The only reason I am not giving this place a 5 star is because it isn’t really sanitary. There is no plastic in the bowl for your feet. The water was already filled. And it kinda looks like they reused the water. i literally drenched my feet in rubbing alcohol when i got home. Anyways, my feet still look good though. The paint and everything was nice. The tools to like clip my cuticle off my feet and nail clippers weren’t clean because, it just came out of a bucket and not the blue sanitary thingy. It did not look clean. My nails were really pretty. I got medium length acrylic. However I had to pay $80 which I don’t think that it was worth $80 since i got a single color gel and my nails aren’t even that long. However they did take me in at 7:40. I would come back here but, the cleanliness and sanitation just really ruined it for me. Also when I was done I just watched them clean the bowl with a rag and water. And that’s it

They took me for mani and pedi an hour before closing which was so kind :) they were efficient and they stood an extra half hour after closing to do my nails properly yet quickly!! I read the reviews before coming and was skeptical at first, but it ended up being a great experience!

Tim’s work is decent, I know what to expect when I go there. However, he professionalism is terrible. He will rush you while doing your nails, even if no one else is in the shop. He will try to change your nail design to what he wants to do. I had to stand firm on what I wanted for MY nails. Remember it’s your nails and your money being spent. I don’t see myself going back anything soon. He’s literally my last resort nail tech at this point.

They were open on a Sunday, had a bad experience at another salon and happy I did, because I found this place and love the finished product.

Love their work. And they are quick and do a great job. Great attention to detail. Good for conversation if you want to talk during your visit. Prices are great too for the quality service. Walk ins are welcome. Should always call ahead to be sure they can take you in at the time you need to be in just in case they are busy.

My first time going to this nail salon & I must say even tho it was slow traffic . I was out of there within an hour & affordable for the work I needed lol . Super happy with my nails that Tim did & the lady who did my pedicure did a very good job on toes. Would definitely return ! I strongly recommend this nail salon. Tim is the absolute best. He is so creative and thorough. He will shape your nails to perfection. I will not go anywhere else. The customer service and work is top notch. I am super picky about my nails but Tim gets them right every single time without me having to say a word. He is so friendly and kind. I love this place! Took my youngest daughter (14) to get her nails done Sunday, not only did they not do what she asked but 3 days later the nails start popping off.... Horrible place.... DONT GO HERE.... DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR HARD EARNED MONEY

Sam is the worst no take ever. Im not sure if its because hes been doing it too long but he has no patience and is always rushing your nails. Nails come out different lengths on both hands because he doesnt match them and a horrible uneven acrylic job.

They were quick they work together they help me pick a design out they talk English they didnt speak their language lyrics they talk to me and my husband they made us feel comfortable and if you go on their website youll see my nails there like need a refill for a month very good

I just paid 40 dollars for a fill in and these were the results i got . A friend of mine recommended me here but i will not be passing along the message . The nail tech kept hitting my skin, and this fill in doesn’t look like good work at all. The acrylics don’t even match ! A couple of my nails aren’t even filled in with polish .

I got a full set and pedicure and the purples didnt match. The guy was getting angry because i said shorter for my nails and he seemed aggravated. The acrylic was lumpy and my nails was crooked. I went to Emily nails 2 days later because i didnt like my nails so i had them taken off and redone!! I will never go to city nails. Emily nails did a awesome job!!

The place was great. I didnt have an appointment and they took me right in. Michael did an awesome job. He was very polite and kept the conversation going the whole time. He kept asking if I like it and he even did a beautiful design on my ring finger. Thank you so much, will definitely go again.

Tim and young lady always are so sweet and welcoming and I feel relax and give me best tips on what colors and or designs and feel good leaving out and my nails always look wonderful so thankful definitely worth every visit❤💅

It was busy but I was happy

I went there on a whim and because they were open late. Ill never go back. The lady who did them was polite but did not listen I repeatedly said please stop filing my nails just let them soak and scrape off the gel, but she proceeded to file them down mechanically. We kept arguing back and forth before she finally put on these clips(picture) and tried to do it the right way even then I still had some of the blue polish on she tried to blame me and said something to the effect of it would be easier to file it off. As someone whos taken a cosmetology class the whole procedure made me cringe because she was literraly filing down my nail bed to make a quick buck and move on. Now my nails are folding when I press down on the tips never had that happen before. A week later, I had to remove the gel myself the right way and trim my nails at home because they looked broken weak, layers were apparent from the filing and they chipped easy. I have to grow healthy nails out again. If you actually care about your natural nails dont go here because chances are you wont have healthy nails theyll make sure of that. I intended to get a manicure but after I saw what she did with my feet, I bailed. Run away

