I like it here! Im a large woman in a wheelchair. If I dont feel intimidated, you shouldnt either. Everyone is so nice, no matter what location I am in. Great prices, a pool and eye candy everywhere (no matter what your taste is) why would you go anywhere else.

I’ve been going to this location since it opened. Never had a bad experience prior to this day. I was Blatantly accuse of recording people as I was recording my Olmsted show them evidence in my phone and still was hassled about it worst experience I’ve ever had in my entire life immediately canceled my membership and will never do business with them again

Very nice and clean. Lots of machines to choose from and not too crowded so its easy to work out at a distance.

Went to Esporta today and it was great. The swimming pool was awesome and the locker room nice and clean too.

It was an awesome experience the class was so much fun I will definitely be joining every Tuesday and Thursday at 9 AM in the Bartlett location aqua fit with Frankie.

Came to the pool to swim tonight, and all 3 lanes were taken, 2 by multiple people. One lane in particular has had two girls jumping and making out for over half an hour, just kind of floating there. Called the main desk from the pool area to ask if this kind of behavior was allowed, they said they weren’t aware of the situation and would come check it out. 15 minutes have gone by and no one has come to check on the pool. Apparently there’s no time limit as far as occupying the lane either, as the front desk just told me. So who knows how long I’ll be here watching these two wrestle and make out. Or the dudes having a holding their breath contest in the next lane. I’ll probably cancel my membership on the way out because I can watch two girls kids online for free.

Well I got my membership yesterday. Came back today after leaving my other gym to finish up my workout. Had my service dog with me. Team member stops me to ask about my service dog.Then the operations manager (refused to give her name) decides she doesn’t want to let me speak each time they ask a question.She wanted proof that my dog is a service animal. As much as I hate it, legally there is no actual proof unless you are flying.Tried to explain this multiple times. She ends up calling the police to have me removed. She said there was a sign on the door that said I needed proof but the sign only said that service animals were welcome.She also said I signed an agreement stating I had to show proof. I asked her to show me. She couldn’t provide any proof OR the agreement.I pulled up the agreement and could not find proof. Oh well, blatant discrimination.

Great gym, great pool area

Since COVID rule changes, but customers not informed. They seem to be taking advantage of the current climate, while doing so loosing customers. Mask while working out can be uncomfortable, but understandable. Now you are not allowed to have your bag in the gym, must be on a locker or outside. Who will be responsible for theft of personal items? However there is no consistency, when it comes to the rules, it depends on who is there. Alot of new faces, as some are polite about it and some are just rude. My review does not reflect all employees, however I will discontinue using Esporta formally LA fitness.

I did not use my membership so in January, I went into the gym and cancelled it after one year. The charge continues to appear on my statement still today. I called AGAIN today to find out why I am still being charged and the person answering the phone said no one had cancelled the membership. They said there is only one person who processes cancellations (Neisha) and her hours are from 9 - 6 M-F. I had to take off work early to cancel in January and now Im going to have to take off work AGAIN to try and cancel AGAIN! They owe me a refund of 3 months dues but its not likely I will ever see that.

Nice gym, never to crowded, tons of free weights and the staff is cool!

Nice, clean and friendly. Huge assortment of machines to work any muscle in your body. The have a large pool and classes in water aerobics. You can hace a personal trainer uf you choose to. I used to belong to French Riveria but Esporta Fitness is much larger abd more diverse. I am a member through Silver Sneakers. Anyone on Medicare with a supplemental plan can join for free. I encourage you to use this benefit abd this is a great place to workout. Get u a partner. My son and I go together.

Hours of operation could be longer like open until 10PM or midnight. Too much unnecessary and unused cardio equipment that takes up a lot of space in the building. Didnt see any medicine/bosu balls or foam rollers on the floor.The gym equipment seems to be working well though and you can do most major exercises there. There also are a lot free weights with 2-3 sets of 15s and so on I think.Not the best gym I have been to, but okay and pretty good for the area.

I am a member. I was there for Zumba with Leslie Nelson. High energy class, very tough. I love it. I have worked out with Leslie for 3 years now.

