I went in for a full set gel acrylic with Nina and I asked for square shaped nails. Mind you this was NOT my first time coming here I was a regular and would get my nails with Nina because she did a wonderful job and before her I would just come. I was very disappointed with how I was treated with her if she didn’t know how to do square nails she could’ve told me I even mentioned that I didn’t like it so I let the owner know which I’ll admit he told me to come back so it can be fixed what’s upsetting when I came back to get it fixed Nina charged me $5 like what the heck?! I always tip very well and didn’t ask for much all she did was file them which took a few minutes and was going to charge me more for a repaint like are you kidding me?!! So I paid the $5 and left and text the owner I will never come back and all be told me was that was Nina price and he could offer me a little discount but it’s such a shame it didn’t seem like they care to lose good paying customers.

Very clean and nice, i got stiletto style acrylics and a design and it came out perfect. my girlfriend got a normal gel manicure with the same design and is very happy with it.

Just had pedi with Amy today. She provided a wonderful service, she is very pleasant and knowledgeable. The salon is clean, spacious, with lots of nail polish colour choices and beautifully looked after. Very professional business. I highly recommend it! 👍

Laurie is awesome and it was a pressure to chat with her, relax and get my toe nails painted. She is very gentle and made sure everything was comfortable for me.

Alrighty so lets explain this out I never really review unless a place is real bad or real good. And weirdly this is in the middle because of employees at this place. Some are great some try to change the given price by like 15-20 at the end even tho you said youre tipping well. Like they tried to charge my aunt more money after she gave her tip because she was giving 25% of the preinstated price, then they told her that it was 17 dollars more than told previously after she tipped.Then lets talk quality. This is were the review rate goes down. I got acrylic nails right. A lice pretty sparkely pink. My pink on both hands fell off later that night . Weird right. And they told my aunt itll be 20+ bucks and that theyre gonna call it a fill with free polish. Like no this shouldve lasted at a least a day like dang.Oh the employees like to talk smack to btw.

I saw great reviews so stopped by for mani/pedi. Worst mani/pedi I have ever had. The woman rushed through everything. My nails look very sloppy. I fixed them to the point they are wearable in my car, but I definitely wont be showing them off. When she was doing the hand massage during the mani she didnt even have me wash my hands first. My hands were covered in dip powder and she just put lotion on top of that and rubbed it around for 5 seconds. My hands felt dirty. During the pedi the water was so hot I had to take my feet out, then she put only cold to the point it wasnt relaxing at all. The pedicure was basically her rapidly polishing my nails after they sat in cool water.

I had a gel manicure and pedicure and Lily was great! She was very kind, and I had a really relaxing experience.

I’ve been visiting for over two years now. Every technician is fantastic but I especially love being seen by An, Gail or Rosie. Each take their time to make sure I leave with a flawless look every time.

Very very clean establishment!! The staff all seemed very friendly. And although the two ladies that were attending to my daughter and I did talk to each other they did engage in conversation with us as well. And thats rare in some of the nail salons. This was my first time here and I can say I really enjoyed my visit, but my daughter frequents it often and she also really likes it which is why she continues to go back. And I have to say I will definitely be a returning customer there myself, plus its really close to where I live which makes it even better. So when i went with my friend me and my friends lady that was doing are nails were mean and the one I was doing my nails ripped the nail off of my finger when she was taking it off because she messed up and filed the side of my finger!!!!

I called for an appointment and they were able to see me right away. I recently had my nails dipped elsewhere and they didnt look good. The technician (I didnt get his name) took his time and made my nails look WAY better. A lady (also didnt get her name) gave me a fantastic pedicure and was quite meticulous with my toes. Overall fantastic experience and Ill definitely be back!!

