I was a walk-in at the salon, where I received amazing pedicure and refill services by the tech. Since I’ve been getting my nails done for years I notice little things like taking off or some of the lifted nail wasn’t done. Understandably come closing time everyone is trying to leave and an extra tech started to help with my design, I was charged $50 for small 60s flowers on all ten nails which I didn’t mind paying but due to the rush most of my nail art looks sloppy. This salon goes above and beyond to keep everything clean and that I very much appreciate will definitely be back.

Best pedicure I’ve ever had. Moved to Florida for a few months, and this was the best salon. They took their time and their customer service was great! I got Ombré dip set on my natural nails every time and they always looked phenomenal.

I have been coming here for 2 years and I love it, the service is amazing they are always attentive and kind and they do incredible work. I always need some place to just relax once in a while and this is the place I come. If I could recommend anything I would say come here to get your nails done!!

Everyone is extremely polite from the moment you walk in. You’re offered a beverage/water. I seen Dion today, she was so kind and made sure I was happy throughout the entire time. She did an amazing job! Went the extra mile to clean and shape my toe nails. So nice to leave fully satisfied. Definitely going back to see Dion again!

Very, very disappointed. Scheduled 3 pedicures for my mom, niece and me to have a girl’s afternoon with pedicures. They didn’t have 3 technicians available even though we booked in advance so they let my niece sit there while my mom and I received our pedicures. They rushed through my niece’s and sent us on our way. Upon inspection, my niece’s toenails were sloppy and had brush marks and areas that were missing paint. I had paid the extra $5 for each of us to get gel paint. My niece and mom went back the next day and they admitted there must have been a mistake and they didn’t use gel on my niece. They redid it, so I wasn’t going to complain. However, now, I am looking at my toes and just 1 week and 1 day later my polish has worn off on the ends of most of my toes and totally come off another toe. When I have had pedicures with gel done at other places it easily stays on a full month, usually more. Definitely don’t waste your time or money here.

My whole is experience was amazing. Kevin was very nice and always made sure I liked the shape and length of my nails and was willing to change anything as long as I asked. The quality of my acrylics are really good. I’m very happy with the service I got.

I have been to this place multiple times and I am never disappointed. I drive an hour just to get my nails done here and refuse to go anywhere else. I would recommend this place to anyone. They are extremely nice and accommodating to you. They will do anything you want! 12/10 experience every time! Don’t waste your money going anywhere else!

Beautiful interior and wonderful, friendly staff. Ive been twice: once for me and once for my 12yo daughter who got dips at the techs suggestion because it would be healthier for her nails. The tech were very careful and gentle with her fingers as she has a bad biting habit that were trying to help her stop.There are more options than Ive ever seen at a nail salon and the care and precision on the application makes you feel special. Highly recommend!!

I just moved to the area and was in search for a new nail salon. I am so happy I found this one! Dion did my pedicure and nails. She was so attentive, professional, and kind. She did my pedicure and acrylics just how I wanted them—which has never happened before. Normally salons get my nails too square or too oval but Dion did it perfectly. She understood that I wanted a super natural look. On top of that, she heard my stomach grumble (I haven’t eaten breakfast) and offered a nutrigrain bar to me. It was so nice and I am super appreciative!This place is so clean, well maintained, and friendly. Dion does amazing work and I will definitely coming back! My mom also loved her pedicure. I’ve been coming to this salon for a while now. I can say with confidence that they are always very professional, clean, and friendly. The quality of their work is unmatched.

Very disappointed in my nails and my experience. This was my first time and will be my last. It has been LESS THAN 12 HOURS and 6 of my toes are peeling and my GEL nails are dull, not thick, and already peeling. While I normally would not mind going back to have them redone I am not local so I would not be able to make it back in before their 5 day policy. When I explained this to them and asked for a refund instead they were EXTREMELY RUDE and told me it was MY FAULT multiple times. My gel nails normally last at least two weeks and are able to withstand most activities and my toe nails last even longer than that. The fact that they told me it was my fault that my nails are peeling within the first 12 hours of getting them done is tasteless and unprofessional. I would never return or recommend this place. STAY AWAY.

I received an amazing gel manicure and deluxe spa pedicure today. Both ladies who performed my service were meticulous. The salon itself was impeccable - they definitely are going above and beyond to keep both clients and their staff safe. $70 for both the mani and pedi - money well spent and I will certainly be back!

Outstanding, all the way around. Fabulous pedicures/manicures and excellent Covid 19 precautions. I’ve now been there 3 times and had different techs each time, all good to amazing. You can feel safe because of their thoughtful requirements and relax and enjoy a wonderful spa experience.

Fantastic service! The location was very clean, you could see them sanitizing after each customer and masks were required, which made me feel very comfortable going to the salon.Their customer service is amazing. I had an issue with my gel manicure and they were able to fix it right away.

I had an amazing experience! I have been searching for a place, for several months, that could provide a phenomenal pedicure and I have finally found it here. Donna was wonderful and I will definitely be going back! She was meticulous and took her time.

I have been coming here for almost a year. Unfortunately, since COVID, it seems their product quality has diminished. I used to get 3 weeks out of the SNS, now I am lucky to get a day without one of my nails cracking. This has happened at least 3 times. As much as you pay for your nails, you expect to get at least 2 full weeks of beautiful nails - no chipping or cracking. I am going somewhere else.

