I’ve been to many salons in Tampa, and I regret not finding this gem before today! Very clean and professional atmosphere. I was a walk in appointment and I was sitting in my seat within aminute. Laura was very pleasant and did exactly what I asked. Quick and proficient and reasonably priced! Will be returning.

Im extremely picky about getting my nails done because I have short stubby fingers and wide nail beds, but Sally made my nails look beautiful and knew exactly what would look best for my finger/nail type.I tried a lot of places and was skeptical given the varied reviews but I would listen to the sites suggestions and go with the tech that has master next to their name. Highly recommend Sally for dip powder nails!!

I worked with Tanya for my first set of acrylic nails and she was very welcoming and gave her advice and opinion regarding length in relation to my job and color scheme. I did not feel rushed to make a decision and I felt like Tanya really took into account what i ultimately wanted my nails to look like. Very great experience and I definitely will be coming back again!

Fast & reliable with a huge selection of colors, gels, dips, etc. This is a large nail salon with two rooms for manicures and probably 20 pedicure seats in case you’re going with friends. Highly recommend!

Everyone I’ve gone to here is fantastic - most recently Sally and she did an awesome job with natural looking dip nails. She makes it look effortless but does detailed and super clean work. No residue under my nails, all the way back to the cuticle for maximum longevity - loved it. Coming back to her next time. Thank you!

I’ve wanted to love this place so bad because I know so many people who come here but I literally can’t comprehend how this place has as many stars as it does. I have gotten 2 acrylic fills from this place and BOTH times my nails have broken because they do them the thinnest they possibly can. TODAY I WENT TO GET A PEDICURE, spent $55 not including tip, and Macy PAINTS my toes before she even puts them in the water and paints them before she even does any part of the pedicure??? I was honestly in disbelief. Not to mention, I was only in the chair for 22 minutes. QUICKEST and WORST pedicure I’ve ever had in my life. Will NEVER recommend this place to anyone.

They get you in quick. Lots of chairs and tech. Nicer than most but dont expect them to be overly nice. They get paid by turn over not necessarily kindness but you get cheap nails.🤷‍♀️ clean clean clean

This was my first time going to Heavenly nails and I don’t ever want to go anywhere else. I saw so many amazing Google reviews for Sally so I booked my appointment with her! Sally went above and beyond to shape my nails perfectly and make my polish spotless! She was so detailed and meticulous and the result is amazing. I’m very pleased with my set💕

Took a long time just to remove the existing dip. They looked good enough when I left but a little bumpy. An hour later all the ends were yellow, I think from what they use to cure the dip. I didn’t do anything with my hands…

I love heavenly! Last night I completely ripped off one of my acrylics trying to open a drawer. So much pain. I came in and was helped within the first minute I was in the store. Then, Seven came, helped me find my exact color, and took care of me. I’ll definitely be coming back when I get my whole new set!!

I came here with a friend to get my nails done after moving to Tampa and have been coming here since. Theres always at least one person at the front desk to help get you taken care of. The nail salon looks deceivingly small on the outside but its actually massive. Theres hardly ever a wait when Im here but i do prefer to go at odd hours. I highly recommend making an appointment because its almost always decently busy. Its so easy to book an appointment online and check upcoming availability for nail techs. There are some very talented nail techs here. Ive never managed to grow out my natural nails long enough to not need tips when getting dip or acrylic so theyre the best in my book. ❤️

This was my first visit and I loved it! As soon as I walked in I was assisted and Candie was even able to start my appointment about 10 minutes early. I get the dip on my nails and I have never seen so many options, they have at least 400 different colors in dip to choose from. During my service I was asked several times if I was pleased with how my nails were turning out which I really appreciated. I have already booked my next appointment, highly recommend!!

I have been to various nail spas all around the world! This place is flawless. Jennifer did a full set gel extension and gel pedicure. She was very polite and engaged well during my appointment, her nail skills were impeccable. The place is clean and organized. I was able to obtain a same day appointment, washed hands on entry, quick service, warm greeting, great atmosphere, decent music, decent pricing, fair range of colours ... definitely in my top 5 nail spas, I will definitely be back.

