Ken, you did an amazing job! He was patient, kind, and helped make my nails healthier and so so beautiful. Apparently the last salon I went to filed my nails to an unhealthy state. He fixed it and educated me on the process. I can’t believe these are my nails!! I will be back thank you ken!!

Ken did an excellent job with my dip nails! I love the color. And the manager hand painted every one, she has incredible talent. They are so patient and kind, they stayed over an hour past closing to finish with me and another woman. I didnt feel rushed or pushed away, they were happy to work with me. They are always so inviting and kind. They stay pretty busy, so book an appointment if you can!

We never overcharged our customers by any chances.We always trying our best to serve our customers.Our nails service especially our acrylics, we charge depends on the acrylic set (the shape, the length, how detail is the design and if the polish gels or regular and etc...)

Never in 15 years living here had they done something so horrible to me, they ruined my nails, I told him I wanted them to be square and a little shorter, this is terrible, I cant believe that I paid 45 dollars for this, I left a bit in a hurry and I didnt Realize the moment when I did it was late, Ill never go back there

They say $20 full set but it was $35 when finished. Just not satisfied with their work.

I like how they open so late to cater to their customers. Most nail salons close at 5pm on Sundays and unwilling to close any later. They on the other hand was not only open, they even stayed late to help each customer! They were supposed to close at 6, but is still assisting customers and its 6:46pm. I love my nails, and Im satisfied with the level of customer service!

Sophia is a sweetheart or (Mai) as I call her. Very nice people, I enjoy going to get my nails and pedi here.

I liked that place at first, but then they overcharged me during 2 visits. Also, not all of the nail techs are good. Lani is the best one in there.

Dont go to the middle-aged guy with mustache and an attitude that youll see the first second he looks at you. I came for a simple powder dip removal. First, he used an electric filer to take the top layer off, and he did it so forcefully that I almost jumped. After I told him it hurt, he just smacked his lips angrily. (He constantly looked like he was annoyed with something). Then he put my nails into the foil with acetone while splashing it all over my hands. All hastily and angrily. Kept me in it for over 20 minutes never saying a word while he was just sitting at the next table doing nothing. When he finally came up to remove the rest, he again used a very harsh electric filer (that had remains of somebody elses nails on it) and I had to tell him several times it hurt. He would never say anything back. Always a face expression like I was the worst annoyance of his day. When I came out I was practically in tears: my nails didnt even feel like nails, they were so thin that I could literally feel the flesh under them (still can). Ah hour later, hematomas occurred under almost all of them. Its been a few days and my nails hurt immensely to the point that I cant touch them. I dont know who that guy is but please avoid him - he ruined my nails. Now I can only hope my nail matrix survived.

Im so happy I gave Regal nails a try! I was trying to find a closer place to my home and this is the perfect place. Lani is super sweet and she did a really nice job with my nails and she also did my eyebrows good, thats a plus!! The price is good too! It is inside of Wal-Mart supercenter, but dont let that change your mind, when you go in youll forget youre in the store. I highly recommend this place to my family and friends!! ☺

The reviews that have been given thus far do not do this place justice. I have been coming here for years, and every time I have a memorable experience. I believe the prices are fair and, as far as customer service is concerned, I do not think the technicians are as rude as the other reviews below me have made them out to be. A large part of the reason the Vietnamese technicians may come off as rude is because of the language barrier: many of them do not speak fluent English, and so when they do speak it comes off as blunt or tactless. Do not let this deter you from coming here, however, as they mean no harm and they are very good at what they do!

My experience was horrible. The man doing my nails did it do the Matt top coat right so half of it was Matt and half was glossy. Also. He didn’t paint the top or sides of my nails. I had too.

Came in to get TWO nails fixed. They told me that I need to take two more off (????). Then when they started filling them in they did it a DIFFERENT color than the rest of them, and claimed they didn’t have the correct color (why start in the first place instead of saying that from the beginning?) . The worker was very rude and we ended up leaving with FOUR nails missing. Very very unprofessional 👎🏼👎🏼

If less than one star was available I would put that. They cannot do nails at this location. None of my nails are even, shaped correctly, polished well, and they are expensive to be so terrible. Brow services are bad as well and no one wants to do any work. My toes were nice but thats it and I got brows, full set and pedi. Will NEVER go back there smh

Horrible Customer Service!!! The nail technician who did my nails cut my finger and didnt even apologize ...smh!Also acted very annoyed when I asked if he could please cut my nails shorter before he starts on my acrylic fill. You would think they ask beforehand what their customer wants.....negative!!! Just overall the staff was not very friendly, definitely wont go back there!

They were rude and very of lousy 😕 She got it on my cuticles too and didnt let me choose the length or shape of my acrylics, she told me to get them short even though I wanted longer ones.my friend forgot her phone because she did her nails and so the lady yelled at us and asked what was wrong with us😡Very horrible service, Im going to nail country from now on Im never coming back.go there at your own risk of getting crappy service and not what you asked or imagined youll get, not In a good way. So many regrets...we went in knowing theyd do bad but we didnt think theyd screw everything up and then yell at us about it. They told me to tell my mom I need more pedicures... 😖