The staff members were super sweet and friendly. I had two different people, one for my pedicure and one for my manicure and literally both of them did an awesome job. My friend and I just went in after a long two months of quarantine and they were very clean had free masks if you didn’t have one to wear, had us wash our hands and they had clear curtains up between you and them for your pedicure! Also had the plexiglass between you and them as you got your manicure done! Felt very safe and comfortable! Watched them disinfect all chairs after every use! First time visiting the nail salon I got a full set & a pedicure. Unfortunately, my nails didnt even last a week!! I had three nails break within 9 days!!Each time a nail broke I contacted the salon and spoke to the owner, he offered for me to come in and get the nails fixed. When I went in they were very nice but I never had a problem with my nails breaking after a few days. I paid a lot of money to get them done, and its really disappointing that the owner would not refund me for the full set or at least be reasonable and give me back half of what I paid. I will not be returning to this nail salon.

I’ve been going to Luxury Nails for about 9 months. The salon is clean and nicely decorated. They have some of the nicest massage chairs of any salon I’ve been too. They just reopened today and all the employees are wearing masks, there is plexiglass on the nail tables that protect both the customers and staff. There are clear curtains hanging down in front of the pedicure chairs. Customers are asked to wash their hands when they arrive and there is plenty of hand sanitizer. They are also asking customers to wait in their car until it’s time for you appointment sf they even have masks for customers who don’t have them. Donna and Kevin have done an excellent job implementing safety measures. Oh and Donna and Kevin do fantastic manicures and pedicures! Highly recommended!

I moved here 3 years ago and have tried several Nail Salons. They have the best Pedicure chairs ever. I did have a regular one on Sheldon, but they got too busy and I could not get in. This is the best nail salon I have been to by far. I love Donna, who does an amazing job as well as all the technicians. Kevin and Donna are wonderful owners, and the environment is very fun and super clean.

This place is great! It’s clean and beautiful and LUXURY is a perfect name for them. The massage chairs are the best I’ve had and so super comfortable. My arms even had an amazing massage. I was comfortable from the moment I walked in. I didn’t feel rushed yet instead had a relaxing calming experience. Which we as women all deserve when going to a nail salon. Kevin and Donna and their team (Tina was on point 👍) are all sweethearts and super nice and friendly. I’m very satisfied with my nails and visit. I definitely recommend.

I finally found a nail salon in the Tampa area that cares about quality over quantity. It is so refreshing to get great service. Everyone is very attentive and focuses on you. They dont try to do multiple people with bad service to make an extra buck.My nails are long and the shape and durability is too notch.Kevin is extremely talented, knowledgeable and honest. All in all I am very happy and found my new go to salon.Only criticism I have is to try to stick to appointment times better or if there is a wait when an appt was made(understandable) just keep the glass full.This salon is going to be very successful and I wish them the best.

This place is the best nail salon I’ve ever been to. The pedicure was amazing. LU did a fantastic job. He was gentle and friendly and informative on everything. I also had a dip nail service and LU did fantastic on that too. They really take their time and give quality service. The entire Salon staff spoke to me even though LU did my services. They offered me a beverage several times and made sure my experience was amazing. Also everything was super clean! The pedicure chairs were the best chairs I’ve ever sat in.No wonder they have all 5 star reviews. I won’t be going anywhere else for nail services.

Great location but make sure you ask prices. They don’t tell you it’s extra until it’s time to pay. Was looking at two different colors and Apparently the shiny polish is $10 more. Seemed a bit high for me when their prices were already $10 higher than my other nail salon.

Had 4 different people work on me for a simple full set and pedicure, had their children running all around the salon coming up to me while I was receiving a service, on top of all of that I had 2 nails break off after 3 days just from me lightly scratching my leg?? Might I add I spent $75 that day before tip. Definitely do not recommend and definitely will not go back.

I have been coming to Luxury Nails since I moved to Westchase a year and a half ago, maybe longer. I live within walking distance which is great. I usually see Kevin, who is amazing, but I have seen a few other nail techs as well and they are all wonderful. I try to call ahead because they are usually busy, it is a popular place. So I recommend you call first. And with COVID19 ordinance, WEAR YOUR MASK! 😷He helps me decide what would look best for me and says if there is something I dont like, to tell him because he wants the customer to be happy. Last time when I was indecisive he came up with an idea on his own and I loved it! This is why you support your local businesses. They truly care about their customers. Please treat them well in return. They are professional, creative, give you the best value for your money and friendly. All I can say is remember to CALL AHEAD. I remember I walked in once, they were too busy so he asked me to come back in x amount of time, so I walked into Publix to do some shopping. Kevin came into Publix and found me to tell me they were ready for me. What other kind of business does that! Anyway, I highly recommend Luxury Nails. 👍👍

Im writing this review after my second visit to luxury nails and spa... I would just like to say that the last two experiences Ive had there have been awesome. The first time I went I walked in at 7 (they close at 730) wanting a gel manicure and offered to come back the next morning and they immediately took me without any issue. The gentleman there not only was happy to do my nails but he completed them with patience and thoroughly. He couldve easily rushed to get them done so he could go home, but he didnt. My second trip there I went in for a dip manicure. I had never had dip before but I will be sure to get it again. Donna is not only thorough but friendly and more than happy to help. I had two nails that broke and needed attention and she told me not to worry that she would take care of it. She not only took care of it but she made sure my nails looked like perfection before I walked away from her station. If youre looking for a nail salon, I HIGHLY recommend luxury nails & spa. Friendly staff. Thorough. Clean environment. Helpful.

New nail salon that has replaced one at same site. Ambience is open and calm. New pedicure chairs. Everything is clean and uncluttered. And my favorite nail tech, Kevin, has moved here from a salon in Citrus Park, so very convenient. Kevin listens to his clients for every aspect of manicures and pedicures. He has helped me to resolve some problems that other techs just made worse. I get so many compliments on my nails.
