I had an amazing experience! I called ahead of time to make sure they had availability for a walk in, she told me 15-20 mins I showed up 20 mins later and I was seen right away. I presented a picture of what i wanted and I got more than i expected. Conversation and quality with Tricia was phenomenal. She was nice and precise when doing the powder which i really appreciate most techs just try to rush through and hope to fix during the filing but Tricia did an amazing job!

Very responsive to texts and phone calls. I’ve had my nails done here three times recently and been very satisfied.

I was referred to Trisha. I come from Murrieta. I had a 4pm appointment for a pedicure and a fill. I waited 30 minutes at least. I had an awesome pedicure.Trisha took forever to see me. Told me I needed a new set. (1 mo ago I had a new set).I have had my nails done every 2-3 weeks for 30 yrs. I did not get a fill with powder. I got my nails sanded and buffed and she put gel on with white tips. I was charged $45 for this “fill”. I feel totally ripped off. She never cleaned under my nails. I left the salon at 7 pm. Three hours!!!. No one ever apologized for the wait nor thanked me for coming in. They cont to talk back and forth amongst themselves. I felt certain I was being laughed at. Beautiful salon. I’ll never return and I’ll never refer anyone else.

Newer clean place. Got a pedicure and took my 6 year old son. He likes to get his toe nails cut and feet rubbed too. I asked if they had a kids pedicure and they said yes...turned out being $18? A bit much for that. My personal experience was ok...my whole pedicure lasted 17 minutes and Ill probably touch it up a bit when I get home. Our usual place lasts about 35 to 45 minutes. Gonna have to pass next time...better options elsewhere.

When you have appointment you shouldnt have to wait until they finish a client that was only obvious that just sat down. If this place makes it I will be surprised. We walked out and will not give them our business. Just another place that clients time isnt important.

For coming in as a walk in they exceeded my expectations. I can’t remember the name of the lady who did my nails but she was wonderful and took her time. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to get their nails or toes done.

I went in for the first time today. It’s a beautiful salon and the people were really nice. I’m happy to have a nail salon on this side of town now! I highly recommend giving this place a try.

My sister and I went to get a pedicure on Saturday at around 3:00pm, we didn’t have an appointment. The nail place is very nice since it is new. They have the nail sample colors, on the fake nails in the front of the store with both Reg and Gel polish. This makes it easy to pick the color you are wanting. My sister and I waited around 30 to 40 mins to be seated at a spa foot bath. Than once we were seated I than waited another 30 to 40 mins with my feet soaking, until someone came to work on me.My sister got the rock pedicure because it said on the nail salon brochure that they gave you a 10 min massage. I got the regular pedicure so that I could pick up time to where my sister pedicure was at. Anyhow this was the fastest pedicure my sister and I had ever had. They massaged my sisters and my legs for a min. They didn’t do the callus removal On my sisters feet, which was listed. They barley picked at our cuticles. The lotion and everything was watered down. I brought my own nail polish, the girl only did one coat on my toes not two.They had about 5 employees working on this Saturday. I’m not sure if since it’s a new nail salon they are still working on teaching the employees the the way to do things. However if they are licensed nail techs there is a standard for doing a pedicure. Also I never saw them taking the nail tools out of any kinda sanitation packing or wash. So who knows, my sister and I won’t be returning to this nail salon again.

Mimi is very nice. She does wonderful work. Never disappointed.

I love my nails Mimi is great!! I paiid for the Luxury pedicure $50 and I was highly disappointed. I was rushed and the lady was looking at the TV more than my feet!5 stars for my nails and 0 for my pedicure!!!!!!

I drive from Murrieta to come to this salon now. Clean, quiet, and they do a great job.

I called was told one price them got charged an extra 10 more I did have 1 broken one and the new one was put on crooked
