Personally I won’t be coming back. I made an appointment and asked if they do Apple Pay and was told yes. sat down. she moved very quickly, which would have been great if she wasn’t cutting my cuticles up while she did it. she was on a phone call for half the appointment and honestly it felt like that was taking her focus away from what she was doing. I was cut to the point of bleeding at the sink when I went to wash my hands. she left acrylic residue all over my fingers-which I knew was going to happen bc she had the brush all over my fingers. one hand has a shiny top coat, while the other looks more matte-bc for whatever reason she felt the need to rush through my nails. now back to the Apple Pay. I go to pay and I asked if they do Apple Pay again, and was told “yes. but that doesn’t count for tips”. as if I was required to give a tip? I didn’t. will not be back and I don’t recommend.

I went this afternoon to remove my 3weeks old acrylic nails and the guy who do it for me is very careless and ripped my nails that attached to the acrylic Im so disappointed and he didnt even apologize to me.

This salon was very accommodating as a walk in client. I felt safe and had a great experience with my spa pedicure. Reasonable rates and friendly staff. I plan on returning in the future.

This location is wonderful— they took me as a walk in even though they were super busy. everyone is so nice and I can’t recommend it enough!

Tammy does a great job doing stiletto nails here. I love the huge selection of gel colors and you cant beat the low price of a $25 fill. Im honestly so happy to find a great nail tech and place to go to.

They are very friendly and do excellent work! Its pricey but worth it.

Staff very friendly... Hana ..who serviced my nails. Took her time to clean up my cuticle just for a simple fill. ... Its was a certain soft pink i couldnt fine and shed new exactly what it was by filling my nails in with light pink acrylic and a soft gel on top.. I will definitely come back...😜

This place was okay. My girls nails came out great, but the guy that sits up front did mine and they were done very poorly. My nails started chipping away the next day. As much money as I paid they should be amazing. Never again.

I love coming to this salon, the ladies are very talented! Sometimes I go in with no idea what I want and they do something amazing each time! 10/10 recommend ❤️

Very unprofessional! Made an appointment at 10:15. Was there on time and they didn’t realize I was the one who made the appointment. Then he said I didn’t say I wanted a pedi, when I indeed did.Someone who appointment was at 11 was seated first. So I walked out. He followed me just to make up some excuse. I’ll take my money elsewhere. Very rude

Marie does my nails and they always come out perfect! Went to a different place for an emergency fill and it was the worst mistake i ever made! The employees are always super nice and they actually listen! I pass by about 20 nails places on my way to Green Ivy just because of how impressed i always am! Very disappointed. I made an appointment for 3 people for my moms birthday and we all felt rushed because more people were coming in requesting services. The pedicures were a joke. Both my mom and I both never even got our feet scrub. So, I basically paid 20 bucks to soak my feet and get my nails painted. Honestly the only reason why Im giving it a two is because I nails come out good. My moms and sisters nails on the other hand are both already chipping. We got all these services done yesterday. I honestly will not be coming back.

I had a horrible experience coming here. First, the lady I got did not cut my acrylic nails evenly, and when I would ask her if she could fix them, she did it with attitude. Secondly, I got my nails done a week ago and they already are looking like they need a fill. Also, I got a pedicure done and she did not take the time to massage my feet nor put lotion on. Definitely would not recommend this place

I love it here! They started being my new nail place recently. They always understand exactly what I want. The front desk gentlemen always has a smile on his face! I definitely recommend going there.

Another disappointing experience. Uneven shaping, absolutely no clean up after polish application on nails, lumpy acrylic application and she didnt even alcohol wipe down after or apply oil...just took the UV lamp and walked off without another word....pedicure was better but somehow a 30$ fill and 32$ pedicure turned into a 77$ bill. Considered the unexplained upcharge their tip and left....seems like there might be 1 or 2 good techs but overall not at all worth the price for the sad state of my nails.

Love coming here! All employees are genuinely kind, which is a HUGE change in pace. Everyone speaks clear English to customers and amongst each other, so you dont have that awkward experience of wondering if they are talking about you. Great! Great! Great! I highly recommend this place. All services are reasonably priced and done perfectly every time. I drive 30 minutes to get my nails done here. That should say enough :)

The service is really poor, I wish pictures were allowed to add here.. the lady who worked in my manicure was rude and careless, the space was not properly cleaned, her work was messy since the beginning. I explained that the nails were uneven, then she cut them too much, she applied the coats unevenly multiples times that I have to sake her to please check .. then the gel was applied everywhere but not in the edges . I asked her to please cover the edges, she did but then all border of my nails were painted and she didn’t cleaned properly.. the last gloss coat was applied by parts she reviewed and applied again and the end result was terrible.. some of my nails have spots, it looks like little holes .. I explain this to her and of course and she said ohh ok... I ended up paying and of course she said the tip on cash ... no manage or responsable there the same lady get the payment... They charge 26.95 plus tip.. my nails were short and clean not old gel on them .