I visited this salon a few weeks ago. It was so unpleasant. I had an appointment booked for 5:45. Once I got there I was told to wait and I got an email that my appointment was changed to 6:00. AFTER I got there. I decided it’s just 15 minutes and I gave them the benefit of the doubt. However, I regret not walking out. I asked for a full set of acrylics. I made it clear that I wanted regular polish and not gel. I asked for nude with a black tip. I left the salon with the chunkiest, lumpiest, most uneven GEL nails. It was awful. And I payed 80$.The second I got home I ordered a nail drill on Amazon and fixed them myself.

First and last time there, first my nail tech was pre occupied because she more worried about a client that was a walk in and was a regular of hers so my scheduled appt was cut short because of her walk in . I was one of 5 of us that were there because of my sons wedding so we all had appts and we all were getting mani and pedicures . So after my short appt, my soon to be daughter in law got cut 2 times during her manicure, then her technician was coming back to her she fell and seemed to be a little tipsy, then my daughters tech was pre occupied with a gift someone left for her because of the Chinese new year and wanted to take pictures of the gift while trying to finish her nails. Never will any if us go back . The only reason we went because they were highly recommended. Never never again.

I am SO happy I found this place!! I had Amy as a nail tech and I can honestly say she will have my business as long as I am in Tampa! Im pretty picky and she was AMAZING all the way through! From start to finish I felt like she listened to what I wanted and accommodated me every step of the way. I have never had such quality acrylics on a first try at a new place, I was definitely impressed. She did a great massage on the pedicure as well, I felt like she really hit the pressure points perfectly.The salon itself is very clean and everyone i encountered was friendly. Excellent color and dip choices and they do in fact carry coffin tips but I opted for regular since I need my nails short and round for work.

Clean place and pleasant employees. Foot basin had a plastic cover which is a plus However, Too quick of a service for a deluxe upgrade. Im use to a nice paced pampered massage, not lazy and it felt rushed even though there were barely clients there. Plus I got nipped twice which made me nervous and I had a hard time being able to truely relax. I had gone some years back and never returned however, a friend surprised me by setting an appt.I know its not a place for me as im used to a more superior service at the same price range elsewhere.* Give it try and make your own opinion.

This is by far the best nail salon in South Tampa! Nina is amazing! My dipping powder manicures last more than 3 weeks and always look beautiful. Such a relaxing pedicure experience as well. Make an appointment!

This place is decent. A few people can do good quality work, however there are some that are not good at all. One person that did my pedicure there was heavy handed and filed my toenails to hard and cut my skin! 4 of my toes were slightly bleeding after. The selection of dip powder colors is great!

Second time here, both Lily and Nina are fantastic, so patient and super skilled. I have super sensitive hands because of prior trauma and Nina went out of her way to keep me comfortable during my full set.

The staff was polite and Im pleased with how my nails turned out. Lily did my acrylic fill and she was fast but efficient. Definitely will be returning.

Had a noon appointment for Spa Pedicure. They were 20 minutes behind for my appointment time and the technician named “Laurie” performed half of the service that you are supposed to receive. She used tools that were not removed from a sealed wrap that had been ran through an autoclave machine. She sprayed the tools with a spray bottle before using them on me. The pedicure lasted no longer than 15 minutes, the towels and stones used were not hot and when she was completed she sprayed the tools and clippers with a spray bottle and wiped them off with a towel that had been on my feet during the service, placed them back in her stand for the next use and disappeared. My nails look like they were cut by a 5 year old, were not filed and literally looked no different than before I went there. I talked with the manager at the front desk who never apologized and said he would go and ask her if that was what happened. Totally unprofessional, not friendly and apologetic at all and seemed that he could care less that there was an issue. I’m filing a complaint with the Department of Health for the sanitation violations and will never go back.

Leanh did my nails. She fixed the shape of nails which was awesome and took the time and patience to fulfill my nail custom design. My friend went with me and her nail tech also did the same. Recommended!!

