Listen to the reviews. I NEVER write bad reviews but I got sns nails with a tip added. Total 45 dollars. The color is cute but the service was terrible. The lady kept telling me to move like very forcefully and she sprayed me with rubbing alcohol to keep the mosquitos away without asking me. Needless today I almost lost it I do not recommend.

Only gave 1 star because I had to in order to post this. Do not get your nails done here!! They filed down my natural nails too thin and they do not know how to do dip!!

She was very hard in doing my pedicure and eyebrows. She clip my nails in such a hurry that got my finger bleeding on both sides. She should be soft as she is dealing with human and no animals.

So... what I asked for and what I got could be the most completely opposite. Also she had to soak off a nail and put the used acetone BACK INTO THE BOTTLE... disgusting. Was saying I was being complicated and asked about a scar across my face unprofessional. Just ugh all the way around

Some of the employees seem unfriendly and don’t want to be there. When I got my eye brow waxed it’s been messed up a couple times. When I got my nails done someone was rough and made my nail bleed. I don’t recommend this place.

Used to be great went this morning sweet woman but she acted like she didnt want to be there. Very rough and cut me on my pedicure so bad its still bleeding.... One of the worst pedicures Ive had in a while and makes me regret not going to my usual place, I guess thats what I get. She didnt even file my nails on one foot... I dont plan on visiting again. This place has gone down hill from my prior visits so sad to see.

The staff was very nice and attentive

I had a man do my toes he was kind and did a good job when it came time for my full set the lady had no idea what almond shaped nails were and she made me bleed. Its the next day and my fingers are still bleeding here and there and feel very very sensitive. I wouldnt recommend this place.

I had a decent experience with getting my nails done here. I enjoyed talking to Connie and I would also say she was a little pushy toward me trying to get a pedicure and my eyebrows down. I did end up getting my eyebrows done and they turned out pretty good, never had them done before hand.

Cindy does awesome work but the owner needs to put up the prices for customers can see all prices. There are times I pay 1 price & the next time I come in Im told its a different price. Thats not right to do this to anyone. Best to ask for price before any of the technicians start working on you.

Charged me $75 for 2 REGULAR pedicures that were done in a rush and sloppy ! Not to mention the worker using dirty gloves and tool

Lady that did my nails charged me 65 dollars and couldnt draw an even line to outline my nail. Go here if you wanna be ripped off.

Pedicure and manicure with gel I was charge 80 dollars, will not go back

They were very sweet I had to wait a very long time to be seen. They did good with my granddaughters toenails but with mine when I got home I noticed my toenails were not even completely painted nor were they cut. I had to go and have a pedicure after my pedicure.

Friendly relaxed atmosphere. Prices are good. Did a great job on my toes.

My husband when there for a pedicure and the choices the prices were $50 or $60 that he has to pay his for it! They RIP people off.

I went in for a fill and pedicure at 11 am left at 3 pm. They have gotten slower and ruder. I sit in spa chair with hot water and then by the time they get to me the water is cold. After that was done waited 45 minutes for a fill. Showed the design I wanted and the nail tech said he cant do it. I told him it says nail designs on window I need some one to do it for me. Waited another 30 minutes and the lady charged an extra $20 for just the simple design. I usually go to Tampa Nails Im in and out within an hour and they charged $20 for my fill and design. And to top it off, they ask if they can do a mustache and eyebrow wax, which I had gotten 2 days ago from my regular spot. I said no. Then they asked again if they can take care of my mustache and eyebrow lmfao leave out of there feeling pissed and like a furball. Go somewhere else.

The best place to get your nails pedicure and brows done. Ive been going there over 12 years.

Worst mail place in Tampa! The guy did my nails and was ride the entire time... Saying my fingers are crooked and making ride comments under his breath. My nail broke within the first 24 hours and within 5 days 6 of my nails broke!!!! Worst $40 Ive ever spent on my nails!!!! Not to mention I spent almost 3 hours there!!!! Never again!!!!

If I could give this place a 0 I would. I went in for 2 nails that were broke & the lady was rude the entire time. On top of that she cut my cuticles MULTIPLE times. Dont even waste your money at this place

Got nails done here and they didnt put enough acrylic at the bottom so the nails were lumpy, they also cant shap nails well and when you ask them to fix it they are rude. I would rate zero stars if i could.

I had a HORRIFIC experience at this location. My nail was super glued to my finger and were in pain for 4 days. The nails were done unprofessionally and sloppy. I received the rudest customer service ever. They ignored me for 20 minuets and the refused to give me a refund. I wouldnt ever suggest this place for anyone to go to.

Horrible horrible experience!! The lady who does eyebrows is extremely rude and unprofessional. She doesnt address customers at all, she just do as she pleases with your eyebrows. Her service alone will cause them to lose a lot of customers. Very out of order! She messed my eyebrows up and had no manners on top of it

I actually just ran into one of the employees at Publix next door and she approached me accusing me of walking out on $45 worth of work (pedi & mani) . First off, I never even got a pedicure from them and secondly, Im able to pay my bills. I told her that she has me mistaken with someone else and she kept on accusing me. It was extremely frustrating knowing it wasnt me and she would not give up. I will NEVER step foot into that place again. Lost mine and everyone I knows business. Shame on you!Btw I called and spoke to the manager lady and she didnt care.. smh.

AND IT IS DIFFICULT TO COMMUNICATE WITH THEM WITH WHAT IS CORRESPONDING TO THE DESIGN Q ONE WANTS. AND TO FINISH THE WEEK OF GEL THE NAILS WERE EVERYWHERE FOUND. FATAL HORRIBLE THE WORK. EVERY DAY WILL HAVE LESS AND LESS CUSTOMERS.