This was my 2nd time here. I walked in and immediately got excited at the sight of a licensed Black Nail Technician. I informed my BNT that I needed very short nails with clear polish, because I work in an extremely conservative medical office that requires a visible nail bed. Instead of clear acrylic, she proceeded to use what looked like light pink. As she completed the first hand, I commented that I was concerned about the darkness of the pink, to which she dismissed as its wet state. I let her continue, comforted with the idea my nail bed would be visible.Well, she lied. The pink was still very dark by the time she finished filing both my nail and cuticle (eye roll). Before washing my hands, I told her I was very unhappy with the final color. She tried demonstrating to me it would be lighter with a clear top coat, which was a fail. Then she somehow talked me into trying a nude polish. I was fuming once she finished. Instead of being nasty, I just said, nope, thats not better.She asked what Id like to do and I truly wanted to start over, but I had no time. I left disappointed-never to return again.

I really liked the shop and staff that was there. It was my first time there. I only had to wait a few minutes and the work was superb. Mike, I believe was his name, he shaped my Nails the exact way Ive been wanting them done. They definitely have a new happy customer!!

If you like you nail health dont go. It was the first and last time there. The nail tech didnt greet me, nor nod or even acknowledge my existence until about 20 minutes in. She was on the phone so I guess she didnt notice my flinching and saying ouch when the drill went through my nail bed. Im glad they are growing back.

My pedicure it was ok my manicure it was a rush manicure he didnt took out my cuticles I came from NYC it was very expensive for the poor work they did!! Oh I chose a color and he he took an other one then he was going to use the color that I pick for my nails I realized it was different from my feet so I let him know..I will never do nothing in florida I stay in MYC

After searching for a nail shop this past Saturday, 6/8, and actually stopping into 2 shops, only to be greeted by unwelcoming environments, I almost gave up. Then, on my way home I decided to try this place, and Im so glad I did. The staff was welcoming, and my nail tech., Tim is amazing! He was kind, patient and did a great job. I love my nails, and the price point wasnt bad either. I definitely recommend.

After visiting this salon for a pedicure, I believe I got a foot fungus resulting in my complete toenail FALLING OFF. Lord, help me. I’ve never had this problem before. Never again. They don’t use plastic wraps for their pedicure chairs either. Sanitation needs to visit.

I called and asked if they were open just to ensure that I will not pull up to a salon that was closed. The guy on the phone told me that they were open until 6 PM. I put their address in my GPS and it was very difficult to find it was saying it was on the street that I was not familiar with call Cecilia Avenue. Once I finally found it I walked in to a semi pack salon and asked for a pedicure. They went back and forth in their language a couple of times, the pedicurist and the guy at the front. And basically told me oh we full, and we closed tonight with the salon full of people. When I asked him excuse me ?He said she has three people in line you want to wait? I walked out frustrated after having a very difficult time to find it and calling ahead they still turn me away. black people stay away from these Asian Proprietors! all they want is our money !they build stores in our neighborhood and they dont treat us like first class citizens.we need to build our own nail shops, we need to build our own hair stores! dont get your nails done at Asian facilities. I will go home and do my own pedicure.

Love how my nails are still holding up. Tim did an amazing job. He assured that he was gonna take care of me, and even gave me a discount because of how unhappy I was with a previous nail salon’s set! I didn’t have much luck with nail salons when I was living in Orlando, but this is officially the only nail salon that I trust in the Bay area. I live all the way in Wesley Chapel, so the drive is a bit of a stretch, but it’s definitely worth it. You guys will be seeing me again ❤️✨

Tim was great. There was an issue with over cutting and filing my nails (I wanted stiletto shape) but Tim fixed it immediately. This is my new go-to nail salon! I was right, I didnt ask for anyone specific but we got our pedis done by a sweet and amazing lady (which she did my daughters Mani as well) and I actually got the pleasure to have my nails done by the amazing Tim! Three of us came into the salon and were told to sit at different nail stations and waited over an hour for the only nail tech to finally reach one of us. While doing my friends nails a woman spoke to the nail tech demanding to know if she would be taken care of after my friend instead of having to wait behind the three other people who have been waiting almost two hours at this point. He assured the woman who only just walked in that she would be next. paid for my friends nails and left very upset. Next time you have a customers tell them the wait time accordingly and do not let others skip the another. Not only did two of us leave without our nails done but my one friend who was actually taken care of hated her nail shape, very uneven and slanted.

