My color turned out great! And Jay was fast and chatty And I Got talking with the her and heard about all the recent changes. Phone was down for a couple months and a lot of the staff left too. The hours changed here so Make sure to make appointment online or call the number listed for an appointment. There were only two stylists working there when I went in. And while my hair was getting done the other stylist was busy taking cuts the whole time. They could use some more hair stylists here !

Jae is phenomenal! Took my hair from sad and very grown out to gorgeous with so much dimension! Great conversation and atmosphere. 10/10 recommend!!

They were extremely busy but were able to squeeze me in for a cut. The lady was amazing, she did exactly as I asked and made sure it was what I wanted. It made me want to return for more than just a cut. Especially since all three of the ladies there helped me in some way and all were nice/polite!

Im not sure what has happened at this location. Our whole family has used this location for years. Within the last couple of months things have gone down hill! No one answers the the phone, you cant schedule anything online, and the turn over is crazy! Most of the staff that used to be at this location have left. Unfortunitly this location has lost a lot of good staff with whatever is going on.

Wouldnt even give it a one star if I could. They have a online website that has access to booking. Booked an appointment couple days out to fit around crazy schedule. Go in states they have issues with online booking tell people to call them instead. Didnt make or have time for me. Even had a confirmation email, was placed into a Google calendar. This is not okay. Wasted gas money, and time of my work schedule for this service. Even suggested I had wrong location when they placed the location into the Google calendar themselves. Never will they have my service again.

AT 9AM TODAY!! if they cant update or bother to call after I have been a client for 20 yrs THEY PUSH TO BOOK ONLINE TO SAVE THE WAIT??. Will I go back?? Maybe but I will look at other options now.which I wouldnt have before.

Why is there an online option to book appts if the salon doesn’t honor it??? This is completely unacceptable!! Booked appt 24 hours in advance and then got canceled an hour before appt! Not ok!! Every customer should be required to book online if this is an option. No customer should get preferred access to a haircut if they didn’t book online. Bad business!!!!

While the work provided was great the professionalism in this WORK space was terrible! I couldn’t tell you how many times I heard the MANAGER going on and on on her political views BASHING people who didn’t agree with them and bashing the opposing political party constantly. Apart from that she would also just go on and on on her personal issues and I do not feel either of those are appropriate for someone in charge to be doing and talking about at work. If it made me uncomfortable to be around that I can’t imagine how many others feel the same way.

I just want to say that Christa did a fantastic job on my hair. She listened to me and helped with color choices. I have never gotten so many compliments on my hair before. She is amazing.

This was my first time seeing her; she took the time to ask me about what I wanted and what my hair care routine is in order to give me a fabulous look. She is very personable and it felt like I was chatting with an old friend. I will definitely book with her again!

When you are required to make an appointment online one day in advance. And 15 minutes before your appointment you get an email stating your appointment was unsuccessful because “there are only two of us here right now & I’m doing a perm”I will never book or use them again. The employee didn’t seem to have a clue about appointments, and was unprofessional in trying to get her point across, that online doesn’t let them know the appointments made. What a joke! Never ever again.

Making an appointment there is a joke unless you know the hairstylist. Called and made an appointment for noon and arrived 5 minutes early. Waited till 1220 before I asked when they might see us, to be told your next, after 4 other patrons walked in and sat down at chairs. I understand Saturdays are busy but dont set appointment times if you arent going to be ready. Taking my business somewhere where customer service is a higher priority

Cassie is a godsend in the hair industry and has been willing and able to beautifully execute every idea I’ve brought to her over all the years I’ve been coming to her. The environment in the salon is warm and inviting, often having the opportunity to chat with other staff members and customers while my hair is getting done. I don’t have a single complaint about any experience I’ve had here! I don’t trust my hair with anyone else and I hope the day never comes where I’d ever have to go elsewhere! Great service! I took my son for a haircut and Melinda did a great job. I showed her a picture of what I wanted for him and she did exactly that! She also touched up my hair, after I told her I had a pixie cut but not to my standard and she within minutes fixed it.Finally found a place were the stylist listened and followed through with my wants:)

