This salon appeared to be of a high calibre and was very friendly. However, I gave them too much freedom and trust in their decisions against my own wants. I was not allowed to get the gel color on my toes for my pedicure that I wanted. The next time I went I got a botched and poor gel medicare by a nail technician (April) who did not know what she was doing and made that clear. My nails had to be completely removed and redone by another nail salon. My technician was not able to fix them because she cut her fingers and they did not know when she would be back. Inexcusable for the price I paid, Not including the generous tip I gave her. It took her 3 hours to do a ridiculously poor nail job and it took another salon just one hour to completely fix them to what I wanted. Do not recommend.

Walked in excited to get my nails done. I brought my sisters so he was going to give us total 5% discount. They forgot to do base and top coat for my pedicure. I still tried to keep an open mind. For manicure, my nails were cut all different shapes so I ended up filing my own nails to even the shape. The nail polish looked terrible - like if you put paper towel on wet nail polish. The technician seemed unbothered even after I asked her multiple times to fix it. She said that just how my nails are... I have been getting gel polish done for years and never had this issue. She was heavy handed with the drill so my nail beds have ridges all over. Lexi was kind enough to fix my nails because I was so frustrated, upset, that I started crying. The owner (make) still made me pay full price with the original discussed 5% off only after I wasted so much time here. I missed my work event because of it. I will never return to this place and don’t recommend it. Please take your money and business elsewhere.

Absolutely horrible service. My pedicure was the first service and he missed parts of my toes and shaped them oddly, some were curved others were square. As for my manicure, the worst service I had ever gotten. He was buffing my nails and managed to cut my skin, I was bleeding and in pain and he didnt seem to care much, just carrying on. Then he cut me again using the cuticle cutters and I was pain in both hands. He also applied my gel polish horribly. It is blotchy, spotty, and have blobs all over. Its been a week, barely, and its already peeling??? Never had a gel polish do that in my years of getting one. At the end, I had to have Lexi, the only one there who was good at her job, help me shape and do my nails. I will never be going back and I recommend no one else does either. I wish I could give 0 stars.

Its a pretty nail salon with mediocre nail technicians. I told the lady it was my first time there u would think they would at least apply the polish correctly to keep me coming back.Edit: this place has great customer service and hopefully I will like this place when I visit again.

As a new resident I was on the search for a quality nail salon. This one came in highly rated so I gave it a try. Not only did they care enough to give me extra directions to make sure I found my way to the right salon, but the service was excellent. I felt they took their time and didn’t rush me out, which also made the experience more enjoyable. I am very into the details, and felt they were careful to make sure to create the right shape and that I liked them before starting to paint. I also came in with old acrylic and they were gentle with taking it off - a big plus! Some salons will rip your real nail right off with the acrylic. The nail tech even beautifully recreated a design I saw on IG. I will be back! Excellent service overall.

Was treated with the kind of courtesy, customized service, and appreciation that I would anticipate is provided for the most valued customers. Very happy with results. 5* Restroom easily accessible.

Love this salon! Van was very patient and took his time on my full set gel manicure. The atmosphere of the salon was relaxing and the space was extremely clean. This is my new favorite spot in Tampa for all things nails and beauty!

Outstanding Service. Definitely top 5 for me first time in Tampa and this was one of two locations near my air bnb Im glad I chose Plush the team was welcoming and polite. They accommodated me and my best friend an hour before close for two manis and pedis. My pedi was luxurious and outstanding my only critique would be that i don’t use polish and i asked for the buff-shine on my feet and hands and the gentleman who did an amazing job missed a few toes lol the older woman who did my manicure was a perfectionist and gave me the best arm and hand massage as a professional cook i hold a lot of tension in my hands and she used the perfect amount of pressure and my nails are still shiny after 24 hours. Will return when in town again

Lexi and Becca are the best! Every time I come they also do my pedicures or manicures and I’m never disappointed! I recommend using these girls anytime you come! I haven’t found a better nail salon!

Love coming to this salon. Its so pretty and the staff there are all super nice and friendly. I had Lexi do my gel mani and pedi. She took her time to make sure it was perfect. If it wasnt she took it off and redid- which i didnt mind at all considering i want it to look nice too! She took her time with my feet as well. Definitely ask for Lexi next time you go in! Shes the best!

