped in to try and make an appointment in person in which I was barely greeted and then completely ignored. This place is grossly unprofessional and unorganized. I would not recommend.

I have been coming to the place for years. I always come back because I liked the way they did my nails. The last couple of times that I have come I was not happy with the service. This last time I came two ladies, one that was doing my nails and another that was sitting next to her were talking about me the whole time. They didn’t care or try to make it not noticeable. I felt very uncomfortable and I will never come back to the establishment. These ladies are so unprofessional.

Went in on Friday March 26th for a full set. Service was great nail tech listened to me and my concerns and I walked out happy. It is now Wednesday March 31st and half of the nails have popped off. I am a house wife I don’t use my hands that much for this to happen. When I do my own nails at home they last me at least 2 weeks no issues. For one of the top rated salons in Ogden they use cheap products. In addition to them popping off the gel polish started bubbling and peeling.Great service don’t get me wrong but horrible quality!

Worst pedicure I’ve ever had. I had an appointment and had to wait 45 minutes after the scheduled time. She cut off skin that wasn’t dead multiple times that actually left cuts, missed a coat of paint, and gave no leg massage whatsoever-they were beyond busy but poor quality, terrible service, and now I am leaving on vacation with cuts all over my cuticles. Not recommended at all.

Im so happy Jennys Nails is surviving the pandemic. Its my favorite place for a manicure or pedicure. Its nice and clean, with friendly and skilled staff. I love their pedicure chairs that give a nice massage while you sit.

The salon is very clean, modern, well appointed with many nail stations and 2 large rows of pedicure chairs. I have tried many, many nail salons in my life and this one is hands (and toes) down the best Ive ever been to, including a great nail salon in Palm Springs. The nail techs all are very skilled, they offer a variety if services, take appointments and walk-ins. For me, I love how quick and efficient Loan and Jenny are at acrylic nail, yet everyone gives very, thorough and relaxing pedicures, taking their time to make sure you get fully pampered. . Highly recommend! They are currently practicing diligent Covid safety procedures for both staff and clients.

My sisters and I went to this salon and were very pressured to upgrade to everything. We just wanted to basic pedicure and kept getting asked to do the deluxe. Then when my sister said no the lady just stood up and walked away.

Techs at Jennys nails are fabulous. I have been using their services for over 3 years and have never had a bad pedicure. I can usually get an appointment same day, and always appreciate how accommodating they are. Nice, clean, and friendly place with new chairs. Love Jennys Nails! Note they use to be Tammys nails and relocated about a year ago. All the ladies in my family are customers.

I’m mostly disappointed in my manicure. I have cuts from my cuticles and my gel nail polish is already off. I went in on Saturday to get pedicure and a manicure. I don’t think I will be going there again. The feeling you get after a pedicure that your nails are clean and fresh I didn’t get. It’s a very nice place but the service I could’ve done it at home.

I havent gotten my nails done in a long time and they were really great! Everyone was so nice and everyone wore a mask or a face shield! Glad I got my nails done :)

I am highly disappointed and giving it a 1 star is being nice. They did it very fast and did not listen to what I asked for. My nails are crooked and the design is terrible. My cuticles are all messed up and torn. Very disappointed. My nails look like they have grow out and I got it done yesterday. Do no recommend.

They have so many pedicure stations they can always take walk-in customers. I also love how many colors they have to choose from. Jenny always does my nails perfect. Jenny’s is the only nail shop in town I will go to. I’m so particular & Jenny/ her team roll with it!! I live in Draper & I travel up to Ogden just for their service & attention to detail!! Her shop is Clean, She’s got a wall of colors to chose from & comfy massage chairs!! Take the time to communicate with them & walk out feeling like a million bucks!! I told the lady that I liked the length of my nails & that just a little bit of filing would be fine. She cut them all off super short. She asked what shape & I said rounded. She squared them off. I had to file them at home myself. The gel polish was nice though.

