I have always had a more than pleasurable experience coming to this shop for over 7 years The owner is friendly, professional, knowledgeable and its the right amount of privacy that I need to get my hair done, since I suffer from alopecia. Goldie is really patient and well versed on what I need to do to maintain my protective styles. She always offer suggestions on the right haircut or unit to frame my face. She offers beautiful hair selections for every budget from synthetic to 100% cuticle hair.. Goldie is amazing and so is her staff!

Goldie’s hair salon was a wonderful experience, for me and my daughter. Welcomed and accommodated perfectly by Goldie. We were communicated with very well and we were so pleased with our wigs! We will definitely be returning in the future.

I should have done my research before sending my client over to purchase hair extensions at this business. What she promised is not what she delivered. There is no way the hair is 100% virgin. After just a couple months the hair was matting, breaking off, drying out. I personally gave my client the proper products to care for them. Goldie insisted the hair would hold up to a 2 year warranty if there was any issues. This has not been the case. 600$ later in wasted money she is not holding up her end of the bargain. Instead yelling and unable to calmly listen to our issues and concerns. Ive never experienced this amount of unprofessionalism. Buyer Beware.

Well yesterday I had the pleasure of both Goldie and Amanda’s professional experience during my visit. They were absolutely amazing and catered to my every need. They both spent quite a bit of time fitting me with different styles until I found the perfect look.The stores selection is immense, thus you’re sure to find the look you want.The friendly service, selection, and personal attention at Goldies is top notch. In addition to recommended Goldies, theyve definitely made a return customer out of me.

I normally buy my hair extensions online. This time I was in a hurry. I was going to a wedding in a couple days and needed to get new extensions. Normally I buy hair and sew on my own clips to make clip ins. I went in there, the first red flag was when I was told that the hair she was showing me was top quality, the best there was. She said I could apply as much heat to them and they would last a very long time, like a year. I know better than that. What was I thinking. I got home clipped in my hair and within a couple days it started to feel very dry and straw like. I is constantly tangleing up. Its ridiculous. Its dull dry and brittle. I only used a flat iron on the hair ONE time. Here I am 2 weeks later and the hair is not even usable. She lied telling me it was top quality 100% virgin hair. Ugh! I am so upset. Almost $300 wasted. Im in no position just to buy new hair. I am so pissed. PLEASE DO YOUR RESEARCH DO NOT BUY YOUR HAIR HERE. They totally lied to me. People like this should be shut down!

Goldie is a sweet person I just got this really cute black and fuchsia colored wig. Since it was a display wig she gave it to me for 63 an free wig spray. I will go back

DO NOT SHOP HERE!!! I visited this store today and got ripped off!!! The female employee literally lied to my face and told me they had a special going on and sold me a $100 dollar wig that costs $25 online. It isnt even blend hair like she told me it was. This was my fault for allowing it but I am warning you. Go somewhere else. Before you purchase a wig, do a quick google check and check the wigs brand and all so you can be sure of what you are purchasing. Shame on these people. Either way, sooner or later everyone gets what they deserve and life puts people in their place, the truth is never far behind. Goldie will straight out lie to your face, take your money, and laugh. Smh

Well in this area there are very few wig stores. I was very excited when this new wig store opened but unfortunately was extremely disappointed. Not a very professional staff. You really feel like they want to make the sale and get your money .. Thats all!!I cant even talk about how over priced they are and the quality is not good the selection is POOR!A few bad designed, over priced wigs and hair extensions and poor service. To bad.. Hopefully we get a real hair store in this area one day. Keep your money.. Drive to SD if you have too.

Absolutly amazing!!! Ive been a client of Goldies since they opened her. Im an actress/model and Goldies has always styled my hair on point. Goldie uses top quality hair and she has a wide range of wigs to choose from ranging from color, length to style and very reasonably priced. Goldie is very polite, and very friendly. I recommend her to everyone . I get compliments about my hair everytime I go out. You rock Goldie!!!

Overpriced under stocked HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Id rather wear creek moss than one of these ratty wigs.

BEWARE! This store is selling several products at more than double the retail price. Because they realize they are grossly over-priced they have a no return policy on their items. My wife was in the store and bought one wig and ordered another. We later found that the same wig she ordered could be purchased on line for a quarter of the price charged by these schiesters. I called to cancel the order - before the store had a chance to order it - and was told they had a no return policy and they were going to order the wig anyway. Find some other place to buy your stuff as this place is a rip-off.Update: After posting this review, I did receive a call from the owner who told me that her store does not have a no-return policy on items ordered but not received. Apparently her employee was not properly trained and did not give me the correct information. We did go into the store and get a refund for the money but the same employee didnt even have the courtesy to apologize for her lack of understanding of the store owners policies. I will stand by the statement, however, that products in this store are grossly over-priced.

This business is a joke. The owner ripped my mother off and did a poor job braiding her hair.Then proceeded to tell my mom that it was her fault for purchasing cheap hair but IT WAS THE HAIR SHE RECOMMENDED FROM HER STORE. Dumb dumb dumb.Stay AWAY from getting any hair services or braiding hair from this business. Save your time and money !!!

Literally as soon as I walked in I got nothing. But good vibes Goldies have the best wigs and prices and phenomenal customer service and weave extensions are great I will most definitely be coming back I fell in love with everything in the store thank you guys for such a great visit and making my drive worth it .

Didnt even have a chance to check out this place right when I tried to walk in it was closed and I came all the way from Menifee on a 30 minute drive just to meet a locked door and no one in sight. Gotta go find a wig still.

Wigs are super expensive and my last visit was disappointing. Too much conversation going on amongst workers like i was a bother. I was going to purchase an almost 200 wig but got frustrated and gave them their stupid dollar for cap and left.
