I started using sport clips about a year ago when my son was 4. His dad had cut our sons ever since he was a year old, however, his dad died last year and I had no choice but to find someone else to cut our sons hair. We were seeing Alyse up until July of this year and she was absolutely wonderful with my son. She was caring and compassionate, and was so sweet to him even though he cried. Unfortunately Alyse moved out of state but I still wanted to continue using sports clips so there was consistency with my son in hopes that he would get comfortable with someone who wasn’t his dad cutting his hair. Today I took my son there and a woman named Mackenzie was going to cut my sons hair. If I could give her negative stars I would. She was unbelievably rude and just so heartless. She made no attempt to work with my son or show any compassion. She had already started cutting my sons hair then stopped and refused to continue so we had to leave with my son missing patches of his hair. I truly hope if she is ever in the position that I was in today, that someone shows her more compassion than she showed me and my son today. I cried in my car for 10 minutes because of how heartless she was.It costs absolutely nothing to be a decent human being and to show a little bit of empathy and compassion. I will never take my son there again because of this woman.

Been going here for a while. I am an extremely busy person and whenever they can fit me in I try to jump on it. I tip extremely well no matter what all the time. I called tonight trying to get in at close because I’m on a time crunch and have a formal event this weekend. I proposed that I would be there in under five minutes and was turned away. Guess I’ll stick with the small time shops from now on.

I take my 14 yr old son there and he loves the haircuts he gets there. They do a fantastic job there. Great personalities.

Always the best!!!!!! The manager is the only one to cut my hair however all the women are professional and curtious and do an incredible job. Theyre extremely clean and cautious with the extenuating circumstances going on. I will forever and always have these folks cut my hair!!!!

Had a coupon, tried them out. Was good service but normal pricing a bit high. Showed a picture of myself with the style i wanted. Didnt get it but thats all places. (Except the one that i had a picture of, but thats 500 miles away)

Just moved to presscott valley and I brought my Kid here a week ago so I figured Id give them a try, I Asked for a shadow fade all around nothing off the top and when it was my turn the stylist I received admitted she didnt feel comfortable doing the fade which I highly appreciated her being honest and she asked if I didnt mind waiting 10 more minutes for another stylist who was far more proficient when it comes to fades, need less to say I didnt receive that particular stylist, instead I got the next best thing and this stylist was just as nervous as the other one and the only reason I say that is because during the entire service her hands were shaking and in the end my fade was uneven but I paid my 20$ and immediately proceed to find the closest BARBERSHOP

My family and I went out to lunch after church on Sunday, then I decided it was time for my 19 month old son to get a hair cut. We walked in, didnt have an appointment, and got in quickly. (Could be rare. It was 2:30 Sunday afternoon) Ive only trimmed my sons hair myself a few times, but this would be his FIRST professional cut! He did so great and Dani was outstanding! She was fast, patient, efficient, and did the quickest and greatest job on hair Ive ever experienced. I recommend Dani. 100% we will be back.

Went in before my wedding to get my normal hair cut and man was that a regret. They girl who cut my hair gave me a balled spot on the back of my head. I called and left a voicemail a hour after leaving asking them to some how fix it and I never got a call back. I then waited 3 weeks to get another hair cut and the balled spot still hasn’t filled in. I told the lady who cut my hair and she didn’t even care. I’m tired of this place it seems like the hair cuts are getting worst and worst and the laziness just keeps continuing. There is not a single decent hair cutting place for under 30 bucks looks like I’m leaving my 3 year commitment to sports clips and going to somewhere in Phoenix. Good bye sports clips I’ll spend my 780 dollars a year for a haircut elsewhere!

Great place for a haircut, if you Dani or Alyssa, they do great work! Unfortunately some of the other stylists do not. I had my beard butchered by one of the stylists, even after I stopped her several times to make sure we were on the same page. Also this is the second time I have ran into the same problem. I check in online it gives me a time frame to show up, the first time it wasnt bad it was about a 5 minute wait. This time it said to show up in 20 minutes, 20 minutes later I show up only to be told it is going to be another 27 minutes. What is the point of checking in online if it doesnt affect the wait time in the shop?

Crystal has filled the shoes of my barber in Phoenix. Big shoes. She takes the time to do things the right way the first time. While maintaining her professionalism, she also brings the warmth of a small town.

Used to hate getting my hair cut until I came here. This is the first place Ive gone multiple times and havent had a single haircut I didnt like. Always great work done. And I definitely recommend getting the shampoo after the cut, very relaxing.
