This picture was taken the morning of my wedding. They waxed my lip and chin first, I asked them to let the wax cool before putting it on my eyes. It burned my skin and left scabs. I’ve never been in so much pain. Please do not allow them to wax your eyebrows.

The staff was relatively friendly, the girl doing my nails started out good but she began to rush about a quarter of the way through because she had another customer come in, she made it seem like I was an inconvenience when I asked her to shape my nail a little more at the end and told me she wasn’t done yet. When the nails were finished they ended up looking sort of like fan nails (wider than your nail bed at the end) which was the opposite of what I wanted. I went home and shaped them myself, I’m not going to gripe too much about it, just know that if someone else comes in, she will rush your service and you might not get great results.

Never over charge and always come thru when I need them!!! Anyone can do your nails and you walk out satisfied, I know I am!!

Great service! I love Katie. It isnt extra fancy aesthetically (meaning no chandeliers and such) but its clean and the prices are good.

I can’t really say enough about Luxe Nails. I recently moved to town and was looking for a CLEAN, nice, relaxing, and consistent nail salon. All the girls here are wonderful and friendly and do an amazing job on my nails. I constantly get comments on the way they look. Thank you Luxe for making me feel confident everyday.

AWFUL AND DANGEROUS!My daughter saved her birthday money to get her nails done. The nail tech got glue on her hand (about the size of a dime). When I asked her to put some nail polish remover on the glue to remove it, she said that nail polish remover would not work. Instead, she took a buffer and before I knew it, she rubbed my daughters hand so hard with the buffer it took all her skin off. The nail tech asked my daughter why did you not tell me I was hurting you? like it was my daughters fault. Although she did offer an apology, no discount was offered and she charged us full price. My daughter is in a lot of discomfort and we are having to treat the wound to prevent infection and scarring. I am waiting to see if I need to take her to the doctor. I will never return here.

I wanted longer coffin nails. She rushed through the acrylic application and they’re completely lumpy and uneven! Some of them are curved and thicker towards the end of the nail and thin around the APPEX where the strength of the nail should be! I paid $130 for nails I legit want to rip right off because I AM SO EMBARRASSED! I know I probably won’t get my money or time back but if I could save someone else from wasting their hard earned money I hope this finds you!

They are all really amazing and so nice & kind! Not to mention all their Nail Techs do such a wonderful job! Not saying I’ve tried them all but two of the men Nail Techs are awesome!! Try them call an book and appointment because they are booming. The set up is really nice. In that same building. You have a Hair Salon to the left and a Barber Shop to the right! Which you must enter the Nail Salon first to access the guys!! Big up!!

The owner and my nail tech know who I am after only a handful of visits. They are always asking if Id like to try a new finish or a new style of polish. I have never been disappointed. I just wish it wasnt a $20 upgrade to gel on pedicures 💵🤣💅🦶

My co worker/friend told me about this place so I called on Monday and they got me in the next day at 9:45. Very sweet lady that I spoke to and everyone was very nice. They were busy and yet so professional and timely. I love my ombré nails so much! This is my new nail place now. I’ve been to MANY nail salons but this one is the best. Love the staff! I walked in off the street and they got me in within minutes. The nail tech asked me length and shape and we went from there the quoted price was 55 I paid 55. I had previously been to a place that charged me 89 for a quote of 45 and I got exactly the same thing at Luxe but better.

I have been using this place for the last two years since changing ownership and I cannot say enough about outstanding dedication to each and every client. I’ve only had one nail break in over two years and They truly care about their customers! My teenage and college daughters also come back here frequently. Peter is the absolute best!! But all of the girls have worked on us.

My wife had an appointment and she waited 45 minutes soaking, for a Pedi, while they took walk ins. Maybe some places need to stay closed, after COVID. She left....Usually a good place, but they dont care. So we (yes I usually go here) wont be back. Lots of new nails places in Spring Hill.

Katie is great and her staff! They add that personal touch with every visit. I love that she remembered me when I came back after only one visit. I have been going here for years and nowhere else

This was my first time going and they were really friendly and had amazing service. They did my nails just how I wanted them and did much better than any other nail salon I have been to before. I would definitely recommend.

