I absolutely love coming here to get my nails done and the eyebrow waxing was absolutely normal. But I 2 days ago I went and had eyelash extensions put on and it’s been a disaster. They hurt when I sleep and 2 of the pieces fell off today when they’re suppose to last weeks.

This is my absolute favorite nail spa in Tampa. I’ve been coming here consistently for the past year and a half and they never disappoint. They have a variety of pedicure packages for all budgets and needs, some with masks, and hot stone massage! And my nail tech Haley is always down to try whatever new thing I find on Pinterest that week. They always offer you water or your choice of wine on the house. 10/10 recommended this salon for everyone. Great atmosphere, and great service all around!

Boy this place at all costs. Staff are very unprofessional. I made a reservation and they made me wait for an hour. At the end, they said they have no availability at this time. This is very unprofessional and I’d like to advise everyone to go find another location.

The only one complaint I had was the fact that my water wasnt warm enough. I did ask for a warm up however, was still disappointed. Not a big issue nonetheless... Was very pleased and the prices are extremely affordable. Especially for their Deluxe Package would recommend to anyone....

They were very very nice and the environment wasn’t awkward at all. I sat down and the nail lady and I had a nice conversation so that it wasn’t just boring. The atmosphere was very relaxed. I got acrylic nails and they came out exactly how I wanted them to. It was worth the money and the visit. I’ll definitely be coming here again.

To be quite honest I dont like Being this person but I just have to let people know that this place is an absolute disappointment. And it’s nothing personal but when i walk into this place, I expect the work to be as beautiful as the actual place. Dont get me wrong the salon is decorated beautifully. However, their work falls very very short. And this isn’t me posting after 1 visit. I’ve spent years giving them chance after chance and every single time I go I ended up walking away disappointed or having to tell someone in charge I need something fixed. They aren’t with trends, and to say the least can’t even perfect my dip powder set. They definitely need new workers, a new start, or for those workers to seriously practice. The front, name, and inside of the place is totally misleading because as for the work itself. Poor quality! And for the prices they want to charge people!!?! Just wow. I’m sorry Luxx but this place needs change!

I have been coming to Luxx since I moved to Tampa three years ago. I get both manicures and pedicures, and alway walk out feeling so good. I have natural nails but see the great work they do with powder and acrylic. Thank you to Sandy. My go to girl!! She gives the best pedicures I have ever had.

I don’t usually bother to write reviews but after today, Luxx Nails is definitely deserving of a raving review. I’ve been coming here on and off for years now. Very inconsistently, as I’ve not been living in Tampa the last couple of years, but I’ve always had wonderful experiences here with both the people and the outcome of my manicures and pedicures and so I make sure this is where I go whenever I’m in the area. Back to today.. I called at the last minute for a fill and was seen right away without delay. I’m also six and a half months pregnant. I’d been running around all day with house chores and out shopping and had not yet stopped to eat anything. I had HG my first trimester and I have low blood pressure issues. I’ve been fine mostly but have to take it real easy. Today of all days ended up a bad day for me. While doing my nails, I had a terrible dizzy spell, got really hot and get faint, not once, but TWICE. These lovely ladies went above and beyond to make sure I was okay and taken care of. Despite not feeling my best, I was never once rushed. My nails were never rushed. I tried something different for me, got a tiny little design, instead of just my normal plain gel polish and they came out beautifully. The service here goes above and beyond polite professionalism. You can tell they care and aren’t just there “to do a job”. Love love love this place. I’m now finally back in Tampa and can not wait to be coming back more regularly! (After being well rested and having eaten a meal during my pregnancy, of course!)

I’ve been coming to this salon for years. Cici is my nail tech and I adore her! We always have a lot of fun. The staff is super friendly and welcoming. You are greeted right away and asked if you’d like a beverage while waiting. I have my mom, best friend and sister coming to this salon now. I won’t go anywhere else to get my nails done. The salon is super clean and open.

I use to get my nails done at Luxx all the time when I lived closed to them but when I moved further away I had to find another nail salon. 2 years later and I still have not found a nail salon as great and clean as Luxx. The 40 minute drive is absolutely worth it. I even took my husband who had layers of dead skin on his feet and they took out the time to care for his feet properly and advised on the best package to treat his feet and even gave him tips for home care. Everyone is friendly, the atmosphere and energy is great, and it does not smell like chemicals all throughout the salon! Luxx is the best I have found in Tampa!

Beautiful place. Soft music/relaxingI had a pedicure done, the Luxx Pedicure. If uve never had hot stones rubbed on ur legs then the luxx pedicure is for u. They r kind of expensive(if ur on a fixed income). But they do amazing work. But i wont be going back...i cant afford it. My sister paid for it.Its a nice place though💖

CC is the best nail tech ever. Been seeing her for 20 years. The owners are sweet and its a very cozy and friendly salon.

Olivia is my nail tech and has been for about 4 or 5 years. I was very impressed with the salon when I first walked in. Everyone is super nice and they all try to please you. It is a little more expensive then other places I’ve been to in the area and over the past few years. But I’d rather pay the extra $5 or $10 for good quality and service then to cheat myself and go to “cheap” route to save the extra dollar. The owner is so sweet, and her stories are like no others (in a good way). My only suggestion would be to have the techs that are good at doing toes, do toes. If they aren’t good at doing nails, or don’t feel comfortable doing them just have someone else do them. Even if it means waiting a little longer. They have techs that are really good at feet (my mom has experienced as I use Olivia) and then they have techs that are good at doing nails. You just have to find the one that you like, and make sure to make your appointment. As said before, I would recommend this place with no doubt. Just find the tech/techs you like and stick with them.We had an issue at one visit and I advised the owner of what happen and she was very apologetic, even said if she knew she would have taken over.Try it out. You won’t regret it.

Horrible experience. Dip powder looks awful. I have ridges in all my nails due to bad dip application. I have three nails that are super thick due to poor dip application. Just awful experience. They gave me a ten dollar discount for my valid complaints. I will never go back!!! My nails should have been free!!

The best experience EVER!My wife has been going to Julie for years to get her nails done and they always look so beautiful. When she opened this new location, I went with her to get a pedicure and was truly amazed. Julie and her staff provide such warm friendly service and make you feel right at home. It is a place of peace for those who want to just relax and enjoy the services, but also smiles and laughs for those who want to enjoy good company. They treat my wife like a queen and Julie always colors a special nail for me. One of her other staff members completed my pedicure and I was completely impressed. As a pharmacist I frequently have tension in my lower legs and feet, and she really helped to relieve all of the pains. Totally relaxing and worth every penny of it! She was not only very good at what she did but made me feel that I could get high quality services in a good amount of time. Julie and her team are the BEST that Tampa has to offer!

Pretty inside, nice employees. But, my nails never last. My nails lasted a week before growing out & lifting. Decided to give them another chance & the woman who did them rushed through it & tried to get me to purchase 20 other things. Won’t be coming back.

This salon is the cleanest salon Ive ever been to. All their tools are in sterilized pouches and I got handed my pumice pad, filer and buffer after my Jell-O shot pedicure so I KNOW they didnt use it on someone else before or after me. The staff is super friendly and truly love all things nail trend, love watching them talk about new nail products and the exciting of trying new things 😍
