Not great. Acrylic set took forever. Wide nails. No apex. Lifted in a week. Didn’t push back cuticles. She seemed annoyed when I asked about the apex. Overall poor service.

They took me 5 minutes after I entered. And did my nails fast but also professionally. 10/10 recommend.

GARY was awesome I recommend Gary! This was my first time coming 2this nail spot. I was a lil nervous not knowing what 2expect or if they would even be able 2do the nail art I would ask 4. I love my nails they came out even better than I expected!

Came in as a walk in with my 2 daughters and mom so there definitely was a little wait but that was expected. They are amazing and i loved the way my nails came out! Will definitely be coming back but this time with an appointment

Nails look good, but was the most painful fill I’ve ever had. My mom and I arrived here first, but my mom had to wait for her dip. Plus, I called before and asked for two fills and two pedicures and was told they could accommodate us, but upon arrival there was a misunderstanding and my fill turned into a full set for two nails. The employee first claimed I asked for a dip, but I said I wanted fills. He was rough and didn’t even clean my hands off when he was done. Whatever he used burned my hands. Will not come back here. The pedicure was great.

The owner is not the nicest, I had an appointment at 1130, they sat me in a chair at 12pm still no service. 12:30 came by nothing so i got up to leave. Once i did that they said ohh wait wait we’ll give you a discount. Well ok 1245pm later i got into the chair. So i was told if i use cash i would receive a discount. So i wanted to know how much of a discount if i used cash, as well my discount for me waiting a long time…. Well now all of a sudden he said what discount . I explained what he told me. Then ask about when i used cash how much of a discount would I receive so i can have my money ready. He told me he just stop doing it no more cash discount !!!! Lol this place is trash…. Then had a little girl and her dad waiting 2 hours when they had an appointment. A wedding group came in and he sat them before the girl and her Father. I felt soo bad because she was telling me how it was her and her father’s date shes been waiting for… it truly hurt my heart!!The employees are sweet the Manager Not so nice.

Reasonable price. If you enjoy having someone mansplain your own nails to you, Gary is your guy. Very busy shop. Maybe the inspectors here dont have issues with the same things as in the San Diego county? Some practices wouldnt be allowed there, but are practiced in Riverside county?

Pros:Everyone has done a great job on my nails (ive gone a total of 3 or 4 times).Cons:1. Super unorganized.Example A) It doesnt matter if you have an appointment. If you do you usually have to wait 20 min before they are ready.Example B)Their motto is 10 more minutes and they ask questions like 15 more minutes is ok right?. NoExample C) they tell everyone to bring cash even though they take cards and venmo as well. At the register there is a sign that says 5% off if you pay cash but no one ever seems to know what that means. Last time I was there 4 different employees took turns (leaving the people they were servicing) to try and apply 5% discount when a customer pointed out the total didnt reflect one.2. ProfessionalismExample A) calling a customer and asking shortly if they are on their way 10 min before an appointment? Not cool.Example B) I had the store owner, Gary, begin my nails today. He told me to sit down and when I told him what color he said something about coffee and then called someone. Then he grabbed the wrong color and insisted it was correct even after I pointed out the color he selected didnt have sparkles. He begins dipping my nails. I ask when he would do cuticles and trimming nails, he says after and your nails simple, dont stress (......after the dip???). I told him again, thats not the right color. He checked the number and pulled a bright pink (the sample was a light sparkly purple). He then got frustrated and told me she will help you because she helped you before she knows what you like and had me move seats and wait again until a different staff was available. Now its an hour past my appointment time. She quickly found the correct color (it was a different dip brand/colored lid) and finished but he never so much as apologized or acknowledged his mistake, just essentially gave up and acted like I was a problem.Example B)wouldnt honor gift certificates purchased there. No expiration dates listed, with and without purchase dates on them, super inconsistent. All depends on if person ringing u up knows how to handle it at the register.Example C) they will subtley upcharge, adjust prices, and do more expensive services so you pay more unless you correct them. And now if you get a manicure they charge an extra $5 to trim cuticles, is that not the point of a manicure?I will not be going back here again. I gave them way too many chances because i liked some of the individual nail techs but its a disaster there.

We made an appt and they werent ready for us for 40 mins after our appt. Plus the owner was rude on top of that. He was also rude to other customers that had appointments.I would pick some place else.

Im not from this area but I needed a mani and pedi. I went in not expecting much. But quickly seen how friendly the staff was, they were very attentive and really helped me relaxed. I needed this pampering if I can give them more than 5 stars I would.

20+ years getting my nails done and this had to be the worst experience Ive ever had. We will never go back to this facility . I dont like giving bad reviews but this was needed.

I had a man who did my pedicure and manicure. He did an awesome job. This is my 3rd time getting pedicures and manicures there. Will definitely go back. And they sterilized everything, have plexiglass barriers for protection. Great prices also

Have been here twice. The first time I got a pedicure and got the #4. Nails came out great, and the color looked amazing. This time I got a full set and a pedicure (#2) to match and I love how they turned out. Definitely my go to nail shop. Would recommend scheduling an appointment if your looking to get acrylics.