Stumbled upon this nail salon while shopping near MacDill AFB. What a treat! I got a basic pedicure and the experience was wonderful. Nancy did a great job! She was very gentle and my over all experience was a pleasure. The price was very reasonable and immediately walking in the door, the front desk offered me a drink and to relax on the pedicure chair while I waited, I felt very pampered. Im very happy to have found a great nail salon!

Charlie was AMAZING!! I have been to nail salons in Tennessee, California, Florida, etc. Never have I received service like this. I feel truly pampered. Charlie was very attentive. He worked on my feet until they were perfect and continuously offered refreshments. I just moved to Tampa, and I will most definitely be a regular here!

I have come here twice and I LOVE how Mr. Vo did my nails. If incorrectly spelled your name, please forgive me! He did them so thin and beautiful. My first visit was with tips and dip polish. It came out gorgeous and didnt crack until I accidentally hit my nails at work, I work with heavy machines. I came back yesterday to do dip again except on my natural nails. Despite my nails being short, he made them look stunning. Once my nails grow out again, I am most certainly coming back! My tech who did my pedicure was good but I dont know if Ill get any of the lush pedicures since it felt kinda rushed. She did a good job with the color but not too sure about the shaping.

Today was my fifth time coming to plush nails. I am the pickiest person in the world and always walk out extremely happy. Kim leaves my nails so amazing that I could not imagine going anywhere else. Very friendly staff. Clean facility. Best nail place in town

I’ve been here twice for pedicures and both times not worth it. A friend invited me the second time which is why I gave the place another chance. This time no actual massage was given—which I paid for in the upgrade—and oil left all over my legs upon exit. I don’t count rubbing oil over my legs and feet in under 10 seconds per limb a massage. It may all depend on who your technician is. After being disappointed for a second time, I definitely do not recommend.Edit: Thank you for the reply, Peter. I came in with another woman at 630pm and we both signed in. She also was overall displeased with her pedicure experience. Collective opinions: Our nail technicians (both young) appeared disinterested in and were sloppy with the work. Also, neither of us received the massage stated we would in the type of pedicure we paid for. It was a rip off, and I remember having this thought before the first time I came in many months ago.

I love plush nails and love getting serviced by Lexi. Shes always so professional and provides amazing quality leaving me very satisfied after every visit 💖

I read about Plush Nails and Spa on the Nextdoor app. and thought Id give this spa a try. I called before going to check availability for a pedicure. I was informed everyone was busy with customers but I was welcome to come in anyway, soak my feet and relax until someone freed up and Im glad I did. I was promptly greeted upon arrival. The pedicure chairs are incredibly comfortable, Alexis was friendly and my nails look great. I will return!

I usually don’t bother writing reviews but holy cow! Definitely the best nail salon I’ve been to by far! I got exactly what I asked for and great conversations. I felt very warm, relaxed and at home. 10/10 recommend.

Wandered in with only 45 minutes. Got me seated and Charlie went to work right away.Charlie was the best! Plush is very clean, has the best chairs, and they are all very friendly.I got tried of going to a very busy salon, waiting and not getting nearly 1/2 of what I received at Plush.In the end I have found my new home!

Since moving to Tampa I have only tried 1 other nail salon and was disappointed both times. I had dip nail put on today by Peter. He not only did a beautiful job but his bubbly personality was very pleasant.

From the moment my sister, Crystal and I arrived, every employee of this establishment greeted us with smiles and a friendly tone. Ron, immediately seated us in beautiful massage chairs as my sister and I freaked out about the gorgeous décor and the beautiful lavender smell.Charlie and Van treated us with respect and kindness and were very intuitive to our needs. The entire experience was magical and for someone who hasn’t had a pedicure in over two years, I was extremely pleased to leave with beautiful feet and a smile.For the amount of work and quality, you cannot beat the prices. If I could give this establishment 10 stars, I absolutely would. I left feeling like a beautiful queen. Which is what every woman deserves.