Pushed around, no regard for customer service.Frequent client here for 4+ years. I was late to my appointment due to traffic and tried to call twice to let them know & to make arrangements to switch appointments if needed. No response. Upon arrival I was told my appointment was given away and that I had to wait until she was done for her to maybe see me. Waited endlessly and ended up leaving. Absolutely no communication regarding the rearrangement of my appointment and no apology or offer to fix the issue.This place is getting so busy they have lost all sense of good customer service. Dont waste your time being pushed around here.

Very happy with my first full set from this salon. It is great to be able to sit and relax without a mask on your face. Everytime that I have gone has been a great. I love having Chi Chi do my pedicure. Her attention to detail is spot on. I love the hot stones and the extra massage is awesome. The lavender scented products are my favorite. Anna does a phenomenal manicure. I suggest finding your favorite and than make appointments to ensure you get in. Its a nice space but they are always busy. Very clean and hygienic.

Melinda did such an amazing job executing the look I was going for with my nails! They literally turned out better than the inspo pic I brought in with me. She is very good at what she does and managed to do them in such a timely fashion! I will not be going anywhere else but heavenly from here on out!

The person I usually get wasn’t there today, so they gave me a man named Long. I was kind of worried at first, but I totally shouldn’t have been! He did the most amazing job! I’m very particular about the way my nails look- but he “nailed” it! (Lol) Really though, my nails look so beautiful! Definitely recommend him! Thanks! :)

I went online and booked an appointment with no problem. The problem that I have is I paid to get a fill and polish changed. My nails are bubbled and very uneven. They feel brittle and thin. Im at not happy with the job. Hopefully if I return, I can get someone who actually takes their time and do it right. Currently I would not recommend this place. Over crowded and they rush to get you in and out.

I get my nails done by Seven - he is so good... And he’s gentle, which is nearly impossible to find. He’s incredibly talented.I’ve gone to different people @ heavenly and had a fine experience. But Seven has been doing nails for 17 years and it’s very obvious. PLEASE just don’t take my Friday afternoon appointments w him. Please lol

I think your experience here depends on who your technician is. Some are better than others. I prefer to go to Macy or Tammy. They always do a great job on my nails and pay attention to detail.Heavenly Nails is also very clean/sanitary. Ive been to a few other salons in the area and theyre the ones who are taking the most COVID precautions!

First time visiting the salon and i went to sally. she did purple ombre dip powder on me and omgggg im obsessedd!! she paid so much attention to detail and spent time making sure she had the right colors for the ombré for me, which is something i’ve never experienced before. the nail techs i usually go to never pay any attention to detail or very obviously don’t care, but that was not the case with sally. i 100% recommend her!!!

You MUST go see ANNA! She’s being doing nails for over 20 years and by far she gave me the best pedicure and massage I have ever received. I highly recommend the pedicure that offers the hot stones. I’m also very picky and she’s extremely fast and talented. I will be back thanks to Anna !

I asked for an acrylic white tip French set…the guy said they don’t have white tips. I say, “ pink & white?” He says, “no…you want ombré?” I say, “no I want French tips”. I was constantly argued with about what I wanted. “Can I get my nails & feet done at the same time?” “No you can wait because your dip needs to soak off anyway”. The guy transferred me to a lady who had white tips but she said instead of doing a pink acrylic over my nails I had to do pink & white”. This was not my first time at a nail salon & it was VERY frustrating! Never going back again.

I went here for a pedicure and full set. I enjoyed the service and my nails were done right and long lasting.

I recently moved to Tampa and have been searching high and low for a BOMB nail tech that does dipping powder/SNS. SALLY blew me away! She did an amazing job & I will definitely be back to visit her. ***UPDATE*** SALLY is still the best tech Ive ever had. She takes her time every single visit to give me exactly what I ask for. Melenda was so amazing. She was knowledgeable and gave recommendations for the future. She was sooo quick, and the quality of my nails is amazing. Honestly it’s the best manicure I’ve ever had. They are thin, Perfectly even with no bumps or waves, perfectly coated with paint and her attention to detail was insane with how quick she was. I’ve never asked for anyone by name but I’ll have to now!

