So I went in to get a pedicure and wanting to have my toes shellacked. Well the girl really didnt know what I was talking about and then I said do you do gel for toes? No they dont . I had shellac on my toes from June that needed to be redone. She said she is charging me 10 dollars to remove the polish off which was a rip off! The pedicure she gave was terrible and chipped by end of day. I have been coming here since they were fairly new and they have changed a lot. Time for new place!

I’ve been coming since they opened in 2007, and though the quality of the work they do is alright (gel chips within a few days), I find it impossible to truly relax and feel pampered. Employees frequently are yelling back and forth to eachother.

My boyfriend and I just got a lavender spa pedicure...it was great! $35 each which is not terrible considering all the products they use. Also, the lady with the massage oil is the bomb! Free 5 minute shoulder massage at the end. (I tipped her $3 since she was amazing)

I go here all the time. Never got an infection. They always do a good job. And have a rewards card. And sometimes there is a girl that gives the best massages ever while u are getting your nails done or drying. Love this place

Just had a pedicure, the best ever. It is definitely worth the $35.00 package. I had Ruby do my nails, shes the best! Only place I will go for my nails!

Came here once to try out new places and will never go back, I got a gel manicure by Hannah who did nothing but rush the job and be rude after I asked for a 3rd coat and my polish looked chunky. My nails chipped within the next 3 days, I could do a better job myself. I dont recommend this place at all.

I have been coming to this salon for about 3 years now. Never had a problem or complaint. The girls are very nice and accommodating. I usually get a UV gel fill in with gel polish, pedicure and eyebrow and lip waxing.

Got a gel mani - $25. Esther was fast, didn’t continuously dip the brush back into the bottle which bothered me and told me to ”listen” when I asked her to coat the tips of my nails a bit more. I wanted to ask for a third coat but, after she gave me an attitude - when, mind you, I was and always am nice as pie - didn’t feel comfortable. While she did let me see some colors on my nails that I couldn’t decide from, I was turned off when I asked about coating my tips. I regret not wanting to make the drive to my usual spot today, One Nail Spa in Huntington Village. I won’t be coming back here.

Nails came out beautiful. Long coffin shape was perfect. Took me right in.

They are my favorite place! Clean, fair pricing, & honest. There is also very low staff turnover in 10 years! I recommend it highly!

I will never go to this place again the lady’s who work there are so rude. I wanted to get gel acrylics and she just gave me regular acrylics( cut them to short). Also they chipped in two days. I will not be returning this salon anytime soon.

I am in awe when I read the negative comments about this salon. I think they are a top notch, professional salon and spa. They go above and beyond to make sure that the customer is satisfied. I have never had a bad mani, pedi, gel polish, or massage since I started going there.They are fully accommodating and very pleasant. I highly recommend the salon, especially since there are FAR worse in the immediate vicinity.

Its really not that expensive, $7 mani, $7 eyebrows. theyre very nice and make sure the customer gets what they want

Last time I went I had Hanna wax my eyebrows chin and lips.I walked out of there burned and blistered.And she got mad when I didnt want to tip.

I had a horrible experience. The woman who did my nails was rude, rough and downright mean. If you want to be yelled at and rushed and not receive a service that was promised then this is your place!
