NEVER going back. Place is a joke and extremely unprofessional. Went with my girlfriend to get her nails done and they ripped two of her nails off her nail bed and would not answer any of our questions. They spoke Vietnamese and little do they know I understand Vietnamese and we’re making fun of my girlfriend while she kept pulling away cause her nail bed was exposed. We got up to pay and leave and a woman walked in without a mask (this business has a mask mandate rule) and they told her to leave and then 4 workers walked to the back and took their masks off and started laughing. Absolute joke of a business.

They butchered my eyebrows. They made one really thin and the other extremely short. The short one has hair ripped out I cried almost immediately. The pictures don’t do it justice. Not to mention, they still wanted to charge me the $20!

First time visiting and Im happy I did! Received a pedicure from Kelly and a fill from Julie. I was not disappointed. I was a walk in without an appointment so the wait was a little long. They were busy with a full house on a Monday, which to me was a great sign. I will definitely be returning.

They are amazing!!! Best place Ive been to they are so nice. And they are my new favorite people. I was kept laughing the whole time and their work is amazing my nails are literally perfect.

They discriminate on African American people!!! I went for a very simple service and was told to wait 5 min. I waited patiently for 20 minutes and watch 5 other people walk in and get serviced right away. I asked the guy at the front why are others going before me? He told me to wait 5 more minutes. What am I waiting on ? The people that are getting serviced are her for the same thing I am. It wasnt till I said the word discrimination I then got serviced. What a joke!! I will never ever go back to this place. I still paid for my service and did the right thing. Maybe they can learn something. To top it all off there was no apology or anything . Even the people in shop vocalize me being right. Smdh. Dont spend your money here.!!

I got my nails done here a my sister and 3 days later they fall off. like are you serious? Soexpensive 54 dollars for medium tip. such a rip off. They gave me gel when i didn’t want any. Missed spots on my nails and the gel chipped in all the nails. I got a color I didn’t ask for. And the people kept coughing without even covering their mouths. Sounprofessional and such a ripoff please do not go here don’t waste your money on this . There’s better nail salons out there.

This place is awesome. They got me in so fast, and they did an amazing job! The price was decent, only thing that I wish that they would of been more up front about were the extra charges for things. They didnt tell me till they were done that certain things would cost more. But still even with that I will go back!

My wifes opinion. Super expensive but they do a great job. She keeps going there a lot so she must like it. Her nails look good though.

Dissatisfied customer. Anna did a horrible job. I didn’t get what I asked for. As soon as I left a nail broke. I returned immediately and the person at the front desk said the nail tech would fix it. I told him I was so unhappy that I just wanted them off. He convinced me that she would remove the nails and give me a new set. The second was worst than the first. I repeatedly asked for coffin and she gave me bulky square nails. She just wouldn’t listen to my request. I think that she just didn’t know what she was doing. I will never return to this place.

I love this place. James is awesome my favorite Tech but all of them are good. I have never had a bad experience here, highly recommended.

$57 for medium long tips? $33 for acrylic fill? $31 for pedicure? This place is a COMPLETE RIP off! Terrible service on my nails, too much gossip and talking behind customers backs! Had my nails done, feet completely dry in 10 minutes, 30 minutes later and my polish still sticky!! They didnt even add lotion to my daughters hands/arms after paying over $60 for her nails!

Got acrylics for prom and the woman that did them was amazing, all workers are very friendly and dont judge how bad your nails might look when you come in lol. Very cute place too!

Visited this place for the first time based off of the reviews and was not disappointed! It was clean, spacious, and the staff was friendly.

Got 2 small cuts on 2 of my fingers, they did not apply the nail polish good, missed some spots. Told them I have ingrow nails on my fat toes did not seem to care, I was not satisfy with the service, looks like they do the job in a rush. My toes are still hurting.😢😢

The pedicure was good. But Ive gotten a fill twice in hopes it was just the girl. But I have had 3 nails crack an one fully break off. I have had nails my whole life an not have this happen esp days after a fill. I went here bc close to home. Def wont be going back..

Very nicely decorated. The staff is very professional and now the salon is Covid -19 prepared and up to the guidelines, unfortunately closed again by the governor.Can not wait for my next appointment.

