My daughter brought me here to get my nails done for Mothers Day. I love my nails. Jennifer is talented and creative. She did an Amazing job. Ill definitely be back. The Salon was very clean. The staion has a plastic divider. Masks were worn. Everyone was friendly. If you want Fabulous nails this is the place to go!

I love the attention to detail. My nails turned out cute. The guy doing my nails was super gentle. I told him I thought my nail tips looked crooked and he fixed them for me with no issue! It took about 2 hours to get my nails done because of the attention to detail.The place is clean! The only reason for four stars is because I had sticker designs placed on my nails, and now I have little air bubbles that have cracked even though it has only been one day since I had them done.Update: went in and they fixed the sticker issue in less than 5 min at no charge. I’m satisfied!

I was in town for a wedding and broke 2 nails 💅🏼I found this location and not only did they fix my nails they did a phenomenal pedicure and the price was reasonable! They saved me!!! I recommend this place! Thanks again from Chicago

Excellent place to go if you are extremely picky about your nails. They are great with hand designs and bling. The only thing that needs work is the long wait times, but Im not sure if that will ever change due to their popularity

The staff was rude. Made me a black woman put on my mask. But let the Spanish speaking man get his feet done without one. Very harsh with the drill. Made me feel black n dirty. And I will never go back. I got a balance. They kept asking me who did my nails. I think ill stick with my nail tech. Paradise nails n spa fowler.

Best place to get your nails done hands down

I’ve been searching for a nail shop that has the powders in all different colors. In order to do ombré in multiple colors. Not only do they have that, they are very thorough with their nails and the pedicures. I go to Mai, she does a great job.Update: 12/11/19 I’ve been coming back faithfully, love this place. I am still going to Mai for my nails but I’m not picky on who does my feet. She always takes her time and I leave satisfied. Even when I look around I see other women satisfied with their nails as well. I really like mai because I bring her pictures of my wants or I explain it to her and she does her best and it always turns out good!

My niece had her nails done here with her friend and four days later her friends nails were perfect and my nieces were coming unglued. I called them and they asked me to bring her on Sunday (exactly one week after original nails were done). We came and the lady made it sound like my nieces nails were growing fast so she only charged $10. I paid the $10 for a refill that was their fault but I will NEVER come back here. It was definitely the technicians fault and I do not think it was fair to have to pay for something that was their fault. We called them when the problem first started.UPDATE: The ENTIRE time she was redoing her nails she was telling my niece that it was because her nails were clear and because she washes her hands a lot etc... as we were paying and leaving, lo and behold another lady walks in complaining of the same exact issue.

Love coming here. Always plenty of staff and hardly a long wait. They offer coffee, water or slushies. They also expanded this location

They handed me a menu and told me to choose my pedicure for $44 and they didn’t even feel the need to mention that that wasnt including gel. Very upset probably won’t be coming back.

Just left. Came in for a filling and a pedicure. The water was cool i requested hot. After telling him to make it hotter he said thats as hot as it get yet my partners water was really hot.They did my filling while i was sitting for a pedicure..sounds convenient right? Well maybe for them. For me it was not enjoyable to spend your pedicure with half your body turned to the left and arm stretched across the front. The man who did my filling brought me a bowl of water to wash my hands mind you he havent but any cuticle oil on them. I dip my hands in the plain water..no brush no soap. After realising he never oiled them he then did so and sprayed with alcohol. It was very rushed.My pedicure again alot discomfort 👎 wont recommend$47

Extremely disappointed. I have been coming here for awhile and even referred some friends. I asked for a dip manicure and made sure to tell the girl who did my nails that I did not want acrylic. We had an entire conversation and said this about 3-4 times. When it was time to pay they charged me 58 for a dip manicure. My nails are my own and noting was added to them. My friend who I referred, had her nails done 3 weeks ago and did acrylic and was charged 45. When I asked why I was being charged so much they said it’s because, “it’s the same thing.” Anyone who has their nails done know acrylic and dip powder over real nails are not the same. They were annoyed I even questioned the price and were so rude about it. Didn’t refund me. I definitely do not recommend going here. Their prices are weird and these places come a dime a dozen.

I got a full set done with my friend on super bowl sunday right before I went on vacation. That Thursday, they all were lifting (i was on vacation so i wasn’t cleaning or doing dishes or anything) I called that same day and they told me to come in on sunday. When i came in, they told me that they were going to have to charge me for a fill and that they were lifting because they grew out. I had the nails for 4 days and my nails hadn’t grown AT ALL. While i was getting the fill, she was blaming it on me and telling me that i wash my hands too much or that it was lifting because they were clear. Not once did they apologize or take responsibility for the issue. As i was leaving, another woman came in with the same lifting issue. I wouldn’t have had an issue with paying if they were professional and took responsibility for the issue.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Ive been coming here and know many of the people for over 7 years. I recently had a humiliating experience getting my nails done by Titi. I simply ended up telling her that I did not like diamonds on my nails and she had a FIT. When I was done paying $140 on my nails, she came up to me in front of everyone in the salon and said to not go to her anymore, I would need to make an appointment with someone else. I felt humiliated and was very hurt. Then I was told to get my nails done by the manager which is Lee. Ive been in contact with him recently to get my nails redone for over two weeks now and he keeps pushing back the appointment because he keeps saying he is over booked. It is very unprofessional especially coming here for so long and spending my hard-working money. I will no longer be going to this place. There are many other nice places in Tampa that treat you with respect. Theyve totally lost mine.