I decided to try Crazy Nails per word of mouth. They have a good location. Kim did a good job on my manicure(just gel polish) and pedicure she took her time and allowed me time to pick my color(a lot to choose from). Although, I am use to having more things done when getting a basic manipedi than just a soak and polish for the same or less price. I would like to give 5 but I am unsure of the sanitation of their utensils as i saw her clean them in my pedicure water and place them back in her container. Overall they are nice.

I’ve been bouncing from shop to shop trying to find a nail tech I can stick with. Tim hands down has been the best I’ve been to in the Tampa area.

It was my first time at Crazy Nails and Tim insisted he do my nails. I am from LA, and mentioned how I hadnt found a spot in Tampa that I was very pleased with. He said he would change my find, and he sure did. I am in love with my nail, and will continue to go see Tim for my amazing beautiful nails.

I just recently went there for the first time and it was a very good experience. The nail tech did an awesome job with my nails and cat eye gel polish. I loved it. I also had my eyebrows done by Mr. Tim and he as well did a very good job. The two people I encountered during my visit where very professional with great interpersonal skills. When I visit Tampa again they will be my designated nail shop.

Liz is amazing!!!!! I have been going to her for 6 months now. Her attention to detail is unbelievable, not to mention the speed that she gets me in and out! I am extremely picky and surprisingly, I have never been able to point out any flaws in my service. All of the staff there are very warm and inviting...its a great atmosphere...you can see the employer keeps his employees happy...they joke and have fun while working☺I see all of the nail techs sanitizing tools and their work area too...also very important! Although they do seem busy enough to me...lol...I shouldnt be selfish, so go and check them out! Support small business....especially when they are AWESOME!💖

Very disappointed! Google reviews looked good. So, I called for a same day appt. for my 10 yr old & myself. Was told to come in in a hour. We came in & was there for 2 hours for 2 mani’s & 1 pedi😩. Three days later after spending over $80 my mani is chipping. I should have known better once I saw how dirty this place was. Nail clipping & nail dust everywhere. Only positive thing I can say is that both staff members were very nice.

Very friendly and understandable staff . My nails were somewhat damaged and the nail technician was still able to work his very best and they came out insanely good. He was also very patient with me as it was a bit painful, and the best part of it all is they also offer USF student discount . They definitely gained a new client.

The name of the store had caught my attention NAIL CRAZY, so I decided to bring my girlfriend, and try it out. Upon entering, I was greeted by a friendly worker, and it struck me as to how.. fresh, and appealing the environment seemed to be. My girlfriend had a manicure and pedicure, the work was done at a well-excepted pace, not so slow and not so fast as to think she felt too rushed. It was very efficient. I am very pleased with the work done here and do see myself visiting again in the foreseeable future!!

Fish did my nails today. I showed him a picture of the nails I wanted and he did exactly as I asked. The staff was busy but very polite and attentive. The prices are very reasonable and I will definitely be going back.

I’m a Usf student and went to this salon after calling ahead and booking an appointment and making sure they did a student discount as stated on their website. After doing this and getting there, and having acrylics done, not only did they say that the student discount is only available before 5pm (which is when by the way students usually have class) but they also charged me an extra $5 for having the lady who did my nails shape them..... I thought shaping acrylics was included in the $25 price point. I was very disappointed with my experience and will not be going here again.

I read all your responses to your valued customers and everyone of them you criticize the customers as if they are wrong then to make amends. Instead you tell the customers that they are the ones that are wrong, I been dealing with the community of real live people for 17 years and trust me my job is harder than yours! But we have a saying in America and that is the customers are always right!! You need to learn it but guess it doesnt matter when you have customers that are desperate to get there nails fixed to feel pampered. And just think I read all the reviews before I came and because you had an exceptional amount of good reviews decided to give it a chance. Wrong!!!! Every single complaint was right. I had to put my on top coat on at home! I dont know how you got all these reviews but people stop!!!! Warning if you are a first timer trust your instinct the moment you feel its not right your better off I promise!! As well as the owner I could careless what you have to say I spent my last dollars with you! Just worry about the other people reading this because if they had a right mind they would listen even if you didnt!

The lady who did my nails cut my cuticles on three different fingers and it started to bleed. She was very rough with my nails and my fingers hurt really bad after leaving the salon.