A lady named Anna did a full set of acrylic nails for me. She did a good job but was probably the most unfriendly nail tech Ive ever had in my life. 😕She was super impatient, I had my daughter with me and asked my daughter to help me choose a color and she was pretty irritated that I was taking that extra minute to ask my daughter. I paid for my daughter and they charged me the same amount for her fill as they did for a full set... When I questioned them about it they said it was because she had long nails. 🤨 (Her nails are the same length as mine). Everything felt super rushed, and I know its because theyre trying to get as many people through the door as they can but when youre paying money for a service you shouldnt feel like theyre doing you a favor.

I have been going for 4 years. Jenny is always so courteous and happy to see you. I had been thru 5 different shops and they could never get it right. She goes the extra mile every time to make sure its right. The new shop is open and bright and very clean. Just remember to call ahead as they can get very busy.

My family of women of 6+ including myself for pedicures have been going to Jenny’s since she opened. Took good care of us and we tipped VERY well for her and her small staff. However, as time went on and she got busier, she has neglected to treat and care for her long time, loyal customers. The quality of work has declined and making money has taken a priority to her then producing quality work for the amount she charges. Sorry but we will be taking our business somewhere else. 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽

Easily the best place to get your nails done! They are really really good at complicated nail art designs and are so sweet to make sure you like your nails.

First time here and probably wont go back. They were nice and quick and were able to get me in where my usual place wasnt able to, however, for what they did, I feel it was overpriced.

Jenny’s nails is the best around. They do such an amazing job and the space is clean and beautiful. My young daughter loves coming they treat her so amazing. I always recommend them to friends, family and neighbors!

I got a pedicure on Wednesday, at the end of the day on Thursday I noticed some of the polish has already chipped off! When I do my own pedicures my polish can last weeks. Giving 2 stars though because the place is cleanly and in a good location, and the girl who did my pedicure was really nice.

Every time I have a beautiful pedicure when I go to Jenny Nails, but not last time. A rather fat, bald headed man gave me a really sloppy pedicure, I have taken pictures here. He gave me a French pedicure (now it has peeled off because he did it very quickly, sloppily), and did not massage. But he still took my $35. I didnt give him a tip. I hope the salon reconsidered this employees work attitude. (He also knew he was very sloppy himself because I told him that last time).

I have been a customer here for 3 plus years and NEVER have I been mistreated, always walked in and got in right away, always made appointments with no bad customer service. My nail lady is Jody, and she is THE BEST!! Always on time and very accommodating! I have the most CRAZIEST designs and she is on top of it! Now with this covid 19 she is very thoughtful and very cautious to make sure my appointment is made and not at the busiest times. I love this salon❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️5 plus stars!!!

I advise Jenny Nails to review sloppy and bad working attitude and behavior. Last Saturday, 3 of my sisters went to do a pedicure and felt dissatisfied with the way a mechanic works. Typically a guy with small eyes, quite fat, and bald hair. He made me a pedicure $45, but within two days it had all three toes peeled off. And did not scrub my heels, which makes me remind. He pedicured me in just 15 minutes, then ran over to work for the next guest, then came back to do my pedicure again, but still not good. The salon should reconsider his working attitude.

I have been coming here for over a year. All the employees in this place are so kind and sweet!! My mom uses mindi and I use Kim for our nails. They are amazing every time! & Jenny is a sweet heart! The pedicures are also very sanitary because they put new liners in the tub before every pedicure. Love this place & will be a lifetime customer!

I honestly wish I could give this place 0 stars. My mother, myself, my aunt and my cousin came in a few weeks ago. We all asked for the deluxe pedicure, my mothers pedicure was done within 15 minutes. She didn’t get half the things mentioned for a “deluxe” pedicure or even for a basic pedicure. When confronted about it, the guy doing the pedicure snickered about having to do it and did a half a** job, said he was done, and STILL MADE US PAY FULL PRICE. They also made fun of my entire family. Needles to say, I will not be returning.