My favorite salon to go too. They’re always so clean and happy to assist you here. Lee is such a great nail tech. He always pays attention to every detail and makes sure you’re satisfied before leaving. I’ve been coming here for a year now. Definitely the best nail salon in Tampa!

Clean place, friendly atmosphere and nice people. They did a great job on my nails. Pedicure and a manicure, both perfectly done.

I called and asked if my daughter could have a full set applied, and how long was the wait. They said 15 minutes. We arrived, with no COVID Screening and no temperatures obtained. Waited 30 minutes before she was called back (multiple people called in front of her). I got my toes painted, and within 2 hours she still had not been seen. When I asked why not, the technician stayed Oh we offered but she declined. Well YEA, after waiting for 2 hours of course not.

I am long time customer of this location, when they were Lily Nails. I went for a regular pedicure, I asked for a fill in and a specific space for the nails thats it. Like anyone would of they like there nails a certain way. This lady did my nails, and while she was doing my nails, she was rushing through the entire process. When it came time for her to smooth my nails with the drill, she nicked/cut me a several times. She barely massaged my feet which comes with the pedicure. I was polite with her throughout the entire process. Lastly, towards the end when it came time to polish them I noticed that the nails were not even. I simply said can you file them down a little, she got upset stormed off and come back with an attitude. When she was done I spoke the manager. I did not want a discount I just told him about my experience and he did nothing.

Lee and Jennifer his wife does the best nails ever! Thin! Beautiful and they last. Jennifer is super sweet and she always ask to see if anything hurts or burns. Lee also super sweet! Book in advance if you want an appointment:)

I went in for a pedicure and gel manicure. I appreciate how the space was clean and they asked everyone to wash their hands upon entering. My pedicure was medicore at best. The water was barely warm and got cold quickly and I still have rough patches on the bottoms of my feet. The girl was on her phone the entire time and almost mixed up my polish color due to her not paying attention. My manicure was awful; my cuticles are completely picked over, I was burned by the LED lamp and the polishing leaves much to be desired.I remember when this place was Lilys Nails and the quality was much better. I will not be coming back.

Ive been coming to this nail salon for 8 years. The old owner sold it to now ET nails. The one thing I can tell you is that The new management or owner has more experience with the Designs with gems, acrylic designs etc. Im not exactly sure the name of the girl that did my nail is but she did a wonderful job and did exactly what I wanted. The only reason why Im giving a 4 star is because the wait was sooo long but was because 4 of their employees were on vacation other than that it was good. They also gave me a gift before I left apologizing for the wait. I thought that was really thoughtful. I highly recommend them.

Absolutely terrible. Worse pedicure I’ve ever had. The machine was completely broken so when I tried to press it for a massage it made the loudest must unrelaxing noise. The guy who did my pedicure didn’t even wash them with soap. I went to ET Nails for a gel manicure and pedicure. I’m not from the area, so I picked this salon based on positive reviews. I did not get the names of the nail techs that I had, but they both were wonderful. They were friendly and efficient. The establishment itself was clean, and it was apparent that tools and workstations are sanitized regularly. I would like to add that the nail techs did a great job removing my cuticles and cleaning up polish from my skin. I ruined the nail polish in my toe in the car after I left, I went back in and they gladly fixed it for me. I would definitely recommend this nail salon.

Customer service was horrible and nails were not what I wanted when I said I wanted them fixed I was given a attitude. I am a paying customer as they are not cheap so I expect to get what I ask for if I am paying $65 dollars for a full set. I definitely will not be going back or recommending people to go here. I will continue to search for a nail salon that actually does good work and has better customer service!

I love this salon! It’s a pretty big space so it doesn’t feel cramped like a lot of other salons can feel. Lee does perfect nails!!! His shape is always on point and my nails last a long time between fills. I came this morning and only had to wait less than 5 minutes to get my pedicure before my nail appointment!

My friend wanted to go to this place so I took her. They were very busy and was told we had to wait 1 hour. For at least one hour we were told that my friend was next. After over two hours I started to question them and was told 5 minutes. Five minutes turned into 15 minutes forth. Other customers came in and sat down before us. I said to my friend this is getting to be ridiculous. So we left. They tried to stop us and I told them that we have been waiting since 4:45 pm and now its 7:08 pm.So left and went to Sophies nail salon on Himes. A lot better service.