This was the worst place I have ever gotten a pedicure for. When I pay a little more for the extra features I expect to get everything and to have them take their time. They barely scrubbed my feet maybe 10 seconds and when it came to anything else it was super quick. I expect to spend at least an hour in there. I was the last come in for the night and I was the first one to leave over the others that had been in there for a while. Just overall disappointing I look forward to getting a pedicure and this just was horrible. If I could give no stars I would. I don’t ever write reviews but this one I felt I had too.

First time I tried this place out was for a pedicure. Great staff and service. My sister in law got a full set with Vincent and she loved it and said they lasted a month with no lifting! She lives in Bay Area otherwise this would be her spot too. So today I decided to get full set and I couldn’t be more pleased, Gary did a great job and I’m a very picky person. Will definitely be back. Best spot I found for nails in 10 years of living out here!

By far my favorite place to get my nails done. John was kind and his work is of great quality. I searched for salons that can do ombré nails and the few that could only did white and pink. I decided on this place after making a simple phone call asking for pink and Tiffany blue acrylic nails and I was assured they offered several colors. I absolutely love this look with a coffin shape, John did a perfect job!

I was referred by my coworker to Ivy nails. I was given an appt at 6:15 which was nice considering they close at 7 they took me in after work. Gary is thee best, super accommodating and making sure all customers were happy and comfortable. I trusted him in designing a set and it came out amazing! Excellent salon, very accommodating, and nice atmosphere.

I had a appointment with Gary and I was 30 minutes late . When I got there he said he couldn’t take me because he had other appointments . I ask Gary could I get one of the guys to give me a pedicure and a fill in. I had dip powder.The guy gave me acrylic and charge me $34 dollars for a fill in. So when I ask about my pedicure, Gary and the crew started talking in their native tongue and the guy who did my nails started talking fast and loud . Which was not good to me. He told me I couldn’t get a pedicure because they were busy . It was 10 or less people in the store and it was 4:30 or 5 pm. Could I come back tomorrow . No I would not I had a funeral to attend. The guy rushed doing my nails. But I still tip him $8 . He would have received more but not today . People speak well of this salon but I wasn’t impressed today . Is there a great nail salon anywhere.?The young lady at a nearby salon quit who use to take care of me, so I’m in need of a salon not a place that turned me away for whatever the reason . Here it is within s week and my nails is not looking good at all .

Amazing nail salon. Gary did an amazing job; cleaned, perfectly squared shaped and the price is not bad at all. Definitely recommend this place. If you are looking to get a pedicure, they not only paints your nails but they do a well job in cleaning your cuticles and shaping.

This is the best place I’ve ever gotten my nails done seriously! And I’m pretty particular about my nails. I’ve been going here for almost a year now and never looked back. Everyone that works there is so friendly and they make sure to make you feel comfortable. Also Gary is THE BEST nail tech I’ve ever had. I don’t know what I would do without him! He makes my nails look literally flawless and makes sure he does everything perfect. Needless to say I’m OBSESSED with this place and won’t be leaving anytime soon.

Left with jagged nails, uneven nails and nail polish on my fingers 😞 i showed her and she gave me a baggy with a file and buffer in it. I paid for her to do my nails so that just seems so odd to me. The boys do better but i got the older woman today, dont recommend her.

Steve, one of 3 owners, is very personable and cared about my having the experience that I wanted. I appreciated that. When I asked about some of the ingredients in the lotions, he took the time to get the container so that I could actually see the ingredient list. Its also the first time in a long while that a nail spa knew that its better to avoid clipping the heck out of my cuticles. I wish that I lived in Temecula so that I could go back every week. Thanks again Steve, you rock! The pedicure that you gave me and the manicure that Gary gave me still look great.

Ive been a customer for almost a year and noticed the customer service began to fail each time I came. Yesterday when he noticed it was me he gave a rotten response what have a done but be a loyal customer, WOW! Anyway, I asked for Gold Chrome nails and received Green Chrome nails!! I have photos if you request them. I didnt have the time to have him re-do the nails so I made an appointment for the next day. My family and friends were so upset when they saw my nails, It was for the holidays, Now look at this mess!!! I give this artist good tips when I come and he could have cared less about the quality of my nails. I will not give the name of the nail artist, he knows who he is. I decided not to come back to this nail salon for the re-do, his customer service was nasty, why bother, there is plenty competition out there. Instead, I warn you not to go to this nail salon. They will be nice at the beginning and then BAM!! a drastic change in customer service. Its a shame when you give a business your loyalty and they reverse on you for no good reason. Oh, and I am Never Late for the appointments but they are.

The lady that did my nails was unfriendly, rough and didnt listen to my needs. Just kept saying I know what I am doing just wait. Said I wanted my nails cut down for the tips and she started putting tips on without cutting my nails down. I said I wanted square round and she did them square. They told me the price before I started and she added on saying she had to remove my gel. Third and last time here.

The lady said she will do it !!after 1 hour working on my nails she decided to tell me come back tomorrow and all finished for you! Will never go there again. Prices might be cheap but the technician who did my nails was absolutely the worst. She was rough with my nails taking off the nail polish.
