Natural nails beware! I recently came here for a manicure and pedicure. The pedicure was average. But the manicure was awful! The technician scratched my natural nail! I typically do my nails myself and I pride myself on having strong, nice nails. I am so disappointed that they are ruined.Moreover, the manicure lasted 24 hours. My at home manicures usually last at least a week. The polish felt tacky and awful the whole time. I removed the polish after 48 hours because it was such a negative experience.I will not be returning!EDIT: owner reached out to try and resolve the issue. But a natural nail cannot be restored. I will need to wait months for all of the damage to grow out. If you value your nails please don’t risk them at this establishment

I love this nail salon! The staff is so friendly and my technician was very personable. She did a great job with my nails and I’ve gotten so many compliments on them already! The salon is clean and the pedicure chairs are very comfy. I can’t wait to come back, I HIGHLY recommend this salon. Make sure you go to the one next to the Chick-fil-A across from the jeep dealership on Dale Mabry because I noticed there is one on Kennedy too. But overall I was very impressed and happy with their service.

I have been coming here since they opened and Ive never had a bad experience! Every nail tech is great and very talented. I usually get Ryan and he does such an amazing job! Their prices are very good for the quality you get too. They also always remember me which is really nice!!

I ended up coming to the salon for the first time while I was waiting for my car to be maintenance while I had about two hours of free time so I walked over and the place was immaculately clean the staff is super friendly they are abiding by all the Covid rules and Ryan did my nails and I have to say he did an immaculate job and I’m very happy because I normally do not like going somewhere different… As for pricing they seem to be around the same as where I normally go in town and country so I would say to anyone in that area give them a shot because they are very good!

Ive been coming here for a while. Every time I have come here there has always been a small detail that I wasnt happy with but I kept trying to over look them thinking the next time I would come it would be better. Well today was the nail in the coffin when I came in I showed a picture to a tech of what I wanted and she told me she was able to do it, them another tech asked me what I wanted and she told me they couldnt do what I wanted because of the length of my nails so I decided on getting a French ombre. Well then when I sat down with a 3rd tech (different person then the first two I spoke with) the hole time he was trying to convince me to just get a basic French. So finally because I felt pressured I agreed to something I didnt want. I paid $98 for something I did not want. I am extremely disappointed!!! I will never come back here again !!

The pedicures are nice but the acrylic nails are awful. Always lift and break. Older lady(owner I think) has the personality of sandpaper.

I went for just regular gel polish, and they charged me 35 for just applying gel polish and curing it. I felt it is very pricey. It did involve cuticle cutting, but I personally didn’t feel like it’s worth the price.PS: My nails were perfectly trimmed and filed by me before I visited for gel polish and guess what, they massaged my hands with a bath and body works lotion like for 5 Sec each :( after the polish.

I stopped in impulsively & I’m so glad I did! Excellent service, clean, professional atmosphere & one of the best mani/pedi massages I’ve had in a while!! I live on the other side of town however I would definitely return. Wen & hubby were awesome!

2 days after SNS done by a horrible technician my nails are breaking at the quick. Do not trust them with your nails!!!

My sister and I went yesterday and we were very displeased with our nails. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I got my pedicure done here and my full set. My pedicure was okay, besides getting my nails filed to where one ripped off .. then not even a week into having my full set my nails started to fall off! The worse part is I asked for purple my nailPolish looked brown/black by the end of the night. Horrible, paid more than 100 for poor quality ! So upset. Will never go here ever again!!!

Stopped in today after work as I am on the search for my favorite place in the area. Let me just say the lady who did my nails did great. You can tell she took her time and they turned out beautiful. I def recommend giving them a chance. I will def be returning.

Love my dip acrylic nails from here! They look so natural and lasted about 5 weeks. Very friendly and always making sure I’m happy through out the service.

10/10 recommend this nail salon. The place is very clean. They use a new liner for each pedicure in the tub and also use new, sterilized nail cutters/tools and brand new nail filer and buffer on each person. They take their time with each person and do a great job!

Their customer service was great but I was a little upset after my nails were completed because I didn’t really like them. Five days after I got my nails done, two of them broke. I’ve never experienced this with getting my nails done before so I was a little disappointed.

Very nice, clean spa. Basic pedi was $25 slightly pricey for basic but I was very happy with how my toes and heels looked after.They offer refreshments even have wine. :) I recommend them.

The best nail salon in the area! The salon is beautiful, everything is clean. The staff is nice, they have tons of colors (whether you prefer acrylics, gel or SNS). The service is amazing, you’re treated well and even offered a drink (wine only applies to those 21+).

I got my brows done & acrylic fill with gel and both times the service was amazing. The place is super clean (I’m very picky) and the guy who did my nails was a perfectionist it’s been a week and a half and they still look amazing. The prices are also super fair! I was hesitant to go since they’re brand new but it’s my new go to since it’s right by my place!

We go back again and again - really clean place with friendly staff and great pedicures! The employees are really friendly and go out of their way to make a connection and do great work.

Horrible! First time here because of location convenience. Will never come back. I got there the second they opened so my guess is that the lady who did my nails is either the owner or the GM, and does not do nails but never told me to wait for someone else to do my nails. I could have waited. She did not add another layer so the back color looks Grayish; I got my nails done yesterday and one nail already chipped (and it is gel); cuticles still there; she cut me twice. Black color on my skin and because it is gel it won’t go away....will never go back.

One of only places in the Tampa Bay Area I will get my nails done. The BEST pedicure options. I love the staff and attention to detail they all have. I will keep coming back for sure.

The absolute worst nail experience of my life I had to go to my own nail salon that I normally go to to have them fix and correct my nails never again will I be back because I nearly cried walking out the building so you have been warned and service was terrible she handled me roughly and was so rude to meAnd no it was at your location and yes it should hurt business I will not in my life be back there

The place is clean and very friendly love my technician she is great and knows her stuff. Prices are reasonable and love the fact they use new liners for each customer for pedicure and new tools . Feel safer that they practice safe hygiene

I came after the old one shut down, very impressed how they remodeled the store, very spacious, clean, friendly staff, tools are sanitary.they using new liner and pumice stone after each clients . Price vary reasonable compared for most the other upscale salon I went. They have good music and WINE.... place to stop after long day at work rather then sit in traffic on the way home. RECOMMEND!!!!