This nail shop is fantastic! It was my first time there I was referred by a co worker to go see Lee OMG!!! He was amazing I seen his Instagram and his work was great and the price was really good for all the design and diamonds I got. Lee communicated with me in a timely manner when ever I was making my appointment or having to change the day he was very flexible. The shop is very clean and nice. Very friendly staff. Lee sat me exactly at my appointment time so I didn’t have to wait at all. I showed him a picture of the nails I wanted and he did it exactly and even better then the picture. He is now my new nail tech. I would definitely recommend this shop and Lee as you tech!😍❤️🎊

They did a good job with the pedicure, but I got a manicure to just clean around my cuticles and now I have an infection on my nail. Really unsanitary so I’m disappointed on that

Been going to Lee for months and he does best nails in Tampa bay. He is just as good as celebrity nail artists and can create anything you want him to. My nails could last 2 months if i wanted them to they dont lift or break.

Third time coming to see Jennifer/ the first two experiences were not BAD, that’s why I booked with her again. I drive 45 minutes to come see her. She was 15 minutes late, then explained what I wanted and she decided to do the opposite and tell me she can’t do something with “short” nails but I’ve had it done before; I always have to tell her to keep cutting my nails because every time she leaves them too long or to her liking. I paid $65 today for MARBLE nails. After the first 30 minute we’re spent telling her to make shorter then to restart the nails because she didn’t do what I asked. I was here TWO HOURS . I will never spend $65 again here or come here at all. The last night I got marble coffin she charged me $50z the time before that I had ombré with jewels on every finger belonged out and that was $60z so to pay $65 for marble nails is clearly rediculous especially after she was late, then. Add such a hassle out of the experience and took TWO HOURS.

Very clean and very detailed work for very reasonable price. Ive never felt like Ive overpaid. Staff is friendly and attentive. Ive only had one bad experience here and that was getting my eyebrows and lip waxed. I usually get them threaded but the lady that does it was gone that day. I ended up having burn marks for almost 2 weeks!!!

The first time I went to this place I got my nails done by a women they came out Okay but the lady seem to have a attitude when I asked her to repaint one of my nails because the nail polish got smooshed when she was trying to put on a star design on, IDK what made me go back a second time but when I went the next time I went to a different nail artist and he didn’t do what I asked, I wanted a square shape but he started to shape how he wanted to and they came out coffin style I will not be going back to this place in wasting my money-Some of the people know what they are doing in there but not a lot

I was a longtime client until I realized they use MMA as their products. MMA has been banned and does a lot of harm to your nails such as thinning and breakage of the nail. Some people also can obtain contact dermatitis. MMA is dental acrylic and it is also very sticky and cheap for them to use. They need to be shut down by board!

I have been coming here since they opened. They are very nice and very clean. All the ladies do a great job at making u feel comfortable. I will be coming here for as long as there open.

One of the best pedicure. The staff was nice and friendly. Its a bit pricey for a deluxe pedicure but its truly worth it. Nice set up and you can even have a glass of wine while receiving service.

They do good work but so unfriendly. The guy who did my nails did not speak except to bark orders at me. He did not care to help me find the polish I was looking for, didnt care what shape I wanted, just wanted me in and out. The others there didnt seem much friendlier. I didnt hear any conversations. The elderly lady next to me asked for some advice on a polish choice and was told its up to you,just pick what you want. My nails look pretty good but the experience was awful. Last time for me and I used to love it here.

Came to this location a couple years ago they did a good job so I decided to return to get a full set and a pedicure with my hard earned money from the moment I stepped in they asked me what I wanted they sat me in a chair and immediately one person started working on my toes one on the right hand one on the left hand I had no time to relax I felt like I was being rushed and handled as if I was a piece of me they are not friendly they never talk to you they never seem interested and only getting you the service and getting you out it’s all about the money not the art of nails since two people were on my hands the product came out different one hand look that different from the others they talked on their cell phone as I did my nails and didn’t seem interested in the customer that The guy doing my toes wasn’t nice and he offered me water he did a good job I just wish I could’ve had time to relax and not rushed I was not satisfied with the coffin nails they were thick bulky and uneven I will never spend my money here again for Asians that see me only as a walking dollar bill now I see why some nail artist only go by appointment only and it’s a bit pricey you get what you pay for and they make you feel important like a human they speak to you and your nails come out nice get it together Lily nails

I went to another nail shop yesterday and they messed up my nails. Today I came here to get them fixed and the lady did a fantastic job! They look 100% better. Very good pricing too!

I was next door at car dealer getting car repaired, had a long wait so looked online for nail shop in walking distance to get my nails done. Not so great service, nail techs skipped a lot of steps to file nails down smooth and didnt file the edges down, I soaked them off 2 days later because they looked so bad. 1st and last time visiting.

HORRIBLE nails. I told one of the workers to cut my acrylics shorter and she completely IGNORED me! I also wanted ROUND nails and i got square round if i can show the picture of how they were supposed to look next to what my nails look like youll see. $23 of my money WASTED! I would rate it 0 stars if i could. I do not like the way anybody and i can see the COATS of nail polish. That is not normal. I HIGHLY dont recommend this nail salon. I recommend the nail salon at Citrus Park Mall. Much better.
