I was a walk in, immediately taken in. Lenny was fantastic! Did my nails exactly like the pictures. If you come in to Diamond nails, I recommend Lenny !!!

I do not recommend getting your nails done here!!! They are the most unorganized business.I came here to get a full set and pedicure I waited for more then 2hours for what?? They do not know how to do nails or a good pedicure.They do there tips extremely thick making your nail like wider and some of the nail techs do not know how to do any designs.Their main concern is making money and not satisfying their clients.I will not return to this business.

I came to get my lashes done and the own husband said the technician have 20-25 mins that was about a 1hr 20mins ago then when asked the tech how long she said 15mins they will tell you a short wait time and you will be waiting all day for service if you are a regular their service has gone down hill I have stopped recommending this place unless you have TIME to WASTE

I always enjoy getting my pedi/mani and eyebrows waxed at Diamond nails. The workers are very professional and knowledgeable. The salon is always kept very clean and sanitized especially now during this pandemic. A very special thank you to my nail tech Trinh who is AMAZING KIND, CONSIDERATE, KNOWLEDGEABLE AND SUCH A PLAESURE AND MY HONOR TO GET MY WORK DONE FROM HER. I give it 2 thumbs up. Ive been to several places here in the Tampa area and so far Diamond nails is number 1 in my book.

Only place Ill get my nails done. Their new location is really nice and theyre taking great precautions to protect their customers during the pandemic. Ken is the best for nails and Trin is the best for pedicures.

Last 6 times my wife has gone at 5:45pm doors are locked with only 1 or 2 people getting their nails done and nail techs are available as seen thru the window and door.

Very friendly staff and very professional. I been coming to diamond nails since 1993. I even brought my husband here to get his feet done!

He is the best in the shop.I have gone here before, a few times, and have always gotten coffin nails from KenI Wanted a fade/ombre and knew that he would be able to do it.He did a wonderful job & even took great care to place crystals onto my nails in a beautiful design. I always get fancy nail ( diamond and fancy design).I will always recommend him to everyone!

They use cheap supplies so the nails break and lift within a few days. Will never go back. Do NOT recommend at all!

I went in with no expectations. I was met by Ken who sat me and offered me water. His service was excellent and his personality is loving and generous. I was there during my waiting hours for the car shop. So he even gave me a ride back to the dealer. Beyond expectation.

I am incredibly happy with my nails. I like mine long but that often leads to Nail techs making them clunky. Vicky did a fantastic job and they feel fantastic. The color is great and Im glad that she took on the challenge of an outside design since I dont like my nails being just one whole color. She was really nice and sweet so I definitely recommend.Depending on how these wear out and hold I will definitely be coming back.

They charge me 105 for my nails which was a special request glow in the dark and they gave me the complete opposite of what I ask for and refuse to fix my nails on top of trying to charge me a additional 65 I use to go here and spend good money but they can forget it I hope they shop get close down for being so rude and disrespectful and declining to fix what they messed up that is so unprofessional Kathy I hope u lose all your business and your shop close down

My favorite nail spot in Tampa! Very friendly down to earth staff. Ive been Going to Peter for over 6yrs.Theyre good at what they do and unlike other shops they dont kid shame. They interact with your child(ren) which makes it less stressful for you. They do tend to be busier on Fridays and Saturdays. Try going in the mornings or making an appt. Even if you dont they try to get you in a chair asap.

I just had a full set done from this place on Saturday. Now its Tuesday and one of my nails popped completely off like a press on nail. I called to see if I can get it repaired on Wednesday and they talking about they are going to charge me. I didnt do anything harsh for it to pop off so why do i have to come out of pocket to pay again. This bad quality work and my money went to waste. They got me f**ked up to think Ill pay extra for their cheap quality work. Tf

Okay I must say that I never really have gotten my nails done. However I am an Entertainer and when I perform I have to have everything done. So I tried Diamond Nails For the First back in November for my first photoshoot and then again in January for my first solo performance. Khan is a total beast on the nails I give her a picture and she Nails it every time. Now let me backtrack I told you I dont get my nails done all the time LOL so I previously I got my Dale nails done January 19th, came in today March 9th for the refill and to get them done one more time and then I will let them rest when I say that she made my nails last she really did and I had rhinestones and everything on them. And they held in place until recent. Sorry so long but I wanted you to understand. Khan takes her time to insure that your nails look fantastic, she also has a great eye and is very informative. I think that I am hooked now for sure. The place is very clean and everyone is nice.

Loved going here at first but now not anymore there so rude and rush sometimes. IF your going to go ask for wow or can NOBODY ELSE they seem to be the only ones who love there jobs there.

The Nail Technician at diamond nails is telling customers that they use powder Gel. THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS POWDER GEL, GEL IS GEL NOT ACRYLICS AND GEL NAIL POLISH NOOO NO NO!!! They are scamming people out of their money. Most of all Nail technician was very rude and impatient messed up on nails while still complaining to the customer.

Not my first time here went to get my nails done here twice thinking if I try someone else I might have a chance there are not good with nails either this time I said let me try getting my brows done THE WORST NAIL SALON I have ever been to they are not porofessionaI at all went there to get my eyebrows done showed them a picture told the lady Miley if you can not do them nicely please do not touch them because I just grew them back she said she can The lady waxed like a quarter of my brow OFF and said she couldn’t fix it. Went to the “manager” to ask what they were going to do about this huge mistake he said sorry we can’t do anything basically it’s already messed up can’t do anything what kind f business doesn’t know how to accommodate a customer they messed up with HORRIBLE DO NOT GO TO THIS NAIL SALON NOT FRIENDLY AND UNPROFESSIONAL I WALKED OUT LOOKING LIKE A CLOWN AND ITS GOING TO TAKE WEEKS FOR MY EYE BROWS TO GROW BACK IM PISSED!!!

Quality nails but not lashes. The lashes are cheap and the wrong glue is used! They are very difficult to remove and expect to be lash-less once you go thru the pain of removing.

Nail techs seem to have attitudes towards clients. Molly does my lashes and usually does a good job, but I got them done yesterday and asked her for medium and she gave be short, and one lash seems fuller than the other. Im on the fence about this salon now.