I called ahead and was told there would be a 10 minute wait. I checked in over the phone and in person when I arrived at the store 6 minutes later. I was told that I was the next in line. A walk-in after I had been waiting 30 minutes was told to go to the back. Not a minute later, before the stylist even started the haircut she realized that I was actually the next in line. Instead of telling the other gentleman that she made a mistake and I was next she proceeded to cut his hair and told me oops and that she would cut my hair next! I have now been sitting here over waiting over an hour before they even began to cut my haircut, when the whole reason I came here was because I was told they could get me in in 10 minutes. Ridiculous and super poor customer service! I want to add that when I finally went back to get the haircut that the stylist hadnt even cleaned up the hair all over the place from the last person. Gross! I told her that I just wanted 2 inches off the bottom but before I even knew what she was doing she started cutting and framing the hair around the front of my face which I neither wanted nor asked for. In addition, she couldnt even cut a straight line! My straight, long hair was incredibly uneven and I had to ask her to fix the unevenness in 3 different places after she thought she was done. She also kept trying to sell me products that I didnt want or need even after my telling her that I was happy with the products I use and her commenting on how nice and healthy my hair was. The entire experience was terrible!

After Great Clip ruined my daughters hair, I brought her here to see if it could be fixed. Sadly some parts will just have to grow out. It the staff was wonderful and kind to her. My daughter feels so much better about her unexpected short hair. Totally recommend!

Friendly staff however my stylist didnt listen at all when all i wanted was a trim and highlights. After spending way too long telling me how chemically damaged my hair was and pushing products at me she finally started foils. Color came out great although it wasnt at all what i was expecting. The simple cut on the other hand was a disappointment and way shorter than what i wanted.

The ladys are always super nice and so an amazing job on both cutting my hair and bleaching it on the occasion I need it bleached. With fair prices and great customer service its the only place I go to, to get my hair cut.

I made a visit here today and checked in online in advance and arrived early. Checked in at 12:15 and website said to arrive at 1:30. I arrived at 1:15 only to find out i will be sitting in a chair another 45 minutes because their online check in does work correctly.I could have went anywhere else at 12:15 and sat in a chair for 45 minutes. Its a complete waste of time to check in online.When i inquired about the wait time i was not provided with any answer at all, other than you are on the listIts a good place, if you feel like waiting, i can check in anywhere else and be seen on time. I dont recommend this place for onlune check in at all though. You wont be seen on time

DO NOT GO HERE! I have never had such a terrible color and cut in my life, even after telling the stylist my issues, it was not fixed properly. I went out to my car and cried, and had no confidence in them to fix my hair. I went in with brown hair, light. My natural hair had grown in at the roots about 2 inches. I wanted blonde HIGHLIGHTS, bayalage, and even had a photo. I knew I wouldnt get as light as the photo, but the style of the highlights was my goal. I walked out with ALL OVER yellow/orange blonde (even after it was toned). The two inches of grown out hair at my roots was NOT TOUCHED! There was a literally ring around my head and I looked worse than when I went in. I told the stylist I didnt like the roots. She took blonde to just the roots at the top of my scalp, not my sides or underneath that were this way as well, and did highlights. Then, she did not put toner on those highlights, so they had an orange tint. The cut was short with layers, and what I have is uneven and NOT what we discussed before cutting it. My hair is absolutely nothing like I said I wanted or even remotely close! It looks absolutely pathetic!I understand it was 2 and a half hours before closing, but if you didnt want to do my hair, I had stated multiple times I was fine with scheduling something for another time. You dont take a client and do a half-assed job. I was trying to do something for myself after a very difficult week, and you completely destroyed that. Thank you Cost Cutters. I will find someone else to fix this mess that you think is acceptable to put on clients and will NEVER be back.If anyone knows how to add a photo a review, I would be happy to post mine.

My girlfriend went in for a trim and the lady working there messed her hair all up. she asked for 1 inch to be taken off and the girl took off 3 or more. Its not even side to side and she asked for NO layers and she has like 6 or 7 depending on the side of here head you are looking at. She will never and I will never go back or tell anyone to go there. it happened 7-28-17 around 1pm.