The reason I’m giving a 5Star is because the best salon manager is coming y’all way. Peter Voe is coming there. He has done my nails for over 5 years. He never leaves a client unsatisfied. I hate that he has left Warner Robins but I know he’s gonna come there and be a valuable asset to the salon. All I can say is that y’all are getting one of the best people I know. He will be missed here. Love you Peter and you will always have a place here.

Very friendly staff. I was pleasantly suprised by how many choices they had for pedicures. Van gave a fantastic foot massage and pedicure. The whole place was also spotless. Will definitely be back.

Not too pleased.Granted I walked in at 6:55 PM but I made sure to ask Would they have time to do a regular pedicure, I was Assured that yes to stay they have time. (Mind you there were already a couple still sitting there enjoying their experience with a beer, obv knowing the person that works there) Nothing extreme just color. But I mainly go for the touch up of keeping my Feet maintained. I would not spend $22 to dip my feet in lukewarm water and just get my toes painted. I can honestly do that myself at home.It went literally from step 1 of my feet being in water and cuticles trimmed to being finished.No push back of the cuticles or buffing of the nail, my main point was the scrubbing of the feet for the skin ) that is the reason of going.I left with my feet just being cleaned really.Then painted and rushed at the dry station, if you are closing or know you want to leave, it’s better off telling the client to come back

I’m really disappointed with this nail salon. The atmosphere is nice, but I got “gel” nails before going a trip to South America. My nails started chipping after two days like what’s in the photos. After not even a week I was able to peel the nail polish completely off. Whatever polish they used either wasn’t gel or it wasn’t applied correctly. I’ve never had this happen with gel nail polish before.

Decided to treat myself to gel mani and pedi (always runs about $100 with tip) so this is a splurge and yes I expect a relaxing experience. This salon was the worst I’ve ever had and I’ve been going to do my nails for 15 years. It’s so adorable inside, so I was really bummed about the experience I had.First, the staff talked loudly the entire time across the salon to one another.Second, cell phones were constantly ringing very loudly and no one was answering itThird, (not the salons fault) but the other patrons were inappropriate and Loud and on their cell phones etcMy manicure looks like a 4 year old did it. Half of my nail isn’t painted. There is gel all over my cuticle. The guy started painting my toenails and I had to stop him and ask if he was going to trim or file them??? The colors on the gel samples were off. Took the staff forever to find the right color.I could not wait to leave this appt. I am an extremely gracious and patient person. Always very positive and give people the benefit of the doubt. But when I drop $100 for a nice experience and it’s the most miserable two hours ever... I’ll write a review.Oh and I still left over 20% tip. I really contemplated not tipping but I’m not that type of person.

If I could give a ZERO I would. They had a young girl so the pedicure. She had no idea what she was doing. Instead of pulling the hang nails & cuticals from the tow nail she was pulling my damn skin on my toes. Only did I stay because I didnt want to make a seen. Never again will I go to this place. And do not recommend anyone else to go !

WILL NEVER GO BACKHonestly I’ve never been so unhappy with someone’s service till today. I went in for a fill-in and the lady said ok, I tell her it’s dip powder she has me pick out a color. They start working on my nail and as he’s sanding away the color he’s burned me several times along with filing them down to far to the point he decideds to take all of my nails off! And starts to do a whole new set! Afterwards looks over to the other nail tech next to him with a concerned look so when it comes time for me to pay they both come to the register together to now tell me they are charging me for a whole new set! That I didn’t ask for in the first place! Also tell me they don’t even do fill-ins for dip powder! I’m highly upset that they would even charge me after their several mistakes! Ive been here 3 times in the past but will never be back again after this and I won’t recommend to anyone else.Thank you for your feed back and the apology although you did make it seem like I came off a little rude and harsh “when I protested”. It wasn’t me protesting I was explaining what I was told was going to happen. Because I was confused, if the mandatory thing to do when you have dip powder is to do a all new full set why didn’t we start with taking my nails off from the beginning? Would that have changed anything? Instead he sat there drilling my nail away and burned me several times but I guess we won’t address that.Also no one showed me on the “clearly stated brochure” what you offer as of full-ins until I was at the register paying which I was also told you don’t do fill ins for gel either but it says you do. But thank you again for your apology.
