I my sister had her wedding party here. I was really nice. Its a nice place. Good air condition.

I give 0 stars. Although I didn’t have my wedding here, I had an appointment to see the salon for my wedding at 6pm and it looked is beautiful but the people there were not acknowledging me. And when they’d i ally acknowledged me 10 mins later they told me they will be with me in a money which was not the case. We waited until 6:35 and then we started leaving so the lady finally told us she was going to be 1 more minute. 10 more mins pass and still nothing so we left. As we were walking to our cars the lady finally came out and told us she was now ready. We decided this was not going to be a good fit. Gave us a bad impression. They could’ve done a little more considering I’m going to be spending a whole bunch of money on a potential salon.

The place was well decorated, but the staff and the bartenders were unprofessional. I for the first time saw a bartender give a pregnant woman an alcoholic drink, with the security guard right next to them. The staff handling the food took way too long, once we got the food it was cold. At the time of the toast multiple tables were left without a beverage, due to the staff being too busy on their phones in the back lobby.

This place was a wonderful surprise! I went for a wedding reception. Beautiful inside!

Provided a memorable wedding event and the Waite staff was even more superb. Ivan and Karina goes over and beyond for customers. Despite the fact that most of the employees are Spanish “speaking only,” they pulled it off amazingly.

Very open and well maintained, depending on how you schedule things though not alot of mask reinforcement. Hence the 3 stars

I would give 0 starts if I could this place took my money. We made payments up until we were postponed due to COVID. They pushed our date out one year and still wanted me to pay as if my wedding date had not changed. Once I told them I would contact a Lawyer they reluctantly agreed. How can you be trusted after that? They ruined one of the biggest days of my life and are not willing to even give me half my money back. Who does this in the middle of a pandemic. DO NOT BOOK HERE! God forbid a act of GOD happens you will be out ALL your MONEY.Response: I paid nearly 7,000 dollars, that is more then enough to pay your venders and hold that date. You wanted me to pay 100% a entire year in advance after my original date was cancelled, due to the pandemic. This in not a lie and I have emails to prove it. AGAIN I would not give these people a DIME. And make sure you have everything in writing as they will add things to your contract without you agreeing. They added tables I DO NOT agree too and told me they sold their old tables so I would have to pay an extra 200.00 for the NEW LOOK Never was in my contract. Never signed off on this. When I asked for the old round tables I was told they sold them and I would have to pay 200.00 for them to rent them from somewhere else. They are full of it. Dont waste your money. Its other venues out there just as beautiful and way less money. I wish I found them prior to giving these people my money.

Waited about an hour for our plates.... Food couldve been better... Tortillas were old and falling apart... I would recommend that you take your own food to serve... This hall has so much protential, if they dont try to take shortcuts, and serve leftovers.....

Cousin had her wedding here. The place was really nice inside! You wouldnt expect so from passing by the building. Only wish the food servers were more efficient.

Booking with Excandalo was the best decision we could have made. Ivan and Karina made everything so easy for us and Everything went perfectly! It all turned out better than we could have ever imagined! Excandalo did an outstanding job! We really couldnt be happier! If you are looking for a place to host a beautiful Quinceañera, this is the place to do it! All my guests couldnt get over how beautiful the venue was!!!

Planning a wedding is stressful enough but having it in another state is even worse....so I thought...Karina and Ivan made it simple and took care of everything! The hall was absolutely beautiful, food was delicious and staff was friendly and courteous! Excandalo is truly a hidden gem.

I had my daughters quinceanera at Excandalo and it was beautiful! Our event had no issues, everything went smoothly. Karina, Marcela and Ivan were always available and helpful. All inclusive and reasonably priced. When we were looking for a hall, Karina was the only one to follow up with us and wanting to know what they could do to help us make our decision but were never pushy or overbearing. Booking this hall was the best decision! I 100% recommend Excandalo Hall for ajy event!

One of the Best Venues in the Valley

This place has two different rooms but even the cheapest package is approximately 10000.00. If you have that money to spend go for it its beautiful spacious and elegant.. the pictures on website dont do it justice go take a look youll be shocked at the beauty.. and staff is friwndly and direct. Also they have a kids area.. its a little run down but its there...

Not every good small need bigger

On Feb 23 2018 my family and I had a dream come true!! Thats the only way I can describe my experience at Excandalo reception hall. The amazing staff Karina, Ivan, marcela, mayra just to name a few. They made sure that my daughters quince was very memorable.The food was delicious, presentable and most importantly on time. The servers always very attentive. Ivan and karina made sure that every moment was coordinated. The photographers are incredibly talented and very helpful. At this hall you get everything at one single place. I 100% recommend this hall for all special events.. thank you Excandalo for being a part of a moment in my life that I will remember forever...

Terrible, the waitresses with bad character served the dishes and securite them, killing and threatening the children if they did not behave, they were going to take them out, the guests waited for more than 30 minutes to be attended

Serious waiter service did not want to serve and we had to be designing stopped serving and wanted more money they did not want us to serve, they were left without eating horrible very good to collect and when Dan the service did not come well ... the manager of the salon Ni They were there so that they could help us, sorry for a crouched fault but too late already 👎👎