I love this nail salon. Since I first started coming Ive been satisfied with everything they have done. Everyone is always so nice and makes you feel welcome. Its like they strive for perfection with every visit. And I love that!!

I went to this nail salon for the first time the other day and my nails look terrible.The guy left a few of my nails crooked, he didn’t clip my nails before he put the tips on so there’s also a few that curve down.I got gel nails and every time I get in the shower they bubble up and I can push the bubbles around, I didn’t even get the shape I asked for either.I paid 50 dollars for nails I am SO UNHAPPY with. Never going here again.

I went in with two friends and we all got full sets. This was our first time at this particular shop. When Peter was doing my nails he was very rough and didn’t listen when I explained the way that I like my nails to look. He gave me VERY THIN acrylic and the girl that did the prep didn’t give them to me at the length that I wanted because she thought they were too long. A few days later, my nails started to break because of the thinness of the acrylic. I went and had them repaired only for them to break again two days later. When I returned to the salon to let them know about the issue, Peter huffed and puffed and continued to shake his head rather than fix my nails. I would not recommend this salon to anyone. The customer service isn’t what it should be. I’m very upset that I paid to have my nails done the way the staff likes them rather than how I would have liked them to be. Highly disappointed.

This nail salon is amazing. They just opened a few months ago. They are super friendly, reasonable prices, and they seriously do an amazing job. Best nail salon Ive ever been to! & did I mention free wine? Do yourself a favor and check this place out!

Great place. Today was my first time there and my pedicure was awesome. Ive been so tired physically and mentally and the lady really took her time and I felt like she was focused on making sure I got a great pedicure and was relaxed and I did and was, so thank you. My nails, i got a new set and tried ombre for the first time, wonderful!. They did a great job and Ill be back in 2 weeks.

This nail spa is the best one Ive EVER been to. Im not exaggerating. My nail tech did an amazing job, my nails are perfect! All of the other employees were kind, helpful and made the experience enjoyable and relaxing. Thank you for providing excellent service!

I am always nervous at nail salons because I have had many techs who hurt me, don’t listen to me and I end up leaving with sore spots on my fingers. These guys did absolutely none of that. My mom, my daughter and myself all had pedicures and I had a gel manicure. The guy working on me was gentle, great and listened to me and the girls working on my mom and daughter were just as awesome.

Love, love, love . Mani/ pedi perfection. My nails were shaped the way I prefer and my gel polish still looks great a week and a half later.

Katie always does the best job to personalize your nails to exactly what you want! Peter Pan pays so much attention to detail and they never rush with my nails making every time perfect! Ive had my nails done here like 8 times now!

This place was amazing. My gf and I came in for a pedicure and it was quite pleasant. I was a little nervous since it was my first pedicure EVER, but they guided me through it and it felt so good! My girlfriend was very satisfied and they provided excellent service. Definatly suggest this place, you wont regret it! Oh, and FREE wine! Who doesnt love that?

Not happy with acrylic fill. The man that did my nails was huffing the whole time because I would not agree to a new set and shellac. This was my first fill on this set of nails. Im not working right now so Im on a set budget. My mom decided to treat me. He cut my pinky and didnt even notice until it was almost dripping with blood. He was so rough while buffing and bending my fingers hard. He left and someone else did the polish. I will never recommend them to anyone or go back. Im too timid to speak up so I still left a tip.

I doubt I will be back. I went in and asked for nail polish change for my fingernails, toes to be painted, for them to fix a cracked fingernail, and most importantly to have my fingernails filed down because they are too long.Needless to say, the Tech took only 90% of my original polish, I came in with, off. The rest was left around the cuticles and underside of the fingernails.She then took an electric file and filed down the part of the nail where I had a crack (didn’t even fill it in), then quickly painted my nails. I will say that I LOVE the color, but purple/blue sparkle doesn’t look very pretty with red cuticles and red undernail. JS.Also, the length on my nails was NOT touched like requested, and I couldn’t get the Tech’s attention because she’d already moved on to the next lady behind me. Side note* My toes look Good though.She rushed through my session to get to the big spender that walked in right behind me. She was spending $150 on herself and $50 per daughter.Sadest part of all, the big spender was only at this shop because her salon guy was booked (I heard her bragging about it).I was looking for another nail salon home. They’ve lost a potential long time client.