I have been coming to Heavenly for a few months now, and I LOVE IT. I love every nail tech that has worked on me. In the middle of a pandemic they are clean, and professional and I feel safe coming here. The quality is always really good, and I feel like the nail techs take pride in their job. My original appt was on Monday and I left very disappointed by how my nails turned out. I got them done for my engagement pictures a few days later, so I was definitely stressing about how they looked. I ended up calling Heavenly Nails the following day and asked if they could fix my nails. They were more than willing to help and I’m so glad that I called! Van fixed my nails and they look amazing! Exactly what I asked for. The staff is so friendly and professional, and I can’t wait to go back!

Pedicure was very sloppy and pricey. I let the young male technician know that the polish was old and asked for him to fix it. He said the top coat will fix it and he sent me on my way. $41

The place was so chaotic and my pedicure was so rushed. Felt like just a number instead of a customer. Will not be going here again unless I need the fastest pedicure in the world. Nails came out okay. Prices were expensive for the time spent with the customer.

Heavenly Nails has been my new nail stop for the past year. They have given me the best dip manicure on my natural nails. The polish is thin and smooth and last a solid month without lifting too badly. My girl Sally always hooks me up with a fresh look and is super meticulous on the shape and filling. Love this place!

Best nail salon in Tampa!! Sally is the best dip manicurist I’ve been to- I continue to go back in just to see her. My manicures last 4-5 weeks when she does dip for me- she is super fast too! I’ve referred several friends and everyone has been beyond impressed. The salon is very clean, extremely large so you can always get in to see someone if you’re in a pinch, overall just highly recommend!

Quality of your manicure and experience completely depends on who your nail tech is. The first time I came here, I had a really friendly girl who took her time and made sure my nails looked great. The care she put into it paid off because they lasted over 3 weeks without cracking. Today I had a male nail tech who rushed me through every part of the process (literally got me out in half the time of my first nail appt) and it’s apparent when you look at the quality. When I got out of the salon I noticed my nails look very sloppy in comparison to the manicure I got last time and I’m sure they won’t last long. I will make sure to request a specific nail tech if I come again.

I loved it here! Came here with my boyfriend for pedicures and had a 5/5 Experience from Service to Treatment to Environment. It was clean and everyone was very friendly. They followed COVID-19 guidelines as well.

Got a mani pedi for a formal event here and I wasn’t really happy with the results... I asked for French tips and got something more like French chunks... when I paid, the woman doing my nails tried to tip herself $20.00 without asking me. This place was packed and the people doing my friend and I’s nails seemed rushed to get us done and over with. Our nail polished chipped off the next day. I try not to give bad reviews but I paid $52.00 (before tip) for a mani-pedi and did not feel like I got my money’s worth.

It’s been a week, and my nails are like is. It happens every every time I’m doing them there. The manicure girl told me it usually lasts 5 days .. I mean really? P.S. I wasn’t doing any work. And the reason it happens to almost everyone who decide to visit this place is because of the nail polish they use- it’s cheap.

My husband and I came to Florida for vacation (we’re from Texas) while enjoying the ocean my nails were destroyed and I needed them fixed ASAP! Sally went above and beyond on my nails they look AMAZING! if you’re looking for a great nail tech and you live in the area I highly suggest Sally!

The atmosphere in this place is so amazing. It’s clean and there are barriers between you and the nail tech, they make sure that you have masks and wash your hands before you come in. I got my acrylics done by a wonderful nail tech, I don’t remember her name but she was really nice, she made sure that I was satisfied and happy with what I had and was quick with her service. Everyone there is friendly and makes you feel welcome. Amazing job done, I would definitely come back again.

I’ve tried a lot of nail salons in the Tampa St Pete area and by far heavenly nails and specifically Sally Are truly professionals. I did the dip I’ve been to her three times now and my nails last a very very long time without chipping. I love to be able to schedule my appointment online and when you walk in you wear a mask and wash your hands and they are social distancing. They have created plexiglass dividers between you and the technician. They are using every other chair and every other pedicure station. I’m very happy with the service and that is why I am putting this out on Google for everyone to see. Today I had the collagen pedicure and had my nails redone with the dip. You know what they say, “you get what you pay for” thank you heavenly nails and Sally.