Visited Manhattan Nails on January 24, 2021 for 2 pedis. In addition to having to wait about 20 minutes for a tech to service us after previously scheduling a Noon appointment, the one tech (an older lady) did a TERRIBLE job. She didnt even pick up a file for my nails (I had to ask her if she could file the corners down). And on top of all this, I witnessed her grab tools from her cart (not in a baggy), spray them down with solution from a spray bottle, wipe the tools off with a towel & begin using them on me. This was not my 1st visit to Manhattan Nails, but definitely will NOT return.

This was my first time here. My girlfriend and I went here to get pedicures before she went on a cruise. When we arrived there were a few people waiting, they told us to pick a color and sit in a pedicure chair. The lady started my friend’s pedicure right after we sat down, I waited about 15 minutes before someone started mine. I upgraded to the pedicure with hot stones, it was an average pedicure nothing special pretty basic. I wasn’t disappointed but I wasn’t impressed either

This salon has more gel colors than any other salon I’ve been to. If gel is your cup of tea, ask for Rosie (Hoa). She does an impeccable job every time. 👍🏼

I called ahead 4hours before I scheduled appointment I showed to my appointment not booked with anyone specifically I was told to seat and wait and then go to a chair and one of the girls started to remove my nail polish until a walk in came in and was seated next to me and she insisted to take her and I was left waiting with no apology for the inconvenience.

Pleasant experience. My nail tech was Han, and she did a wonderful deluxe pedicure plus gel polish. Clean facility. Massage chairs work well. They also offered water, wine, or beer. It was a Saturday so it was busy, but they took me right in. They have several stations for pedicures and separately for manicures, and an appropriate number of employees working.

The first time I came my nails were long enough to do french manicure gel nails on my real nails. They lasted 2 weeks and were beautiful. This time I chose to do acrylic nails the French manicure with the pink and white because I broke off my nail completely on my pointer finger. They turned out lovely and I am very pleased. I will be coming back again. The people are friendly and nice.

I went in yesterday for a gel fill-in and was charged the same amount for a full set. I’m not sure if their prices have changed, but that’s a little excessive for a fill in. Normally, I would give 5 stars because my nails look great, I was seated immediately, and some of the technicians are friendly. However, there are red flags. The girl sitting next to me getting her nails done was offered water by her nail tech. I wasn’t offered anything by mine. He didn’t even talk much. I get it; you’re a guy and I’m a girl. What could we possibly talk about, right. The whole vibe was just off. If I return, I’ll probably ask for a different nail tech and to see the price list.

I am actually looking for a new place to get my gel manicure done since I have noticed the quality has been declining significantly since I first started visiting this place 1 year ago. My gel manicure does not last more than a week without chipping and a deluxe manicure here will get you a decent massage but heels will be cracking up by 2 weeks. I loved this place because walk ins are welcome and I usually do not wait more than 15 minute to be assisted but not worth it when I have to take the polish out after a week.

Very professional looking place but they kept upping the price for no reason and didn’t let me know. i asked for acrylic nails and that was 25 .. i said okay. then at the end they told me it was 40 dollars for a whole bunch of other reason and let me know once it was already done. no heads up at all. i wouldn’t have gotten what i asked for if i knew the price was gonna be 40. the nail job wasn’t even good.

Just found this haven and am very happy with their offerings, service and friendliness. Prices are excellent and techs are tops. My new feel good place.

Went to this place for the first time last weekend and fell in love. This is my new nail salon.I got a deluxe pedicure for $30 which included a mask and a hot stone massage-absolute heaven. So relaxing and the massage really made it worth it. My toes looks fabulous as well.I also got a manicure which was only an $8 upgrade with the pedicure.They have wine and the staff is very nice. Parking gets a little crazy though since they have such a small lot.I am definitely going back!

$28 for a color change??? You have got to be kidding me! If I had gotten regular polish it would have been $13, but $28 for gel? Come on! Not even a full manicure, just a color change. Thats insanity! Wish Id known before driving all the way over there. Ill stick with my other salon. Very disappointed with the quality as well as the cost.

