Very helpful staff. Waited for me even after closing hours once they knew I wasnt going to make it before they closed. Stayed an extra hour making sure I was satisfied with my purchase and answered all my questions. Never felt rushed even though as I stated before I was there past their closing time.

The technician arrived after calling and was able to diagnose the issue right away and it was not a part that was needed, just an adjustment. The guy could have suggested parts or something but he was honest and did not try to gouge me. Very professional, friendly and knowledgable. Older GE machine not purchased from Boerners (we just moved here), but I will shop their store when I do need any new appliances.

The technician called before he arrived, as promised, gave us cost estimates for each repair before initiating it, was cordial and efficient, and wore a mask and gloves the whole time he was in our home. The repaired appliance seems to work perfectly.

I have purchased several appliances here for myself personally and for some apartments I manage. They are always very helpful and polite when you walk in the door. They warranty the appliances you purchase from them and are Johnny on the spot if you have an issue. Everything I have purchased has been in stock so your not waiting several weeks for it to arrive, like a home improvement chain store. I highly reccomend Boerners.

They repaired an icemaker on my refrigerator and left a water leak that ruined my floor.After a week of trying to get in touch with the owner they still will not return my calls and all Im asking is they pay me for what the flooring cost for me to replace itUpdate the owner was out of town all week but when she returned she got the problem resolved quickly

Called Boerners Appliance. Had trouble with refigerator. Serviceman showed up...diagnosed trouble and rapidly took care of problem. I would recommend Boerners without hesitation.

I have metal cabinets in my kitchen. My wall oven shorted out and was too old to repair. Because of the odd size of the opening non of the American or Korean manufactures wall ovens would fit. The did a lot of research and were able to find one that was imported from Italy. Because of their hard work I didnt have to spend thousands of dollars replacing cabinets so I could have an oven. Great people to deal with!!!