Very well many things have changed, the only thing missing is that they open it 24 hours a day

No lie I love the way they changed how things were run not just the looks of the outside.

This is my 2nd time attending yoga class with Frankie as our instructor and each time has been a great experience. She really makes us all comfortable with her way of guiding us through each flow ever so gently. She creates a very peaceful environment by speaking words of affirmation into the space to break any tension within each individual. You never know what type of day you may have but going to this yoga class has left me encouraged for the next day ahead. Frankie is awesome & incredibly motivational!!!

No pool permit or inspection. Take your chances.

Attended a Sat AM water aerobics class; facility was clean and not crowded. I throughly enjoyed the energy from the instructor, Frankie, who definitely made me feel comfortable and allowed me work at my own pace. The class was just what I needed after a long demanding work week. I look forward to adding this positive regimen to my weekend schedule. THANK YOU FRANKIE!

Frankie’s Yoga class on Tuesday’s at 7pm was really good for my first time. She creates a welcoming environment. She is kind & some of her moves are challenging. She pushing you to the next level.

This place can not keep the same staff. Know is knowledgeable about what is going on in the company or how programs work. I had 3 personal trainers in 6 months. Know one wanted to talk about it and I was not able to speak to higher management. I was told one thing and when my PT changed I was told that isn’t part of there program. Yes, I had it in writing also.My weight ins are monthly but I didn’t receive one for two months. The management change every two months.

Hey guys Jess here I just wanted to say how great my gym is the only thing is that they close a little too early for my taste because I don’t have a particular time that I like to go I just go when the mood strikes! Very clean, great classes, never too crowded I love it here

Gym is spacious and always clean. Never packed and the basketball court are available. Best days to always go are Sundays. Peaceful and can get a good workout in.

How many reviews can I write about this gym? It works as a chain thats accessible across the country. The new one on Stage is great in part because so far it hasnt gotten crowded.

Easy to sign up. Has an awesome selection of weight equipment. Much better than Planet Fitness where a lot of the equipment is broken. Cardio equipment is the usual but good. Air is set to a proper temp, which doesnt happen at all gyms. The locker rooms and showers are spacious. Basketball court, pool and classes are included.Edited my review. Took away a star because the free wi-fi has been out over a month and no one seems in a rush to fix it. Unacceptable when you have advertisements all over the screens about it. Could be cleaner by the weights too.

Family-friendly atmosphere nice place to go work out

I was signing up for LA Fitness membership through AARP; had a few questions before finishing online membership. Called Bartlett location and spoke to a young lady. The person that answered the phone was talking with me; while asking my questions she started talking with someone else so I had to wait. She returned; I asked several question about their facility; I could tell she was getting frustrated and the call ended abruptly (offensively impolite). Those at Bartlett LA Fitness need to realize that the elderly may take a little longer to understand.

Just joined. The pool was GREAT . Indoor warm clean. Locker room clean. Havent tried the machines yet but looking good.

Not a fan of the water aerobics class but overall nice facility.

Ive always enjoyed coming to this LA Fitness. Everytime I come in and leave they always say Welcome to LA Fitness and Have a good day. There is a variety of cardio machines, a number of different weights and a nice space for stretching. Ive never participated in a class but Im sure they are wonderful. Im the type of person that keeps to myself and I know what I want to do. Overall it doesnt get too busy, unless its January or February.😁 the locker room and bathroom is always clean. Granted I usually only work out in the morning.

Nice place to get your cardio and weights through. A bit loud and sometimes gross, but that what you get with the low price

Not to many people in there

Not sure what is going in with this place starting out great and has went down from there. Very dirty and weights are every where on the floor. I watched at 10 guys just walk in without scanning in so free of charge. Should be a rule no outside shoes to be worn on the court NEEDS CLEANING BAD before someone hurts themselves.

Other then the basketball gym being small an the monthly payment being 34.99$ its okay you be better off going to a plant fitness or anytime fitness

Brand spanking new gym with awesome Equipment! No saunas or steam rooms, but you get a private training room and basketball court.

Great gym however please make sure to wipe down childrens toys twice a day.

Would be nice not to be sitting in the parking lot at 0825 waiting for someone to open it. Not the first time.....