I have been frequenting this salon for many years & was always satisfied. Just recently I had lash extensions done & I was very unhappy with the results. I was not offered a refund, a discount or to rectify the problem. I paid $139 to be unhappy. Will not be returning.

I went with a friend and we were seated within a couple of minutes. We were offered either water or wine. I appreciate the fact that they were very sanitary, they put plastic inside the foot baths and opened tools from a sealed plastic pouch. We were able to let our pedicure dry and we were not rushed at all. It began to rain very hard while we were there. There was some flooding in the roads. One of the gentlemen there was kind enough to walk to our car and get our umbrella for us. Because of the road flooding we went next door for a little while and needed our umbrella. This was the first time that I have been there, and I will definitely go back.

Hands down because this is the best nail place Ive been in Tampa. Very efficient in getting you started, extremely clean, elegant and very comfortable. All the ladies were excellent and meticulous.

Use to be a good place but now I would given it no stars if I could the nail tech ripped off my existing acrylics instead of soaking them off (which was painful) I was also burnt on the top of my foot by a rock that was way to hot. I called the manager after I left to express my concerns and I had to argue with him about how you properly take off acrylics finally he agreed and apologized after this whole ordeal he TEXT my phone saying give me the last 4 digits of your credit card .. it was very unprofessional and customer service was terrible. Wouldnt recommend coming here.

Very friendly. I wanted very short nails with gel. So I got them. But she did it not strong enough. My nails were very soft so after nine days they start to break. Such a pity.....

Nail tech didnt clean nail surface after parrafin and feet nail polish dried badly. Then couldnt file hand nails after over cutting. Glad the manager listened and stepped in. a day after looking at the nail polish application is horrible. Wish I could have gotten one of the better nail tech the other reviewers were happy with.

I came to visit from Jacksonville. And I am the first person to complain when my nails arent right. They did an excellent job on my nails and when I messed up my toes when I walked out the door (I was in a hurry and didnt want to wait for them to dry) they fixed them super quick. VERY kind and attentive staff. I would totally recommend them to everyone!!

Got a quick pedi/mani combo and it was really nice. I was enjoying the whole time, comfy chairs and perfect technician. She was so nice and skillful. I get the gel pedicure here and let me tell you, it lasts. I’m very rough on my feet just with exercise alone. I run 6-8 miles five times per week, play sand volleyball and kickball once weekly, plus walk my dog daily. The gel polish lasts for three full weeks without peeling or chipping. This alone brings me back here.Other important things to note: they’re one of the latest open salons in Tampa, I’ve never had to wait as they always have plenty of staff and are a great size (15 pedicure chairs, 15 manicure stations), they include a lot in their mani and pedi options (scrubs, hot towels, massage, hot stones, etc.), each tech takes their time and doesn’t rush, the attention to detail in their work is phenomenal (my feet, not just my nails, look great), the salon is very clean, they offer beverages, the chairs work, the music is on point, they will layer on thin colors until it’s the shade you want, and they don’t force conversation on you (This is a huge part of my experience as I like to zone out after talking all day at work and this is the only salon I can do that at without feeling rude.)On top of all of those amazing things, at the end of the service when they ask “How do you like it?” They actually mean it and are willing to fix anything that hasn’t met your expectations. Hana did such a great job today that I actually remembered reviews are a thing. Thanks y’all!

Ive been client since they open to the public, I thought was fabulous, but one day they told that they are ready know me and no body want to tell me that their service going to be limited to me, supposed because they were spend a lot of time on my services... wouuuuiuu!!! Was a hard disappointed, I start with them but at the time that they become famous didnt need no more... so sad!!!

My pedi was pretty good. The girl I had wasnt the best at rubing but my toes look cute. She also did my pink and whites. They look nice... the right shape, thickness and length. The only thing, she hit my skin so many times I have cuts all around my nails and my fingers hurt! I wont see her when I get my fill but I will go back and try another tech. Nice prices, pretty good service, and the guy at the desk was really charming.