April was so sweet, a bit over charging on adding a design by barely doing a swipe of glitter polish being $10-15+ though.... excessive.

Changed my appointment time to earlier when it was well within the timeframe for allotted services. They didnt call to ask if this would be ok they just did it. I had already arranged childcare for later time slot. If that service isnt able to be performed at that time, why are you able to book? Its very close to my house and I was looking forward to trying but I will never go somewhere that is inconsiderate in this way.

I had a pedicure and manicure done at this salon two weeks ago. I was very happy with how nice the staff was and the service I was given. However, the dip manicure that I got cracked off my fingernails just two weeks later, which has disappointed me very much! I just had a baby and have done nothing that should’ve caused it to happen.

I came in an asked for Gel nails/ Laura said, no dip is better and I told her I just didn’t want anything harmful but she said dip is good for my nails. I said fine. I asked for a design and she said she could do it. She did not use dip. She used ACRYLIC!! My nails are not even at all. The shape is all over. Plus remember I said gel which I $25, SHE CHARGED ME $50!!!! B Literally my nails are the most uneven shape: I’m not saying the salon is bad. I’m sure some artist are good but Laura was not at all. I hate my nails are so much.

Simply the best place in South Tampa (if not all of Tampa) did get anything related to Pedicures and Manicures. The place is Giant, (They have 4 dedicated suites, each focusing on a different service) they have a great staff and are very reasonably priced.

I recently moved into the area and One of my worries was finding a new trusted nail salon. From the second I came in I was greeted at the door by Kenny and he made sure I was being taken care of by one of the nail technicians. Love the environment. So grateful I came across this place I was able to relax and let them take care of me.

This was my very first visit here. My sister recommended. I like pedicures but I havent had a manicure is many years. I went and got the neutral mani/pedi as I like the color of my natural nails. Melinda was fantastic! She made me feel very comfortable and I didnt feel pressured into getting anything I didnt want to get. The environment was clean and everyone was professional. This place is huge!!! They have a lot of technicians but I recommend making an appointment as they get very busy. Thank you so much Melinda for doing such an amazing job!!!!

These are my nails 3 weeks and 2 days after getting gels for my wedding... despite swimming, washing dishes, showering, hand washing for my job, etc- not a single chip, only my nails growing out. Angela did a fantastic job, could not have asked for a better manicure!

I moved to St. Pete and will still go back to Heavenly. I never have a problem getting in to get a spa pedicure and shellac french manicure and come out with tip for under $100. All are courteous and friendly. Not all speak english but enough are there to help with those that dont. Always clean and for the most part punctual. Never had to wait more than 5 minutes on an appointment. They care about their service to their customers. I will admit, it did take me awhile to get who I would see on a regular basis. So dont give up, we all have our different expectations and there will be someone you will make your regular.

I’ve gone and had dip nails done at several Tampa locations but Sally at Heavenly Nails has been the absolute best! Not only is she talented, her station is always clean and organized. She is super friendly and I’ve never walked out without being completely satisfied with my nails.

I got a deluxe pedicure and my fiancée got a higher end pedicure w/ cucumbers and both nail techs rushed through the service. We were done in about 20 mins. All this nail salon cares about is rushing through the job to get to the next customer. Save yourself the trouble and go to manhattan nails for a way better experience.

Julia did a fantastic job on my acrylic set. They look classy and natural. She was attentive and careful in her work. I came in a bit before 7 and she stayed past 8:30 working on my nails to make them perfect. I will be returning in the future.

They cut my girlfriends toe with a cheese grader. They then proceeded to tell her she was a liar and she had that cut there before hand. Not only did they not apologize they had the audacity to charged her full price. The crazy thing is it looks like someone cut her with a cheese grader. I would avoid if you care about your blood being inside your body.

I’ve been going here for about 2 years and Sally does a GREAT job. She is so precise and makes sure to pay attention to all the little details. I’ll do the DIP and I won’t have to go back till about a month later and that’s only because they’ve grown out so much. No lifting or chipping!!
