People didnt use fans 2 dry nails and after painting my nails then sent me home w) wet nail. No dry station after. Messed up nails getting in car an driving. Ill never go back. Didnt even do good job. Nails look bad.

They are short & rude with you. If they dont do your nails to your satisfaction and you give your opinion about it, they all take it very personal and make you feel uncomfortable. You get what you pay for.

Salon is clean and meets all COVID-19 standards. Staff, and services are excellent. Angela always takes extra care to ensure her clients needs are met. The pedicures are best Ive ever had and my nails are healthier than theyve ever been.

This was my first visit to the salon this past week and I was so impressed with how clean and professional and nice the staff was and John did my nails and did a gorgeous job on them and I’ve never been happier with the way my nails have looked! I definitely recommend this place to anyone who’s looking for good quality on their nails because all the technicians seem to be a perfectionist and want to make sure that your nails look stunning and perfect when you leave and totally worth the price!

This is my favorite nail salon in Tampa. They are very clean, polite, sanitary and really make your experience relaxing. They have a wide color selection along with massage chairs. They aren’t afraid to really go in and clean up your finger nails and toe nails. I always get wonderful mani and pedis here and the price is very reasonable!

This salon has always been wonderful. The people are very kind and work really hard to make sure customers are happy. I go every few weeks for a powder French manicure and it’s a great price and fantastic quality! It makes me sad to see some of the other reviews, because this salon is one of the best I’ve found in the area! You get what you pay for and I’m happy every time I leave. 💅🏼

Very courteous and talented staff! Excellent customer service. They opened early for my Partner and I to get our nails done for our upcoming wedding and did a custom design on my nails. We also enjoyed a very relaxing pedicure in their very comfortable massage chairs. Everything is very clean and beautiful decorated. I would highly recommend this place. Wonderful place to visit and de stress.

I don’t have a preferred technician because they are all amazing. Very talented, kind, quick, and at a reasonable price. The decor is also very pleasant. I’ve been going here for years now.

Staff was really great and very attentive. Took the time to do everything right and very attentive to detail. Had great suggestions for designs and were willing to work with my design. I would make it my regular salon but unfortunately I was just in town visiting.

***update since original post***I do not ever recommend this salon for any reason. Over priced a d poor quality. Its now 2 weeks and 3 more nail breaks. I am taking whole set off and starting fresh at a trusted salon*** It has now been 1 week, I have now had 3 nail tips break and have done nothing hard with them to cause a break. I went in for the repair and was told I should have been in sooner and asked if my nails were to long...sorry I have a busy schedule and couldnt come in sooner, as for length Ive had nails since I was 16 years old. I know what length works for me. They did almost a better job on repair then original set. 1 star remains and I will not return.***I went to have a full acrylic set with gel polish and a pedicure. I was at the salon for about 2 hours which is to be expected for the services requested. However, I had a nail break less then 12 hours after being done when I scratched my leg. My heels look worse then when I walked in there from the pedicure, and the cost was way to high. I will drive the extra distance and go back to my former salon from now on. If I didnt need the repair or complaint I would never return.

I had one of the worst experiences waxing my under arms. I often get them waxed and I am tolerant to the pain and my skin is not sensitive so it doesnt get red for more than maybe 5 to 10 min after waxing. This time I came in and I stood at the counter for someone to greet me. After a couple of minutes they greeted me and asked what I wanted. I told them waxing. They told me to go to the room. No one specified where this room was. I saw an open door and assumed it was there. I went inside and took my shirt off layed down and was ready to get waxed. The lady came in and asked what I was getting done. I told her and she left for a couple minutes and came back in. She put some gel on me and I asked her what the gel was and she said she was just cleaning. She then showed me the bottle but had no idea what it was. She put the wax on. I tried pulling my skin since that is what I have found to work best to get the most out and less pain. She told me not to do so. She had rubber gloves which made her hands stick to the coth and it hurt as she was rubbing the cloth. It felt like rubber burn on my skin. After pulling, there was a lot of wax left which she pressed the cloth real hard against me to get the wax off. It took like 4 time to get the wax off for each strip she pulled. It should have only taken one pull and not 5. When she was done with one side she plucked 3 hairs out and she was going to the other side. I told here there were a lot left. She asked me where I pointed to about 20 more hairs that she had missed. Most of which broke as she was pulling them. Seems like she was not holding them well before she started pulling. She had to pluck a lot out. The next side I pulled my skin and less hairs were left. But still had to pluck a lot out. After getting dressed I asked how much it was. She didnt answer. She said something to another person there not in English and then I asked her again how much it was. And she said it was $22. I found that quite expensive as I usually dont spend more than $15. Sometimes $18. She asked if I wanted to give a tip. I pressed custom tip and she took the machine away. I never got the chance to tip. It seemed as if she pressed some buttons but the total charges was $22. So I guess she didnt put any tip. Not sure because she took the machine away. I received a receipt and left. I will not be going back to this place. The service was not good and as the pictures show, even a day later the redness has not diminished and it is still burning.

Was introduced to Unique about 2 years ago by my wife (who’s very particular) and I honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else. Very clean and sanitary (equipment), accommodating, reasonably priced, well staffed and most of all, know how cut properly without hurting you (no more ingrown toenails). Above and beyond that, it’s always an upbeat atmosphere which I look forward to and they always treat me special.

I’ve been a loyal customer for many years. It doesn’t matter whose chair you sit in- you will be very happy with the results. Even now that I’ve moved to south Tampa I still make the drive to this salon for one simple reason, they are the best!

I agree with Jessica Campbell. If Im spending 70$ for services and have any grievance, I shouldnt be given an attitude and set aside until somoene else can help me. My time is valuable and I should be listened to and my concerns met. I am a paying customer that isnt valued as much as I thought I would be. Manager corrected the problem thus the second star.Also the first person who helped me, the elderly guy, shook the dirty stuff from the last person off his towel to use on me.

I have been coming her with family and friends for a few years but definitely had enough. Everytime we go in, our services are interrupted by the staff taking personal calls. Last time I went, the individual doing my moms pedicure walked away a few times to answer personal calls and person I had stopped in the middle of massaging my leg to take a call. Everytime I come here they always answer calls on the cell phones in the middle of aservice. Its very unprofessional when youre being paid to do a service and you stop several times just for personal calls.

Just started coming here and I really like the people and services but they are extremely pricy!!! I always get a deluxe pedicure with gel polish, full set with gel polish, eyebrow wax and a basic pedicure with gel polish on my 11 yo. My old salon it only cost me $96 for all this...... This salon it cost me $135 which was really disappointing because I didnt expect that price and they have no prices listed anywhere 😒. Im gonna keep looking around I guess.

Wonderful service the ladies have never cut me. Also even when they are very busy they always fit me in. Gentle service VERY CLEAN.

Bad place to come if you want professional workers, be prepared to have bad attitude and nasty looks. And I dont know of any place of work that allows their employees to be on their phones/tablets while doing someones nails. You would be lucky to get your mani in less then 2 hrs because these women are more interested in whats on their Twitter rather then do the work your paying 70$ for! UNPROFESSIONAL!!!