Love this place! I always call ahead to make sure they can fit me in. They do a great job and they are reasonably priced

Seemed like every time a new customer walked in, there was drama. Kind of entertaining, but very uncomfortable at times. My gel nails lasted less than a week, and for that I will not go back. The place is clean though.

I love my nails I get lots of compliments they don’t peel off I’m very happy with this place Hanna is excellent. I used to go to the mall but they don’t do ombré style but Hanna does and does a perfect job. I really recommend Green ivy

Low quality equipment. I didnt see any metal tools used on my feet sanitized. The rolling trays used for their equipment were dirty, not one nail clipper was sanitized!The women working there are rude, and they rush thru your pedicure. I was told by the woman doing my pedicure she wouldnt use a hot towel cuz it would take off the lotion. She just wanted to move in to next customer. Plus they charge you to use your credit card to pay. Not going back, I do not recommend.

The staff here is so friendly. They do so many designs regardless of how long your nails are. I would suggest making an appointment ahead of time because they can get pretty busy but thats expected when they have such amazing service.

Pedicures are good. Gel manicures peel off very quickly. The people are very nice though.

I will never go here again. The message chairs are falling apart and dont work properly. I asked for the natural spa pedicure that supposedly cost $20 but was charged $28. The quality of the paint job was awful. I have nail polish all over my toes.

All the employees are kind and all my nail experiences have been good. Ive gotten a pedicure and a full set of acrylics and both were done well. You cant beat it for the price.

I had an apt today at 12:20, the lady that helped me was very pushy and will not do what I requested since I want my nails square with rounded corners she this pointy nails that looked horrible, not my style plus so short they like horrific, I told her I hated it and she insisted and did what she liked......I will never go this place ever again the customer service is bad and the employees just do with your nails what they like even when you are paying... this is very sad and very upset ...they dont deserve not even one start

Started my pedicure at 1:30, my scheduled start time for my daughter AND I. They didnt start my daughters pedicure until 1:45. They finished my toes at 2:05. She told me I was done I told her I had to still get my nails done and she said no!! I told her I had an appt and she talked in Korean to another lady and told me to wait. They started my daughters nails at 2:08. At 2:20- 50 minutes after my appointment time they tried to start my fill. But my 6 year old was basically finished so I couldnt get my nails filled because I wasnt about to have her sit next to me for ANOTHER HOUR waiting for mommy because this place is incompetent! So now I have to bring my daughter home to my husband and make a different appointment at a different salon and spend literally 200% more of my precious mommy time trying to get a fill!! All I wanted was to get our nails done TOGETHER. They RUINED THIS EXPERIENCE. Im so disappointed Im literally never coming back and warning everyone I know to never step foot in here either!!!

I come here all the time. Its my nail spot temecula. I have very hit or miss experiences with customer service. They dont have a good sense of time here. If you walk in with no appointment they always say itll be 10 or 15 minutes of waiting but in reality its 30 to 45 or even an hour and they dont update you or check on you when the 10 or 15 has passed. Always make an appointment. I usually get dip so its usually the guy that works on my hands or another woman i think her name is Maria and she works on sundays. Shes really good. Very attentive and she makes sure you like what shes doing. The guy doesnt pay too much attention to you. He may be the manager I dont know. He never speaks to me much while hes working on my hands and hes always looking around or answering the phones or talking to someone in the shop while hes working which makes him work slower on his clients and not provide that great of customer service. I fell in love with dip nails here my nails got very long and healthy and beautiful until I tried to change the shape at another salon and messed them up. Everyone iv experienced here knows what they are doing. And my nails ALWAYS come out nice.

They did a stand up job on my mani/pedi and waxing of eyebrows/lip. I think the place could use some sprucing up, but other than that I walked out of there for $50 and that includes tipping. Cant complain. :)

Nice job (buff and shine) on my nails that I messed up trying to remove gel polish myself.

My toes were all bloody and decayed when I walked in, I was the most admired on the sidewalk after the fine workmanship.

French tip done poorly, fell apart in 3 days. The face waxing I got left a scab on my face then the skin turned dark. Took more than a month to heal. There is a blotch on my face now.

Got acrylic nails and they already started lifting on the edges the same day I got them.

Will try next time ..
