I went with a couple of friends (only because we were at the mall and they insisted) and got a pedicure.The person doing my pedicure did NOT listen to anything I was explaining. I literally had to yank my foot out of her hands for her to understand that she was hurting my toe.No thanks - never again!

Had a bad experience today 😔 all I wanted was get my nails done and feel nice since I’m getting wedding ready. The lady who did my nails cut the side of my finger and did it twice and even though she saw I was in pain said sorry I cut you and proceeded with my nails. She added nail polish and it burnt so bad. I don’t think I’m going back

I was a walk in. I was seen right away. I received what I asked for ( full set, almond shape, gel polish). My nails came out pretty. I have small issues with my nails but overall they came out nice.

Vivian is the best! Where to begin. Vivian is honest, sweet, and dedicated to providing you with the best nail experience every time I come. My son is Autistic and he loves her! Patience for days! His therapist recommended us to do different things to bring up his tolerance to outside stimulus. We chose this. Shes the best!

Vivienne is the best!!I recommend her to everyone.The salon is good and I would give it 5 stars but it is really irritating that they never answer the phone. I call to make appointments and I have to call many times because the phone just rings and rings. This is extremely irritating when you know they are there. I feel if youre in business to offer a service to the public, answering the phone is extremely important!

I have been going to 10 Perfect Nails since 2001 and wouldnt consider going anywhere else. My nails are always beautifully done and at a good price. Clean place and have never had any concerns with infection or fungus. Great place!!!

Gina is my favorite Manicurist. She is always on time when i have a appointments booked. She takes her time and is so detailed! she makes my short nails look perfect.The manager is so sweet and vsery professional. They keep the salon clean.

They were very rude to me and the woman sitting next to me. The lady who did my nails wouldnt completely take off my previous nail polish before continuing with the new polish. I repeated several times and showed her the existing paint. I left with pieces of the old polish. I was very unhappy with the whole experience. The lady working next to the one who did my nails was rude to me as well. I was prepared with the color I wanted with the number and she laughed at me as if I was stupid. Very unprofessional. Will never spend my time and money here again!

The service was good but my polish started chipping off in less than two days.

Terrible experience, I walked in and asked if they could do a manicure and on 1 nail have I Do on it. They said yes so I went in, sat down and showed her a picture of how I wanted it. She said yes. She continued and as she was finishing up said well Im going to try. She tried and tried and wasnt able to. The next person tried and tried and wasnt able to. Meanwhile they kept talking to each other tiling their eyes at me. I had to pay for the full service even though they lied when they said they were able to do something they actually werent able to do. I tried to complain to the manager and her excuse was we dont speak good English, she didnt understand what you asked her (😑 I showed her a picture and asked can you do this? She said yes I can do that. ) anyways i left them to walk into another nail salon who saved the day! So i ended up having to pay for the manicure AND for them to try to write I Do because it took them time and effort. 😂 never again will I go there!

Ive been a customer for 13 years and have always been very pleased with the service provided! I get acrylic nails with gel polish every 3 weeks. They last and look beautiful. In all these years-Ive only had one nail break before the 3 weeks passed. I also get a pedicure once a month-sometimes the deluxe but most often the regular and I have been very pleased. I normally just walk-in and the longest Ive waited was 30 min and that was the week before Christmas. They have excellent ventilation so the smell is not bothersome. The ladies that work here are very sweet and friendly! When I first started getting my nails done here, my daughters were toddlers-the ladies were so wonderful and patient with them. They also did my daughters first mani-pedi and were very gentle. They are upfront with the pricing-all prices are listed on a price sheet so there are no surprises when its time to pay. Their prices are affordable and competitive with other salons in the area. This is a wonderful nail salon and I highly recommend them!

Horrible fill! When I went back and asked them to fix it they said they would make me pay $25 on top of the $31 I had already paid. Not coming back here again !

Service is not consistent at all. First two visits were a dream but my last three were painful! Today I decided to give up on the place for good. I have four cuts on one finger and the others were burned under the UV. One woman would not even tell me when she wanted my hand a certain way. She would just twist my fingers until they hurt. Not cool.

I went to ten perfect nails in Temecula to get a fill and french nail color. Two of the nails they did were done badly. One had a big lump on the top right side and another was left with ridges in the paint. I had to go back to have them redone. I was ignored and treated unfriendly by the staff. They treated me as if it were my fault! I had both nails redone. Then when I got to my car there was a wet glob of clear paint left on the top of one of the nails. I tried to carefully remove it. It just smeared though and got worse! Not only that.. Also the white nail tip was painted unevenly and the original lump they had left on the nail was partly still there. I had to call them when I got home to see when I could go in a third time to get this nail redone again. They were unkind on the phone. The counter girl said it was weird that I would be going back again. I defended myself and told her I was a very busy person and do not have time to be going back over and over again, but I need the nails done right, and plus I already paid for it! I told her she was unprofessional and that I couldnt believe how she had spoke to me! She said that I would have to see when they werent busy and try to keep coming in to see if and when they had time to do it because it was the weekend now plus prom was approaching. She never offered to schedule me an appointment for it. I told her that I guess I would have to come back in sometime tomorrow or on the next day and just see when they werent busy, but after our conversation was over, I ended up calling another nail salon and plan to go there and pay over again to get it redone. I seriously wouldnt want to see any of the rude staff ever again at Ten Perfect Nails! This was the worst of a business experience that I had ever went thru!

I checked in for a mani pedi. The receptionist said 15 min. After 20 minutes I checked with her again she said it will be 15 min again. I said why do you keep telling me 15 min. She said Im just guessing. After about 40 minutes they call me for a mani. I said I want a pedicure also she said they didnt have anyone available yet to do the pedicure. When a technician was available he refused to take me, but he did call a white lady and took her instead of me. I will never go there again.

After having worked in a nail salon I have high standards but even for normal this was not a great experience I got a deluxe pedi and she did the sugar scrub dry wich was very painful and did not remove the callus treatment prior to putting the scrub on my feet then after rinsed put a mint kind of clay on and rinsed so my legs felt like they were in an ice bath the rest of the pedi mint after scrub is not awesome and for the 10 min massage it was broken up she massaged the scrub that hurt then a little with the cley then a few min with oil there pedi procedures deff need some work Im not a fan of freezing legs and toes

Probably the sloppiest nails Ive ever gotten. Lady was nice but very impatient when painting my nails and just made them all messy. She cut me 3 times when filing and put alcohol on it so it burned like hell... 😳 Wouldnt go back

Nancy gave me fungus. After chatting with a friend I discovered that she too got fungus from Nancy. First time in 20 years of wearing acrylics. She sucks the molding fluid back into her bottle for re-use on all clients which seemed very unsanitary and is probably when I should have ran. Booooo :(
