I have been going to True Nails for 10 years. They are professional and clean and it is a nice atmosphere. Hahn is the owner and is always so welcoming and has great customer service. I dont trust anyone else with my nails but True Nail Salon. I get top quality nails and pedicures as well as eyebrow threading at a competitive price. I would highly recommend True Nails on Sheldon road.

I called the day prior asking if they’d had any available appointments for early in the morning, he told me that 9:30 would work. The next day I showed up at 9:30 and there was a sign on the door saying they didn’t open until 10:00...thankfully the lady came about 15 minutes later, but I still thought it was a bit unprofessional. I had bought a groupon voucher for a free gel manicure to use...when I went to check out the man told me they no longer took those vouchers and there was a tiny sign in the very corner of the store that...I did a French tip and I thought my nails turned out a tad sloppily...overall I thought it wasn’t a very professional experience.

I have been going to Hahn for over 25 years. He is the best and he gets my nails perfect every time. I refuse to go to any other nail salon and have not been since I started coming to him. It is a very lovely spot with a very positive atmosphere and everybody is super friendly. It is very clean and everything is sterilized properly . This shop is more than a nail salon, it is family. Whether you want a simple look or a fancy design he does it all. Everybody here makes you feel valued and that whatever you ask will get done to your satisfaction. It always exceeds expectations.

Alexa was great. She took her time and was very friendly. I like also how she gave me options for shape and cut instead of just doing it however. Will be coming back!

Went there and tried eyebrow threading for the first time and came out with two uneven eyebrows had to go back and have them fix them and there better now not as uneven. Most likely wont go back. Also not child friendly there.thats the before picture I went back.

I did their dip nails with a tip on monday... first nail came off on that Saturday when showering and by monday when woke up had only 5 nails left. Worst nails ever done. The lady that did my nails put the tip over half way down my nail. Worst job Ive ever had cuz usually the dip with a tip lasts like 3 weeks and I remove it myself.

Prices are deceiving... I go in and ask for a regular pedicure and a gel dip powder manicure. Which i was told was $20 for the pedicure, great price, and $30 for the dip powder. Plus I had a gel removal for $5 which is pretty standard. Total, I am expecting to pay, $55. As the nail tech is doing my nails, she asks manicure? I say yes gel dip powder. Finally at checkout, I am charged $75.. Apparently a gel dip powder is not actually a manicure, a manicure is an additional $15. When I asked what a manicure includes, because, all she did was file my nails and trim my cuticles, apparently trimming cuticles is $15..... You can go down the street and pay $35 for a full gel powder MANICURE. This is exactly why I dont like trying new places. Guess I will stick to Hot Tip Nails.. And to top if off, the back of my leg was itching and burning during the pedicure at one point, but I ignored it. Now Im realizing she somehow cut my calf.. Lets just hope this doesnt get infected. Pretty disappointed.

She knows what she is doing - not only as far as shape of the brow, but also in offering recommendations to achieve the look you want! If youve never threaded before because you are afraid... Try Jasmin... She has a light hand and is extremely knowledgeable and precise!

Always have been to this place to get my eyebrows done. Waited to call today only to find out that they are not open Sundays now. Online it says they are open till 5 today. Well thats not true on Sundays. They arent open!

I have been coming here for over a year and I enjoy the atmosphere, customer service and the employees. They treat me like family here. The nail techs are very professional and are experienced. I have had mymnails done by Jeisy, Nena and Betty, they do an amazing job everytime. Jeisy has even taken pictures of her work. You wont find many places like this nail salon because many other nail salons treat you like a number but not here, you will be greeted and treated like you matter; and I must say they have exceeded my expectations. I advise you to come here and get your nails done and enjoy a nice relaxing pedicure. Mittal is an eyebrow threadist and does an amazing job in facial threading/waxing. She is gentle, quick and thorough in her work. She wont miss that unwanted hair. Come to True Nails and experience the true meaning of great customer service and a relaxing experience.

Awful experience - had a pedicure and full set (coffin nails). Was cut to the point of bleeding for both the pedicure and application of nails. Full set was not done like I asked - nails were thick, and not shaped properly. Will not be using their services ever again.