I have been going to this salon since it opened and I was lucky enough to have Trish do my nails and waxing the first time I went. I instantly fell in love with her . She is not only amazing at nails and waxing but she is the kindest person ever . She always makes me feel so comfortable like I am family . She always asks about my kids and when I bring them with me she greets them with snacks and hugs . My girls love her!The salon is beautiful and very clean. So happy to have this place so close to home

Thao is amazing! Her specialty is acrylics, dip powder nails and intricate nail designs. She’s also very friendly, listens to what you want and pays attention to detail. I will be a regular here.

First time here and I LOVED it! Staff is friendly and accommodating. Place is clean and spacious. Got my nails done by Kara and she did an amazing job!

Everybody here always does a relatively good job, however I have one complaint. There have been multiple times now where I go to get my nails done, and someone comes in requesting my manicurist about halfway through. The front desk ALWAYS sits that person next to me so they can stare and wait for their turn, which in turn pressures the nail technician who then rushes through my manicure to get me out of the way so they can take care of the person tapping their foot next to me. This time, I was practically shoved out of the chair because this person had been waiting a half hour, and I feel like my experience is ruined because I am made uncomfortable. In my opinion they have a waiting area at the front with chairs for a reason, and these people waiting should be sat there so that the nail technician can focus and operate to their full capacity rather than worrying about the person waiting staring at them.

LOVE this place... i’m not from here just visiting w/ my grandma and they talk very highly of her... very nice people and did an amazing job with my very detailed design on my acrylics!

Our favorite place to go for nails - the owner Elena is sweet, and Julie is the best for a manicure. The prices are high, but the place is always packed because they are that good. Try to make an appointment, but the wait isnt bad if you dont.

Holly does the best pedicures and Tim does an absolute quality job on the hands!!! Theyve gained my loyalty and now my family goes - Keep up the good job!

Busy salon for both hands and feet. Happy with my nails but it is definitely not a place to make you feel very attended to. Understaffed. The greeter or manager or whoever she was seemed to be running around doing everything in addition to someones nails-glad it wasnt mine with all the interruptions. Most speak little English. I loved the decor. New chairs was a plus. Cant give it 5 stars as it still feels like rushed service and just pushing folks through. Attempts at a spa feel -failed. Would I go back, possibly but with different expectations. For the areas one of the better salons but still little irritating. Possibly may go back because my other options in area, less that satisfactory.

My first time here and this place is great. Very clean, friendly environment. A gentleman named Ken did my pedicure and he took his time and was very thorough at every step of my pedi. I highly recommend this place and I will be coming back for sure!

I showed up, put my head phones in, closed my eyes and got a great pedicure treatment. Really pleasant and clean. $21 pedicures.

The prices are a little too high . But i love them they are my go too nail shop now.

2Q Nails is new and just opened up. The salon is one of the cleanest around. They have four small pedicure spa seats for your daughter to get a pedicure too.

This is an update. I had an original post of one star. I went to get my acrylic off and to get SNS. Nail tech refused, said I was wasting my money and wanted me to do a fill instead. Said ok whatever, I had work later and didn’t have time to argue her. She did a terrible job. I told manager and she did nothing. Went home, and my step mom was not ok with it. We headed back and asked for a refund within 30 min of me leaving. She was hesitant to refund and wanted me to sit down to fix it. I was late to work that day because she argued refund. Eventually she agreed, and I was promised a refund. I was so upset and irritated with the work on my nails, and the fact that I was late to work that day. She then told my step mom who went back in next day I wasn’t getting the refund as we had left an upset review. I told her I would change it for the money back, (who does that? Customer is first always). Now I am telling you, stay away from this nail salon. Visit Area One in Corona by the Walmart instead, they are busy for a reason but my nails come out perfect every time.

Don’t ever come here . i asked for coffin shape . i asked for a completely different color . they gave me a completely different shape and color . they put me under so much stress i cried . don’t come here or recommend anyone to go to this salon . the staff were extremely rude and didn’t do anything about the situation but argue .

Vivian did my nails today and it was an absolutely amazing experience plus my nails came out gorgeous!!!!! Will definitely be coming back!!!!
